1Development of an efficient contact-friction model for high-fidelity cargo airdrop simulation显示文摘High-fidelity cargo airdrop simulation requires the contact dynamics between an aircraft and a cargo to be modeled accurately. This paper presents a general and efficient contact-friction model for simulation of aircraft-cargo coupling dynamics during airdrops. The proposed approach has the same essence as that of the finite element node-to-segment contact formulation, which leads to a flexible, straight forward, and efficient code implementation. The formulation is developed under an arbitrary moving frame with both the aircraft and the cargo being treated as general six-degree-of-freedom rigid bodies, and thus it eliminates the restrictions of lateral symmetric assumptions in most existing methods. Moreover, the aircraft-cargo coupling algorithm is discussed in detail, and some practical implementation details are presented. 6Emerging roles of DJ-1 in liver diseases through regulation of oxidative stress and immune response显示文摘Reactive oxygen species(ROS)and immune response play critical roles in the progression of liver diseases.DJ-1,also known as Parkinson disease 7(Park7),is extensively expressed in cells and tissues,where it governs numerous biological functions including chaperone activity,protease function,transcriptional and mitochondrial regulation,and ROS modulation.Moreover,we have established that DJ-1 plays a critical role in initiating an inflammatory response by modulating ROS generation.Therefore,DJ-1 may play an important role in the progression of liver diseases by modulating ROS and the immune response.Recently,we have shown that DJ-1 deficiency negatively regulates proliferation of hepatic progenitor cells(HPCs)by impairing the formation of HPC-associated fibrosis and inflammatory niches.Deficiency of DJ-1 ameliorates liver fibrosis by inhibiting hepatic ROS production and inflammation;moreover,in a classic diethylnitrosamine(DEN)-mediated hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)mouse model,deletion of DJ-1 ameliorates tumorigenesis and HCC cell proliferation by regulating hepatic inflammation and reducing the activity of the interleukin 6/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(IL-6/STAT3)signaling pathway.Taken together,these data suggest a critical function for,and therapeutic value of,DJ-1 in treatment of liver diseases.The aim of this review is to summarize these functions and the underlying molecular mechanisms of DJ-1 in liver diseases,and to highlight the potential therapeutic value and future research direction of DJ-1 in liver diseases.Min Xu Lili Chen Jichang Li Hailong Wu Qiang Xia Xiaoni Kong 2018Liver Research2018,2,2:0
7Big Data Capability,Knowledge Dynamic Capability,and Business Model Innovation:The Moderating Effect of Innovation Legitimacy显示文摘Based on dynamic capability theory and legitimacy theory,a theoretical model is constructed to examine how big data capability,through the mediation of knowledge dynamic capability,drive business model innovation under the moderation effect of innovation legitimacy.The eanalys is isconducted using regression analysis and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)on survey data from 302 enterprises that have already implemented big data application practices.The study finds the following four conclusions.(1)Big data capability has a significant positive impact on business model innovation.(2)Dynamic knowledge capability partially mediates the relationship between big data capability and business model innovation.(3)Innovation legitimacy positively influences business model innovation and positively moderates the relationship between big data capability and businessmodel innovation.(4)Through further qualitative comparative analysis,two causal paths that influence business model innovation are identified.ZHANG Jichang LONG Jjing CHEN Feng 2023Frontiers of Business Research in China2023,17,4:0
8Effects of long-term cultivation practices and nitrogen fertilization rates on carbon stock in a calcareous soil on the Chinese Loess Plateau显示文摘Soil organic carbon(SOC) and soil inorganic carbon(SIC) are important C pools in the Loess Plateau of Northwest China, however, variations of SOC and SIC stocks under different cultivation practices and nitrogen(N) fertilization rates are not clear in this area. A long-term field experiment started in June 2003 was conducted to investigate the SOC and SIC stocks in a calcareous soil of the Chinese Loess Plateau under four cultivation practices, i.e., fallow(FA), conventional cultivation(CC), straw mulch(SM), and plastic film-mulched ridge and straw-mulched furrow(RF), in combination with three N fertilization rates, i.e., 0(N0), 120(N120), and 240(N240) kg N/hm^2. Results indicate that the crop straw addition treatments(SM and RF) increased the contents of soil microbial biomass C(SMBC) and SOC, and the SOC stock increased by 10.1%–13.3% at the upper 20 cm soil depth in comparison to the 8-year fallow(FA) treatment. Meanwhile, SIC stock significantly increased by 19% at the entire tested soil depth range(0–100 cm) under all crop cultivation practices in comparison to that of soil exposed to the long-term fallow treatment, particularly at the upper 60 cm soil depth. Furthermore, moderate N fertilizer application(120 kg N/hm^2) increased SOC stock at the upper 40 cm soil depth, whereas SIC stock decreased as the N fertilization rate increased. 9Polar Sea Ice Identification and Classification Based on HY-2A/SCAT Data显示文摘In this paper,a Bayesian sea ice detection algorithm is first used based on the HY-2A/SCAT data,and a backpropagation(BP)neural network is used to classify the Arctic sea ice type.During the implementation of the Bayesian sea ice detection algorithm,linear sea ice model parameters and the backscatter variance suitable for HY-2A/SCAT were proposed.The sea ice extent obtained by the Bayesian sea ice detection algorithm was projected on a 12.5 km grid sea ice map and validated by the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer 2(AMSR2)15%sea ice concentration data.The sea ice extent obtained by the Bayesian sea ice detection al-gorithm was found to be in good agreement with that of the AMSR2 during the ice growth season.Meanwhile,the Bayesian sea ice detection algorithm gave a wider ice edge than the AMSR2 during the ice melting season.For the sea ice type classification,the BP neural network was used to classify the Arctic sea ice type(multi-year and first-year ice)from January to May and October to De-cember in 2014.Comparison results between the HY-2A/SCAT sea ice type and Equal-Area Scalable Earth Grid(EASE-Grid)sea ice age data showed that the HY-2A/SCAT multi-year ice extent variation had the same trend as the EASE-Grid data.Classification errors,defined as the ratio of the mismatched sea ice type points between HY-2A/SCAT and EASE-Grid to the total sea ice points,were less than 12%,and the average classification error was 8.6%for the study period,which indicated that the BP neural network classification was a feasible algorithm for HY-2A/SCAT sea ice type classification.XU Rui ZHAO Chaofang ZHAI Xiaochun ZHAO Ke SHEN Jichang CHEN Ge 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,2:0

11Construction and Biological Function Analysis of a dldh Deletion Mutant Strain of Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the role of dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase( DLDH) in the pathopoiesis of Vibrio alginolyticus. [Method] Using suicide plasmid pRE112 as the vector,dldh deletion mutant strain ZJ03Δdldh was constructed with insertion inactivation mutation method by Overlap PCR and homologous recombination technology to compare and analyze the differences in the growth,swimming ability,enzyme activity,biofilm formation and pathogenicity between wild-type strain ZJ03 and deletion mutant strain ZJ03Δdldh. [Result]dldh deletion mutant strain ZJ03Δdldh exhibited prolonged lag phase,significantly reduced swimming ability( P < 0. 05),significantly reduced enzyme activity( P < 0. 05),significantly reduced biofilm formation ability( P < 0. 05) and remarkably reduced pathogenicity to Epinephelus coioides( P < 0. 05) compared to wild-type strain ZJ03. 12Molecular Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of kdpD Gene from Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘In this study,histidine kinase gene kdpD in the two-component regulatory system of Vibrio alginolyticus strain HY9901 was cloned for bioinformatics analysis. Sequence analysis revealed that kdpD gene( GenB ank accession number: KJ544668) was 1 374 bp in length,encoding a putative protein of 457 amino acids. The predicted molecular weight( MW) of KdpE was 51. 60 kD with a theoretical isoelectric point( pI) of 6. 02. Using SignalP 4. 0,TMHMM Server 2. 0 and SoftB erry-Psite software,it was predicted that KdpE protein was equally located in Golgi apparatus,plasma membrane and endoplasmic reticulum( 33. 3%),which did not contain a signal peptide but contained three transmembrane domains. KdpE protein had five casein kinase II phosphorylation sites,five protein kinase C phosphorylation sites and one cA MP- and cG MP-dependent protein kinase phosphorylation site. A phylogenetic tree was constructed by MEGA 5. 0 software,which revealed that KdpD from V. alginolyticus had close genetic relationship with corresponding proteins from V. campbellii and V. parahaemolyticus. Using SWISSMODEL Workspace,the three-dimensional structure of HATPase_c conserved domain in KdpD protein was constructed. 13Molecular Cloning,Bioinformatics Analysis and Expression Analysis of Type III Secretion System(T3SS)Injectisome Gene vscX from Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘In order to enrich the research about type Ⅲ secretion system(T3SS) injectisome of Vibrio alginolyticus,vscX gene was cloned from V.alginolyticus strain HY9901 for bioinformatics analysis and expression analysis.Specific primers were designed according to the full-length genome sequence of V.alginolyticus in GenBank.vscX gene(GenBank accession number:FR780679) contained a 378 bp open reading frame(ORF),encoding a putative protein of 125 amino acids.The theoretical molecular weight was 14.209 2 kD and theoretical pI was 5.75.By using Signal 4.1 Server and TMHMM Server 2.0,it was predicted that VscX protein had no transmembrane domain or signal peptide.The results of prediction using SoftBerry-Psite software showed that VscX protein contained three casein kinase Ⅱ phosphorylation sites,one N-myristoylation site and three C-terminal targeting signal sites.Subcellular localization revealed that VscX might be located in cytoplasm with the possibility of 56.5%.According to SMART prediction,VscX had one Pfam(1-125 aa) domain.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that VscX from V.alginolyticus and VscX from V.parahemolyticus were clustered into the same group.Network interaction analysis showed that vscX was adjacent to vscY,vopB and sycN.By real-time fluorescent quantitative PGR technique and 2^(-△△Ct) method,the differences in expression levels of VscX mRNA in V.alginolyticus strain HY9901,T3 SS deletion strain AvscO and complementary strain C-vscO at different growth stages were analyzed.The results showed that the expression levels of VscX mRNA in V.alginolyticus strain HY9901 and C-vscO were significantly up-regulated at stable growth stage(P<0.01);the expression levels of VscX mRNA in deletion strain AvscO were significantly up-regulated at late growth stage(P <0.01).This study provided the basis for revealing the transport mechanism of T3 SS injectisome of V.alginolyticus.Xieyan CHEN Jing LI Huanying PANG Yunsheng CHANG Yucong HUANG Zaohe WU Jichang JIAN 2017Agricultural Biotechnology2017,6,1:0
