1Floor heave in the west wing track haulage roadway of the Tingnan Coal Mine: Mechanism and control显示文摘Floor heave of a roadway is a dynamic phenomenon that often happens in the roadways of coal mines. It seriously affects safe production in the coal mine. Floor heave has long been one of the most difficult problems to be resolved during coal mining. An analysis of floor heave in the soft rock surrounding the roadway, and the factors influencing it, allowed the deformation mechanism in the west wing double track haulage roadway of the Tingnan Coal Mine to be deduced. Three types of floor heave are observed there: intumescent floor heave, extrusion and mobility floor heave, and compound floor heave. Control measures are proposed that have been adopted during a recent repair engineering project. Control of the floor heave in the west wing track haulage roadway was demonstrated. The reliability and rationality of a combined support technology including floor anchors, an inverted arch, and anchoring of both sides was verified by mine pressure data and the field observations. 3Comparative efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal injections combined with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization in treatment of liver cancer: a bayesian network Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To address the optimal Chinese herbal injections(CHIs) against liver cancer, the present network Meta-analysis is designed to investigate the comparative efficacy and safety of different CHIs.METHODS: Several electronic databases were searched up to June 1 st, 2017. The quality assessment was conducted and network Meta-analysis was performed to compare the efficacy and safety of different CHIs plus transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE). Primary outcomes were 1-year and 2-year survival rate, the secondary outcomes includes the clinical effective rate, performance status and the adverse reactions(ADRs). Data analysis was applied Stata 13.0 and Win BUGS 1.4 software.RESULTS: A total of 105 randomized controlled trials(RCTs) were identified for inclusion in this analysis, with data for 7683 patients and 13 CHIs. The results suggested that Javanica oil emulsion,Huachansu injection plus TACE were more favorable for 1-year and 2-year survival rate than other CHIs. Kanglaite, Astragalus polysaccharide injection plus TACE showed superiority in the clinical effective rate and performance status over other CHIs.And Shenmai injection plus TACE was superior to reducing ADRs than other CHIs for patients with liver cancer.CONCLUSION: Our findings indicated that receiving CHIs combined with TACE may have therapeutic benefits for patients with liver cancer in improving survival rate, clinical effective rate, the performance status and alleviating the ADRs.Zhang Dan Wang Kaihuan Zheng Jiewen Wu Jiarui Duan Xiaojiao Ni Mengwei Liu Shuyu Zhang Bing Zhao Yi 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,2:9
4Chimeric antigen receptor T cells in solid tumors: a war against the tumor microenvironment显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR) T cell is a novel approach, which utilizes anti-tumor immunity for cancer treatment. As compared to the traditional cell-mediated immunity, CAR-T possesses the improved specificity of tumor antigens and independent cytotoxicity from major histocompatibility complex molecules through a monoclonal antibody in addition to the Tcell receptor. CAR-T cell has proven its effectiveness, primarily in hematological malignancies, specifically where the CD19 CAR-T cells were used to treat B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and B-cell lymphomas. Nevertheless, there is little progress in the treatment of solid tumors despite the fact that many CAR agents have been created to target tumor antigens such as CEA,EGFR/EGFRvIII, GD2, HER2, MSLN, MUC1, and other antigens. The main obstruction against the progress of research in solid tumors is the tumor microenvironment, in which several elements, such as poor locating ability, immunosuppressive cells,cytokines, chemokines, immunosuppressive checkpoints, inhibitory metabolic factors, tumor antigen loss, and antigen heterogeneity, could affect the potency of CAR-T cells. To overcome these hurdles, researchers have reconstructed the CAR-T cells in various ways. 6Reducing relapse and accelerating osteogenesis in rapid maxillary expansion using an injectable mesoporous bioactive glass/fibrin glue composite hydrogel显示文摘Rapid maxillary expansion(RME),as a common treatment for craniomaxillofacial deformity,faces the challenge of high relapse rates and unsatisfactory therapeutic effects.In this study,a standardized Sprague-Dawley(SD)rat RME model was first established with a modified expander as well as retainer design and optimized anterior maxillary expanding force of 100 g which exerted the most synchronized mobility of mid-palatal suture and incisors.Via the standardized model,the high relapse rate was proven to be attributed to insufficient osteogenesis in expanded suture,requiring long-term retainer wearing in clinical situations.To reduce the relapse rate,mesoporous bioactive glass/fibrin glue(MBG/FG)composite hydrogels were developed for an in situ minimal invasive injection that enhance osteogenesis in the expanded palate.The component of 1 wt%MBG was adopted for enhanced mechanical strength,matched degradation rate and ion dissolution,excellent in vitro biocompatibility and osteoinductivity.Effects of 1%MBG/FG composite hydrogel on osteogenesis in expanded mid-palatal sutures with/without retention were evaluated in the standardized model.The results demonstrated that injection of 1%MBG/FG composite hydrogel significantly promoted bone formation within the expanded mid-palatal suture,inhibited osteoclastogenesis and benefited the balance of bone remodeling towards osteogenesis.Combination of retainer and injectable biomaterial was demonstrated as a promising treatment to reduce relapse rate and enhance osteogenesis after RME.The model establishment and the composite hydrogel development in this article might provide new insight to other craniomaxillofacial deformity treatment and design of bone-repairing biomaterials with higher regenerative efficiency.Hanjiang Zhao Xiangyu Wang Anting Jin Minjiao Wang Zeying Wang Xingtai Huang Jiewen Dai Xudong Wang Dan Lin Steve GF.Shen 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,12:2
7Uncertainties of snow cover extraction caused by the nature of topography and underlying surface显示文摘Manas River,the largest inland river to the north of the Tianshan Mountains,provides important water resources for human production and living.The seasonal snow cover and snowmelt play essential roles in the regulation of spring runoff in the Manas River Basin(MRB).Snow cover is one of the most significant input parameters for obtaining accurate simulations and predictions of spring runoff.Therefore,it is especially important to extract snow-covered area correctly in the MRB.In this study,we qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed the uncertainties of snow cover extraction caused by the terrain factors and land cover types using TM and DEM data,along with the Per(the ratio of the difference between snow-covered area extracted by the Normalized Difference Snow Index(NDSI) method and visual interpretation method to the actual snow-covered area) and roughness.The results indicated that the difference of snow-covered area extracted by the two methods was primarily reflected in the snow boundary and shadowy areas.The value of Per varied significantly in different elevation zones.That is,the value generally presented a normal distribution with the increase of elevation.The peak value of Per occurred in the elevation zone of 3,700–4,200 m.Aspects caused the uncertainties of snow cover extraction with the order of sunny slope>semi-shady and semi-sunny slope>shady slope,due to the differences in solar radiation received by each aspect.Regarding the influences of various land cover types on snow cover extraction in the study area,bare rock was more influential on snow cover extraction than grassland.Moreover,shrub had the weakest impact on snow cover extraction.Jun ZHAO YinFang SHI YongSheng HUANG JieWen FU 2015Journal of Arid Land2015,7,3:2
8Brain-derived neurotrophic factor prevents beta-amyloid-induced apoptosis of pheochromocytoma cells by regulating Bax/Bcl-2 expression显示文摘Brain-derived neurotrophic factor was utilized in the present study to treat cell injury models induced by aggregated β-amyloid(25-35).Methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide assay and western blot analysis showed that brain-derived neurotrophic factor provided neuroprotection against cellular apoptosis by suppressing the decline in β-amyloid(25-35)-induced cell activity and the increasing ratio of Bax/Bcl-2.After treating pheochromocytoma cells with tyrosine kinase receptor B receptor inhibitor K252a,brain-derived neurotrophic factor reverses the above-mentioned changes.The experimental findings suggested that brain-derived neurotrophic factor prevented β-amyloid peptide-induced cellular apoptosis by modulating Bax/Bcl-2 expression,and this effect was associated with binding to the specific tyrosine kinase receptor B receptor.Zhikun Sun Xingrong Ma Hongqi Yang Jiahua Zhao Jiewen Zhang 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,5:2
