| 1 | Modifi cation of wheat bran insoluble and soluble dietary fibers with snail enzyme显示文摘Insoluble dietary fiber(IDF)and soluble dietary fiber(SDF)extracted from wheat bran were modifi ed by snail enzyme and their physicochemical properties(water retention capacity and oil retention capacity),functional properties(cholesterol adsorption capacity,glucose adsorption capacity and antioxidant activity)and structural characterizations were evaluated.The results showed that snail enzyme modification led to the significant increase in oil retention capacity of IDF,glucose adsorption capacity and cholesterol adsorption capacity of IDF and SDF.Enzymatic modification also markedly improved the DPPH radical scavenging capacity and reducing power of IDF and SDF.Meanwhile,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis indicated the microstructures of IDF and SDF powders were signifi cantly changed.Fourier transfer-infrared spectrometry(FT-IR)showed that snail enzyme modifi cation could degrade the part of cellulose and hemicellulose of IDF and SDF.All these improved physicochemical and functional properties of IDF and SDF might depend on their structural changes.It suggested that snail enzyme modifi cation could effectively improve physicochemical and functional properties of IDF and SDF from wheat bran. | Xin Liu Keke Suo Pei Wang Xue Li Limin Hao Jiaqing Zhu Juanjuan Yi Qiaozhen Kang Jinyong Huang Jike Lu | 2021 | Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,3: | 10 |
| 2 | 水中平板步行训练对脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能及脑源性神经营养因子、神经营养素-3表达的影响显示文摘目的 探讨水中平板步行训练在脊髓损伤(SCI)大鼠康复中的作用及其与脊髓可塑性的关系.方法 将40只成年雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠分为假模组、模型对照组、水疗训练组、减重平板训练组及水中平板训练组,每组8只.建立大鼠脊髓挫伤模型,各训练组于术后1周开始进行8周的康复训练.采用BBB评分、爬网格试验评定大鼠后肢功能的恢复,采用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠脊髓中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经营养素-3(NT-3)的表达.结果 水中平板训练组大鼠后肢运动功能较其他组明显改善(P<0.05).3个训练组大鼠脊髓前角神经元BDNF及NT-3的表达与模型对照组相比均显著增加(P<0.05).BDNF的表达在3个训练组之间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).水中平板训练组NT-3的表达明显高于减重平板训练组(P<0.05);而水中平板训练组与水疗训练组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 水中平板训练可能通过影响BDNF及NT-3的表达增强脊髓损伤大鼠脊髓可塑性,促进后肢运动功能的恢复. | 林海燕 屠文展 陶涛涛 刘怀霞 程博 蒋松鹤 Jike Lu | 2010 | 中华物理医学与康复杂志2010,32,12: | 8 |
| 3 | Parameters identification of chaotic systems based on artificial bee colony algorithm combined with cuckoo search strategy显示文摘Artificial bee colony(ABC) algorithm is motivated by the intelligent behavior of honey bees when seeking a high quality food source. It has a relatively simple structure but good global optimization ability. In order to balance its global search and local search abilities further, some improvements for the standard ABC algorithm are made in this study. Firstly, the local search mechanism of cuckoo search optimization(CS) is introduced into the onlooker bee phase to enhance its dedicated search; secondly, the scout bee phase is also modified by the chaotic search mechanism. The improved ABC algorithm is used to identify the parameters of chaotic systems, the identified results from the present algorithm are compared with those from other algorithms. Numerical simulations, including Lorenz system and a hyper chaotic system, illustrate the present algorithm is a powerful tool for parameter estimation with high accuracy and low deviations. | 4 | Flutter analysis of an airfoil with nonlinear damping using equivalent linearization显示文摘The equivalent linearization method(ELM) is modified to investigate the nonlinear flutter system of an airfoil with a cubic damping. After obtaining the linearization quantity of the cubic nonlinearity by the ELM,an equivalent system can be deduced and then investigated by linear flutter analysis methods. Different from the routine procedures of the ELM,the frequency rather than the amplitude of limit cycle oscillation(LCO) is chosen as an active increment to produce bifurcation charts. Numerical examples show that this modification makes the ELM much more efficient.Meanwhile,the LCOs obtained by the ELM are in good agreement with numerical solutions. The nonlinear damping can delay the occurrence of secondary bifurcation. | 5 | ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS TO STRESS CONCENTRATION PROBLEM IN PLATES CONTAINING RECTANGULAR HOLE UNDER BIAXIAL TENSIONS显示文摘The stress concentration problem in structures with a circular or elliptic hole can be investigated by analytical methods. For the problem with a rectangular hole, only approximate results are derived. This paper deduces the analytical solutions to the stress concentration problem in plates with a rectangular hole under biaxial tensions. By using the U-transformation technique and the finite element method, the analytical displacement solutions of the finite element equations are derived in the series form. Therefore, the stress concentration can then be discussed easily and conveniently. For plate problem the bilinear rectangular element with four nodes is taken as an example to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.
