| 1 | Potential Role of Feldspathic Sandstone as a Natural Water Retaining Agent in Mu Us Sandy Land,Northwest China显示文摘This paper analyzed the water-retention mechanism of feldspathic sandstone(fine-(<1 mm diam.)and gravel-sized(2-3 cm diam.)in Mu Us Sandy Land,Northwest China.The objective of this study is to study the effect of feldspathic sandstone amendment on water retention in sandy land.The results showed that as the proportion of fine feldspathic sandstone in the sandy land soil increased,the soil texture changed from sand to silt loam,the capillary porosity gradually increased from 26.3%to 44.9%,and the soil saturated hydraulic conductivity decreased from 7.10 mm/min to 0.07 mm/min.Feldspathic sandstone gravel formed micro-reservoirs in the sandy land soil,playing the role of a′water absorbent′and′water retaining agent′in sandy land.Amendment with feldspathic sandstone can increase water retention in the arable layer of sandy land by 67%.This study provides a theoretical basis for the amelioration of sandy land on a large scale.It can be concluded that amendment with feldspathic sandstone can improve the physical properties of sandy land soil and increase soil water retention. | HAN Jichang XIE Jiancang ZHANG Yang | 2012 | Chinese Geographical Science2012,22,5: | 52 |

| 3 | In vitro Inhibitory Activity of Shisandra chinensis and Polygonatum sibiricum against Vibrio harveyi and Its Biofilms显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to analyze the in vitro inhibitory activity of Shisandra chinensis and Polygonatum sibiricum against Vibrio harveyi and its biofilms. [Result] By agar diffusion test,in vitro inhibitory activity of S.chinensis and P. sibiricum against V. harveyi was investigated. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) a nd minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) of S.chinensis and P.sibiricum against V.harveyi were determined by doubling dilution method. The inhibitory activity of S. chinensis and P.sibiricum on the formation of V.harveyi biofilms was evaluated by modified MTT assay. [Result]Both S.chinensis and P.sibiricum had inhibitory activity against V.harveyi. The inhibition zone diameter of S.chinensis against V.harveyi was 17.95 mm; MIC and MBC of S.chinensis were both 3.125 mg / ml. The inhibition zone diameter of P. sibiricum against V.harveyi was 12.22 mm; MIC and MBC of P.sibiricum were 3.125 and 6. 250 mg / ml,respectively. When the concentration was higher than 6. 25 mg / ml,S.chinensis decoction had extremely significant inhibitory activity against V.harveyi( P < 0. 01); when the concentration was higher than 3. 125 mg / ml,P. sibiricum had extremely significant inhibitory activity against V. harveyi(P <0. 01). | 7 | Fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation and its influence on development of shale oil sweet sections in lacustrine basins in China显示文摘The geological conditions and processes of fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation in continental lacustrine basins in China are analyzed to construct the model of fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation in lacustrine basin,reveal the development laws of fine-grained deposits and source-reservoir,and identify the sweet sections of shale oil.The results show that fine-grained gravity flow is one of the important sedimentary processes in deep lake environment,and it can transport fine-grained clasts and organic matter in shallow water to deep lake,forming sweet sections and high-quality source rocks of shale oil.Fine-grained gravity flow deposits in deep waters of lacustrine basins in China are mainly fine-grained high-density flow,fine-grained turbidity flow(including surge-like turbidity flow and fine-grained hyperpycnal flow),fine-grained viscous flow(including fine-grained debris flow and mud flow),and fine-grained transitional flow deposits.The distribution of fine-grained gravity flow deposits in the warm and humid unbalanced lacustrine basins are controlled by lake-level fluctuation,flooding events,and lakebed paleogeomorphology.During the lake-level rise,fine-grained hyperpycnal flow caused by flooding formed fine-grained channel–levee–lobe system in the flat area of the deep lake.During the lake-level fall,the sublacustrine fan system represented by unconfined channel was developed in the flexural slope breaks and sedimentary slopes of depressed lacustrine basins,and in the steep slopes of faulted lacustrine basins;the sublacustrine fan system with confined or unconfined channel was developed on the gentle slopes and in axial direction of faulted lacustrine basins,with fine-grained gravity flow deposits possibly existing in the lower fan.Within the fourth-order sequences,transgression might lead to organic-rich shale and fine-grained hyperpycnal flow deposits,while regression might cause fine-grained high-density flow,surge-like turbidity flow,fine-grained debris flow,mud flow,and fine-grained transitional flow deposits.Since the Permian,in the shale strata of lacustrine basins in China,multiple transgression-regression cycles of fourth-order sequences have formed multiple source-reservoir assemblages.Diverse fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation processes have created sweet sections of thin siltstone consisting of fine-grained high-density flow,fine-grained hyperpycnal flow and surge-like turbidity flow deposits,sweet sections with interbeds of mudstone and siltstone formed by fine-grained transitional flows,and sweet sections of shale containing silty and muddy clasts and with horizontal bedding formed by fine-grained debris flow and mud flow.The model of fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation in lacustrine basin is significant for the scientific evaluation of sweet shale oil reservoir and organic-rich source rock. | ZOU Caineng FENG Youliang YANG Zhi JIANG Wenqi ZHANG Tianshu ZHANG Hong WANG Xiaoni ZHU Jichang WEI Qizhao | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5: | 1 |

| 9 | Inhibitory Activity of Prunus mume,Copitis chinensis and Crataegus pinnatifida on Vibrio harveyi and Its Biofilm显示文摘[Objective] This study was conducted to determine the in-vitro inhibitory effects of Prunus mume,Coptis chinensis and Crataegus pinnatifida on Vibrio harveyi and its biofilm. [Method]The inhibitory zone diameters of the three Chinese herbal medicines against V. harveyi were determined by agar diffusion method; the minimal inhibitory concentration( MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration( MBC) values of the three Chinese herbal medicines against V. harveyi were determined by doubling dilution method; and the effects of the three Chinese herbal medicines on the formation of V. harveyi biofilm were determined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium( MTT) method. [Result]The three Chinese herbal medicines all inhibited V. harveyi to different degrees. C. chinensis and C. pinnatifida and P. mume exhibited the inhibitory zone diameters of( 17. 62 ± 0. 04),( 20. 16 ± 0. 08) and( 30. 76 ± 0. 26) mm against V. harveyi,respectively. P. mume and C. pinnatifida had strong inhibitory effects on V. harveyi. The MIC and MBC values of P. mume against V. harveyi were 7. 812 5 mg/ml; the MIC and MBC values of C. pinnatifida against V. harveyi were 31. 25 mg/ml; and the MIC and MBC values of C. chinensis against V. harveyi were 62. 5 mg/ml. P. mume had the strongest antibacterial and bactericidal ability. The MIC values of C. pinnatifida,C. chinensis and P. mume against V. harveyi were 7. 81,7. 81 and 1. 96 mg/ml,respectively,i. e.,P. mume exhibited the lowest MIC. | 10 | Synthesis of Polyalphaolefins on AlCl_3/TiCl_4 Catalyst显示文摘The oligomerzation reactions on different catalysts were investigated and discussed. 1-Octene, 1-decene, 1-dodecene, a mixture of olefins (with a mass ratio of w(1-octene): w(1-decene):w(1-dodecene) equating to 30:40:30), and the products from paraffin cracking were oligomerized on the AlCl3/TiCl4 catalyst. The results indicated that the AlCl3 catalyst led to severe coking reaction. With an increase in carbon number of alpha-olefins, the freezing point of oligomers increased and the kinematic viscosity decreased. The oligomers formed from the mixed olefins and the paraffin cracking products showed higher kinematic viscosity. Normal paraffins contained in the cracked products could increase the freezing point of oligomers. | 13 | The Effects of Different Ratios of Feldspathic Sandstone and Sand Compound Soil on Water-stable Aggregates in 4 Years Crop Planting显示文摘To study the formation process of feldspathic sandstone and sand compound soil in the Mu Us Desert,1∶ 1,1∶ 2 and 1∶ 5 ratios of feldspathic sandstone and sand were mixed to obtain compound soil to plant crops,and analyze the rules of changes in water-stable aggregates of the compound soil among the 4 years crops growing process. The results showed,before crop planting,the order of mass percent of> 0. 25 mm and 0. 25-2. 00 mm water-stable aggregates in three kinds of compound soil was 1∶ 1 > 1∶ 2 > 1∶ 5,showing that the overall content was low; the mass percent of > 0. 25 mm water-stable aggregates remained at 18. 38%-28. 22%; the mass percent of 0. 25-0. 50 mm,0. 50-2. 00 mm,2. 00-5. 00 mm,and > 5. 00 mm water-stable aggregates was close with each other in each kind of compound soil.
