1CCL5 deficiency promotes liver repair by improving inflammation resolution and liver regeneration through M2 macrophage polarization显示文摘Despite the diverse etiologies of drug-induced liver injury(DILI),innate immunity activation is a common feature involved in DILI progression.However,the involvement of innate immunity regulation in inflammation resolution and liver regeneration in DILI remains obscure.Herein,we identified the chemokine CCL5 as a central mediator of innate immunity regulation in the pathogenesis of DILI.First,we showed that serum and hepatic CCL5 levels are elevated in both DILI patients and an APAP-induced liver injury(AILI)mouse model.Interestingly,both nonparenchymal cells and stressed hepatocytes are cell sources of CCL5 induction in response to liver injury.Functional experiments showed that CCL5 deficiency has no effect on the early phase of AILI but promotes liver repair in the late phase mainly by promoting inflammation resolution and liver regeneration,which are associated with an increased number of hepatic M2 macrophages.Mechanistically,CCL5 can directly activate M1 polarization and impede M2 polarization through the CCR1-and CCR5-mediated activation of the MAPK and NF-κB pathways.We then showed that CCL5 inhibition mediated by either a CCL5-neutralizing antibody or the antagonist Met-CCL5 can greatly alleviate liver injury and improve survival in an AILI mouse model.Our data demonstrate CCL5 induction during DILI,identify CCL5 as a novel innate immunity regulator in macrophage polarization,and suggest that CCL5 blockage is a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of DILI.Meng Li Xuehua Sun Jie Zhao Lei Xia Jichang Li Min Xu Bingrui Wang Han Guo Chang Yu Yueqiu Gao Hailong Wu Xiaoni Kong Qiang Xia 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,7:13
2Simultaneous Removal of H_2S and Organosulfur Compounds from Liquefied Petroleum Gas Using Formulated Solvents: Solubility Parameter Investigation and Industrial Test显示文摘The performance of four formulated solvents(labeled as UDS-I, UDS-II, UDS-III, and UDS-IV) for removing methyl mercaptan from liquefied petroleum gas was predicted based on a two-dimensional solubility parameter theory. The calculation results show that UDS-IV has the closest solubility parameter to that of methyl mercaptan as compared with other tested solvents, indicating the strongest affinity and the highest solubility for methyl mercaptan. The industrial tests at a plant for desulfurization of LPG produced from the delayed coker have shown that the UDS solvents have the excellent performance for removal of organosulfur compounds(mainly methyl mercaptan). Although the sulfur loading dramatically increases, the total sulfur content of LPG treated with UDS-IV can be reduced by about 50% in comparison with N-methyl diethanolamine. In addition, UDS-IV has superior regeneration performance and selectivity for sulfur compounds over hydrocarbons. 3Rheological properties and viscosity reduction of South China Sea crude oil显示文摘The rheological properties of South China Sea(SCS) crude oil were studied. A group of synthetic long-chain polymers, including octadecyl acrylate-maleic anhydride bidodecyl amide copolymer(VR-D),octadecyl acrylate-maleic anhydride bioctadecyl amide copolymer(VR-O) and octadecyl acrylate-maleic anhydride phenly amide copolymer(VR-A), were employed to serve as viscosity reducers(VRs). Their performance was evaluated by both experimental and computational methodologies. The results suggest that the SCS crude oil has low wax content yet high resin and asphaltene contents, which lead to high viscosity through formation of association structures. Additionally, the SCS crude oil appears to be a pseudoplastic fluid showing linear shear stress-shear rate dependence at low temperature. Interestingly, it gradually evolves into a Newtonian fluid with exponential relationship between shear stress and shear rate at higher temperature. Synthetic VRs demonstrate desirable and effective performance on improvement of the rheological properties of SCS crude oil. Upon the introduction of 1000 ppm VR-O,which is synthesized by using octadecylamine in the aminolysis reaction, the viscosity of SCS crude oil is decreased by 44.2% at 15 °C and 40.2% at 40 °C. 4Idealized Experiments for Optimizing Model Parameters Using a 4D-Variational Method in an Intermediate Coupled Model of ENSO显示文摘Large biases exist in real-time ENSO prediction, which can be attributed to uncertainties in initial conditions and model parameters. Previously, a 4 D variational(4 D-Var) data assimilation system was developed for an intermediate coupled model(ICM) and used to improve ENSO modeling through optimized initial conditions. In this paper, this system is further applied to optimize model parameters. In the ICM used, one important process for ENSO is related to the anomalous temperature of subsurface water entrained into the mixed layer(T_e), which is empirically and explicitly related to sea level(SL) variation.The strength of the thermocline effect on SST(referred to simply as 'the thermocline effect') is represented by an introduced parameter, αT_e. A numerical procedure is developed to optimize this model parameter through the 4 D-Var assimilation of SST data in a twin experiment context with an idealized setting. Experiments having their initial condition optimized only,and having their initial condition plus this additional model parameter optimized, are compared. It is shown that ENSO evolution can be more effectively recovered by including the additional optimization of this parameter in ENSO modeling.The demonstrated feasibility of optimizing model parameters and initial conditions together through the 4 D-Var method provides a modeling platform for ENSO studies. 5Synchronous Vibration Suppression of Magnetic Bearing Systems without Angular Sensors显示文摘Active Magnetic Bearing(AMB)levitates rotor by magnetic force without friction,and it can provide active control force to suppress vibration while rotating.Most of vibration suppressing methods need angular speed sensors to obtain rotating speed,but in many occasions,angular speed sensor is difficult to install or is difficult to guarantee reliability.This paper proposed a vibration suppressing strategy without angular speed sensor based on generalized integrator and frequency locked loop(GI-FLL)and phase shift generalized integrator(PSGI).GI-FLL and high-pass filter estimate frequency from control current,PSGI is applied to generate compensating signal.Firstly,model of AMB system expressed by transfer function is established and effect of centrifugal force is analyzed.Then,principle and process of vibration suppressing strategy is introduced.Influence of parameters are analyzed by root locus and bode diagram.Simulation results display the process of frequency estimation and performance of displacement.Experiments are carried on a test rig,results of simulations and experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed vibration suppressing strategy.Hongbo Sun Dong Jiang Jichang Yang 2021CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2021,5,1:2
6Comparison on Adsorptive Separation of n-Paraffins Based on Binderless and Binder-containing Zeolite 5A Pellets显示文摘Binderless zeolite is considered to be a potential alternative for binder-containing zeolite in the industrial applications of adsorptive separation process. Synthesized binderless zeolite and commercial binder-containing product were used in adsorptive separation of n-paraffins from a model oil, with their performance compared. It is indicated that the binderless zeolite exhibits by 25%-35% higher in saturated adsorption capacity and by 115%-130% more adsorption amount at the breakthrough point with much shorter length of mass-transfer zone. Adsorptive separation of n-paraffins from naphtha was carried out in a fixed-bed adsorber containing the synthesized binderless zeolite 5 A under the operating conditions covering a feed space velocity of 90 h-1 and an adsorption temperature of 573 K. 11Synthesis of Polyalphaolefins on AlCl_3/TiCl_4 Catalyst显示文摘The oligomerzation reactions on different catalysts were investigated and discussed. 1-Octene, 1-decene, 1-dodecene, a mixture of olefins (with a mass ratio of w(1-octene): w(1-decene):w(1-dodecene) equating to 30:40:30), and the products from paraffin cracking were oligomerized on the AlCl3/TiCl4 catalyst. The results indicated that the AlCl3 catalyst led to severe coking reaction. With an increase in carbon number of alpha-olefins, the freezing point of oligomers increased and the kinematic viscosity decreased. The oligomers formed from the mixed olefins and the paraffin cracking products showed higher kinematic viscosity. Normal paraffins contained in the cracked products could increase the freezing point of oligomers. 17Experimental Study of UDS Solvents for Purifying Highly Sour Natural Gas at Industrial Side-stream Plant显示文摘The desulfurization performance of the UDS solvents was investigated at an industrial side-stream plant and was compared with that of MDEA solvent.A mass transfer performance model was employed for explaining the COS absorption into different solvents.Meanwhile,the regeneration performance of the UDS solvents was evaluated in side-stream tests.Results indicate that under the conditions covering an absorption temperature of 40℃,a pressure of 8.0 MPa,and a gas to liquid volume ratio(V/L)of around 230,the H2S content in purified gas can be reduced to 4.2 mg/m3 and 0 by using solvents UDS-II and UDS-III,respectively.Moreover,the total sulfur content in both purified gases is less than 80 mg/m3.As a result,the UDS-III solvent shows by 30 percentage points higher in COS removal efficiency than MDEA.In addition,the total volume mass transfer coefficient of UDS solvent is found to be twice higher than that of MDEA.Furthermore,the UDS solvents exhibit satisfactory thermal stability and regeneration performance.Ke Yuan Shen Benxian Sun Hui Liu Jichang Liu Lu Xu Shenyan 2016China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2016,18,1:0
18Acquisition Discount and Valuation Effect of Private M&As in China显示文摘An acquisition discount can reflect not only the liquidity demands for unlisted targets but also the strategic requirements, management efficiencies and capital allocations for the listed bidders.Based on Officer(2007), the authors choose an acquisition approach to generate an acquisition discount for unlisted targets. In China, unlisted firms are sold at a deeper discount than listed firms. The deeper discount mainly depends on the liquidity demand and the characteristics of the bilateral trading components. Larger bidders tend to pay more, whereas smaller targets are sold at lower discounts. The values of unlisted targets in the TMT industry are underestimated. 19One-pot synthesis of CoO-ZnO/rGO supported on Ni foam for high-performance hybrid supercapacitor with greatly enhanced cycling stability显示文摘The high specific capacitance along with good cycling stability are crucial for practical applications of supercapacitors,which always demands high-performance and stable electrode materials.In this work,we report a series of ternary composites of CoO-ZnO with different fractions of reduced graphene oxide(rGO)synthesized by in-situ growth on nickel foam,named as CZG-1,2 and 3,respectively.This sort of binder-free electrodes presents excellent electrochemical properties as well as large capacitance due to their low electrical resistance and high oxygen vacancies.Particularly,the sample of CZG-2(CoO-ZnO/rGO 20 mg)in a nanoreticular structure shows the best electrochemical performance with a maximum specific capacitance of 1951.8 F/g(216.9 mAh/g)at a current intensity of 1 A/g.The CZG-2-based hybrid supercapacitor delivers a high energy density up to 45.9 Wh/kg at a high power density of 800 W/kg,and kept the capacitance retention of 90.1%over 5000 charge-discharge cycles.Mingsheng Xu Mingze Sun Sajidur Rehman Kangkang Ge Xiaolong Hu Haizhen Ding Jichang Liu Hong Bi 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,6:0
