2Large area perovskite solar cell module显示文摘The recent dramatic rise in power conversion efficiencies(PCE)of perovskite solar cells has triggered intense research worldwide.However,their practical development is hampered by poor stability and low PCE values with large areas devices.Here,we developed a gas-pumping method to avoid pinholes and eliminate local structural defects over large areas of perovskite film,even for 5 x 5 cm2 modules,the PCE reached 10.6%and no significant degradation was found after 140 days of outdoor testing.Our approach enables the realization of high performance large-area PSCs for practical application.Longhua Cai Lusheng Liang Jifeng Wu Bin Ding Lili Gao Bin Fan 2017Journal of Semiconductors2017,38,1:4
3A brief review of forensically important flesh flies (Diptera: Sarcophagidae)显示文摘Forensic entomology could provide valuable data for the minimum postmortem interval (PMImin) estimation and other relevant information,such as causes and circumstances of death.Some representatives of flesh flies are one of the dominant necrophagous insects during early stages of decomposition,demonstrating unique biological characteristics compared with other necrophagous flies.Moreover,they lead to global health concerns as carriers of various pathogenic micro-organisms,and dominantly result in the traumatic myiasis.Thus,sarcophagid flies are considered important in decomposition processes for PMImin estimation.However,the utility of sarcophagid flies has been seriously hampered by limited ecological,biological and taxonomic knowledge of them.The aim of this paper is to provide a brief review on the species,distribution and biological habit of forensically important sarcophagid flies.In addition,the relation between traumatic myiasis and flesh flies,molecular identification methods and developmental pattern of flesh flies are summarized.Lipin Ren Yanjie Shang Wei Chen Fanming Meng Jifeng Cai Guanghui Zhu Lushi Chen Yong Wang Jianqiang Deng Yadong Guo 2018Forensic Sciences Research2018,3,1:3
4Changes in Soil Enzyme Activity and Nutrient Content in Different Years of Continuous Cropping Tobacco Fields显示文摘In order to find out changes in the main fertility indicators of continuous cropping tobacco fields in Henan Province with years of continuous cropping,5 typical tobacco fields( Jia County,Shaoling District,Fangcheng County,Xiangcheng County,and Song County) were studied. Indicators in question included activity of main enzymes( sucrase,urease,catalase,and acid phosphatase),p H value,organic matters,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium. The results indicate that in most tobacco fields,the activity of sucrase and urease increased in two years of continuous cropping,later,it showed a declining trend with increase in years of continuous cropping; in some fields,it directly declined with increase in years of continuous cropping; the activity of catalase increased in two years of continuous cropping,later,it showed a declining trend with increase in years of continuous cropping,and it became stable after three years of continuous cropping;generally,the activity of acid phosphatase declined with increase in the years of continuous cropping within 3 years continuous cropping,later,it became stable. Except Fangcheng County,the soil p H value of other districts( counties) generally declined with increase in years of continuous cropping,and it was in the range of 5. 6-6. 8. With the increase in continuous cropping,the soil organic matters( SOM) in tobacco fields of Jia County and Song County declined,changes of SOM in tobacco fields of Fangcheng County and Xiangcheng County were not obvious,and SOM showed the trend of first decline then rise in Shaoling District. In most tobacco fields( Jia County,Xiangcheng County,and Song County),the total nitrogen showed a declining trend; in Shaoling District,it showed a trend of first decline then rise; in Fangcheng County,it showed a rising trend. The available phosphorus firstly slightly declined then rose in tobacco fields of Shaoling District and Song County; it showed a trend of first rise then decline in Jia County; there were no obvious changes in Fangcheng County and Xiangcheng County. Changes in the available potassium were different in tobacco fields. In sum,there are certain rules for changes in soil enzyme activity and nutrient content in tobacco fields in Henan Province,but changes are not completely the same. It is concluded that the site conditions and farming activities exert a certain influence on soil enzyme activity,p H value,organic matters,and nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content. 6Fat Embolism as a Rare Complication of Large‑volume Liposuction in a Plastic Patient显示文摘Fat embolism is a dreaded complication in of procedures of multiple disciplines including plastic surgery.As the popularity of liposuction increases,cases of pulmonary embolism after liposuction are increasingly reported.However,documents of cerebral embolism after liposuction are rarely presented.The degree of disability with respect to Fat fat Embolism embolism Symdrome syndrome(FES)is a Gordian Knot in the evaluation of legal medicine.Therefore,it is of great significance for us to that we report the case of a 30‑year‑old woman who underwent a large‑volume liposuction that resulted in serious complications,especially cerebral embolism.Untypical symptoms of fat embolism hamper the clinical diagnosis,particularly after a surgical procedure such as liposuction.Such a seldom‑seen case would easily trigger medical disputes,especially in countries like China suffering increasing claims of medical malpractice and,medical negligences and lawsuits.Detailed descriptions of this case are presented below along with the discussion of the clinical symptoms and the diagnostic approaches to fat embolism.Xiaoliang Fu Shang Gao Zhenyu Hu Yadong Guo Jifeng Cai 2015Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2015,1,1:0
7The Validation of Goldeneye^(™)DNA ID 22NC kit and the Genetic Polymorphism of 21 Short Tandem Reeat Loci in the Chinese Hunan Han Population显示文摘Goldeneye™DNA ID 22NC Kit is a novel short tandem repeat(STR)genotyping system that investigate 20 non-CODIS loci(D4S2366,D6S477,D22GATA198B05,D15S659,D8S1132,D3S3045,D14S608,D17S1290,D3S1744,D2S441,D18S535,D13S325,D7S1517,D1OS1435,D11S236&D19S253,D1S1656,D7S3O4&D10S14&and D5S2500),a CODIS locus(D3S1358),and a sex-determining locus amelogenin in one assay.In the present study,this STR genotyping system was validated according to the guidelines of'Wlidation Guidelines for DNA Analysis Methods(2016)'updated by the Scientific Working Group on DNA Analysis Methods.A series of tests,such as polymerase chain reaction-based studies,sensitivity,inhibitors,DNA mixture,species specificity,precision and accuracy evaluation,stutter percentage,and peak height ratio,was conducted.The genetic polymorphism of 21 STR loci that included in the 22NC system was also investigated in the Chinese Hunan Han population.The validation results demonstrated that Goldeneye™DNA ID 22NC Kit is a robust and reliable identification assay as required for genotyping in kinship analysis and forensic investigation.The 21 STR loci in this kit also showed a high level of genetic polymorphism for the Hunan Han population.Therefore,it can be used for forensic applications and population studies.Xiaoliang Fu Shule Sun Yanfang Liu Jing He Jifeng Cai Zha 2018Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2018,4,3:0
8Intrauterine fetal death in triplet gestation caused by feto-fetal transfusion syndrome–a case report显示文摘Feto-fetal transfusion syndrome(FFTS)severely affects monochorionic(MC)multiple pregnancies and affects 1 in 1600 pregnancies overall.The number of increasing disputed obstetrics cases in China is related to unavailability of prompt diagnosis of FFTS.We present here a woman with a MC triplet pregnancy with intrauterine fetal death at 33 weeks of gestation due to FFTS.Subsequent pathological anatomy showed that the MC placenta contained vascular anastomoses,including arterio-arterial anastomosis and arterio-venous anastomosis.These anastomoses led to unidirectional blood flow with the absence of adequate compensatory counter-transfusion and bi-directional flow.When encountering such challenging conditions,medical practitioners should discreetly compare the fetuses’characteristics with features of placental blood vessels and consult morphological and pathological findings.Furthermore,they should perform ultrasound examinations,particularly focussing on fetal size differences and the maximum vertical pocket in the diagnosis of FFTS,especially in MC multiple pregnancies with abdominal symptoms.Lingling Long Jie Yan Qiyan Li Ziqi Zhou Haixiao Deng Chudong Wang Ying Zou Jifeng Cai 2017Forensic Sciences Research2017,2,4:0
