1Diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of 2019 novel coronavirus infection in children: experts' consensus statement显示文摘Since the outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus infection (2019-nCoV) in Wuhan City,China,by January 30,2020,a total of 9692 confirmed cases and 15,238 suspected cases have been reported around 31 provinces or cities in China.Among the confirmed cases,1527 were severe cases,171 had recovered and been discharged at home,and 213 died.And among these cases,a total of 28 children aged from 1 month to 17 years have been reported in China.For standardizing prevention and management of 2019-nCoV infections in children,we called up an experts' committee to formulate this experts' consensus statement.This statement is based on the Novel Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Standards (the fourth edition) (National Health Committee) and other previous diagnosis and treatment strategies for pediatric virus infections.The present consensus statement summarizes current strategies on diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of 2019-nCoV infection in children.Kunling Shen Yonghong Yang Tianyou Wang Dongchi Zhao Yi Jiang Runming Jin Yuejie Zheng Baoping Xu Zhengde Xie Likai Lin Yunxiao Shang Xiaoxia Lu Sainan Shu Yan Bai Jikui Deng Min Lu Leping Ye Xuefeng Wang Yongyan Wang Liwei Gao 2020World Journal of Pediatrics2020,16,3:56
2Respiratory Virus Multiplex RT-PCR Assay Sensitivities and Influence Factors in Hospitalized Children with Lower Respiratory Tract Infections显示文摘Multiplex RT-PCR assays have been widely used tools for detection and differentiation of a panel of respiratory viral pathogens. In this study, we evaluated the Qiagen ResPlex II V2.0 kit and explored factors influencing its sensitivity. Nasopharyngeal swab (NPS) specimens were prospectively collected from pediatric inpatients with lower respiratory tract infections at the time of admission in the Shenzhen Children's Hospital from May 2009 to April 2010. Total nucleic acids were extracted using the EZ1 system (Qiagen, Germany) and 17 respiratory viruses and genotypes including influenza A virus (FluA), FluB, parainfluenza virus 1 (PIV1), PIV2, PIV3, PIV4, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), human metapneumovirus (hMPV), rhinoviruses (RhV), enteroviruses (EnV), human bocaviruses (hBoV), adenoviruses (AdV), four coronaviruses (229E, OC43, NL63 and HKU1), and FluA 2009 pandemic H1N1(H1N1-p) were detected and identified by the ResPlex II kit. In parallel, 16 real-time TaqMan quantitative RT-PCR assays were used to quantitatively detect each virus except for RhV. Influenza and parainfluenza viral cultures were also performed. Among the total 438 NPS specimens collected during the study period, one or more viral pathogens were detected in 274 (62.6%) and 201(45.9%) specimens by monoplex TaqMan RT-PCR and multiplex ResPlex, respectively. When results from monoplex PCR or cell culture were used as the reference standard, the multiplex PCR possessed specificities of 92.9-100.0%. The sensitivity of multiplex PCR for PIV3, hMPV, PIV1 and BoV were 73.1%, 70%, 66.7% and 55.6%, respectively, while low sensitivities (11.1%-40.0%) were observed for FluA, EnV, OC43, RSV and H1N1. Among the seven viruses/genotypes detected with higher frequencies, multiplex PCR sensitivities were correlated significantly with viral loads determined by the TaqMan RT-PCR in FluA, H1N1-p and RSV (p=0.011-0.000). The Qiagen ResPlex II multiplex RT-PCR kit possesses excellent specificity for simultaneous detection of 17 viral pathogens in NPS specimens in pediatric inpatients at the time of admission. 3Effects of microstructure on fatigue crack propagation behavior in a bi-modal TC11 titanium alloy fabricated via laser additive manufacturing显示文摘In this study, the crack propagation behaviors in the equiaxed and equiaxed-columnar grain regions of a heat-treated laser additive manufacturing(LAM) TC11 alloy with a special bi-modal microstructure are investigated. The results indicate that the alloy presents a special bi-modal microstructure that comprises a fork-like primary α(αp) phase surrounded by a secondary α colony(αs) in the α phase matrix after the heat treatment is completed. The samples demonstrate a fast crack growth rate with larger da/d N values through the equiaxed grain sample versus across the equiaxed-columnar grain sample at low K values(<13.8). The differences that are observed between the crack propagation behaviors(in the crack initiation stage) of the samples can be mostly attributed to the different size and morphology of the αp lamellae and αscolony within the grains in the equiaxed and columnar grain regions rather than the grain boundaries. The cracks prefer to grow along the α/β boundary with a smooth propagation route and a fast propagation rate in the equiaxed grain region, where the αpand α clusters have a large size.However, in the columnar grain region, small and randomly distributed αplamellae generate a zigzagshaped propagation path with a reduction in the da/d N value. 4Effect of curing condition on bonding quality of scarf-repaired composite laminates显示文摘Both single-face vacuum bag curing(SVC) and double-face vacuum bag curing(DVC)can be used in scarf repair of composite structures. But different curing conditions caused by the sealing state may affect the bonding quality of scarf-repaired structures. In this paper, the effect of curing condition on bonding quality of scarf-repaired laminates was experimentally investigated in terms of surface profiles, moisture absorption curves and section profiles. In order to further explore the moisture absorption mechanism, finite element model of the repaired laminates using DVC was established with moisture diffusion of both the adhesive and composite laminates considered. This model was verified by experimental results. Based on the model of DVC case, the model of SVC case was built by changing moisture absorption parameters of the adhesive. Results show that SVC reduces the bonding quality, mainly reflecting in more adhesive inner voids and patch-toparent dislocation. 5Analysis of gene expression patterns with cDNA microarray during late stage of spermatogenesis in mice显示文摘The differentiation process of round spermat-ids to spermatozoa during the late stage of spermatogenesis is called spermiogenesis. To explore spermiogenesis-related genes, cDNA microarray was used to study expression patterns of 1176 genes in pachytene spermatocytes, round spermatids and elongating spermatids of Balb/c mice. The results showed that 208 genes were detected in all the three cell types. Most of them were down-regulated from pachytene spermatocytes to round spermatids and elongating spermatids. However, up-regulation of 7 genes expression in round spermatids and 3 genes in elongating spermatids were found. Expression of 7 differentially expressed genes in cDNA arrays was further confirmed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR study. The RT-PCR results indicated that the expression of 6 genes was consistent with that in cDNA arrays, only one gene did not show differential expression by RT-PCR. 14Surface Energy and Work of Adhesion of Titanium Oxide Related Materials显示文摘Surface energy and work of adhesion of titanium oxide related materials were investigated.Titanium oxide(TiOx) films were deposited by electron-beam evaporation system using TiO2 as a source material.The films deposited by various thickness and growth rate were etched subsequently by different plasma using various gases like Ar and O2.TiOx films were further modified by self-assembled monolayer(SAM)of silanes and ultraviolet(UV)irradiation.The surface modified TiOx films showed a wide range of water contact angles from 6.9°to 75.2°.The surface energies of Titania-related films and their work of adhesion with human blood were varied with different surface modification process.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)revealed that hydroxyl group present on the surface explains the hydrophilicity of the surface modified TiOx films.We also suggest that some surface modified samples can provide an excellent hemocompatible surface from the estimated work of adhesion between the surface modified TiOx samples and human blood.Lin Zeng Zhao Jikui Du Guangyu Wang Qing Ba Dechun Han Jing Liu Chunming 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:1

16A real-time sensing system based on triboelectric nanogenerator for dynamic response of bridges显示文摘The strain of bridges under traffic loads is time-varying and of small amplitude(~10^(-6)),which is a type of cumulative response and needs long-term continuous monitoring.To precisely capture the time-varying responses,a dynamic strain triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)sensor with superior response capability,sensitivity,self-powered,and long-term stability is proposed in this paper.An analytical correlation between the structural strain response signal and the detected electrical signal is established for long-term continuous quantitative strain measurements based on the principles of contact electrification and electrostatic induction.A series of experiments are conducted to investigate the output performance of the proposed lateral-sliding mode TENG sensors.The results reveal that,with the loading condition with frequencies lower than 10 Hz,the time-varying strain responses of the steel bridge within the range of 3 to 150 microstrains can also be detected with high precision of 0.1 microstrains.And it achieves long-term stability after 10000 loading cycles compared with commercial sensors.The proposed novel sensing theory and method based on TENG technology can be applied as a new alternative approach for monitoring realtime structural strain information quantitatively with general applicability and feasibility for bridges.ZHANG He HUANG KangXu ZHOU YuHui SUN LiangFeng ZHANG ZhiCheng LUO JiKui 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,11:1
17Characterization of Compositionally Complex Hydrides in a Metastable Refractory High-Entropy Alloy显示文摘Here,we study the hydride formation in a metastable Ti-33Zr-22Hf-11Ta(at.%)refractory high entropy alloy(RHEA).Deviating to non-equiatomic compositions of RHEAs promotes the formation of transformation-induced plasticity where the body-centered cubic phase transforms to hexagonal close-packed(HCP)phase.It is found that the phase transformation capability assists the hydride formation due to the low solubility of hydrogen within the HCP phase.In this study,hydrogen is charged via electrochemical polishing and the corresponding phase transformation is activated in the metastable RHEAs.The newly formed HCP phase interacts with hydrogen to form a face-centered cubic hydride verified by electron energy loss spectroscopy.This work provides a primary exploration of the formation of compositionally complex metal hydrides in the metastable RHEAs,which are potential candidates for future hydrogen storage material design.Jikui Liu Junhua Hou Fengchao An Bingnan Qian Christian H.Liebscher Wenjun Lu 2023Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,7:0
18Fully self-powered instantaneous wireless liquid level sensor system based on triboelectric nanogenerator显示文摘Self-powered sensors are highly sought for wireless sensing applications in space exploration,industries,and environmental monitoring,etc.However,most current self-powered sensor technologies are based on the multiple energy conversion routine:energy collection,rectification,energy storage,and power management before it can be used for sensor systems,leading to exceptionally low energy utilization efficiency and very short periods of wireless sensing operation with majority of information lost.Here,we propose a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)based fully self-powered instantaneous and real-time wireless sensor system which does not contain electronic devices and microchips,but the passive components only.An innovative cylindrical capacitive-type liquid level sensor is also proposed and is then integrated into the wireless sensor system for monitoring liquid levels or identifying substance of the liquids.This sensor system can convert pulsed voltage output of the TENG into sinusoidal signal with a resonant frequency containing the sensing information and is transmitted to the receiver in distance in real-time.The maximum transmission distance of the sensor system could reach 1.5 m for a 10 cm diameter magnetic-core coil pair.The wireless sensor system exhibited excellent stability and excellent linearity with a sensitivity of 4.63 kHz/cm,and demonstrated its great application potential for the self-powered liquid level monitoring.Liangquan Xu Yuzhi Tang Chi Zhang Fuhai Liu Jinkai Chen Weipeng Xuan Hao Jin Zhi Ye Zhen Cao Yubo Li Xiaozi Wang Shurong Dong Jikui Luo 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:0
19An epidermal electrode based triboelectric walking energy harvester for wearable wireless sensing applications显示文摘Harvesting bio-kinetic energy using a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG) is one of the promising routes to solve the sustainable energy supply problem for wearable electronics. However, additional materials, complex fabricating processes or specific mechanical structures are needed for existing TENGs to harvest bio-kinetic energy. Besides, they need to be tightly attached to the human body, which may result in detachment and malfunction under tense human motion. Herein, an intrinsic epidermal electrode-based TENG(E-TENG) is proposed to harvest human walking energy. The wearing shoes and ground are used as tribo-materials, and the human epidermis is used as the back electrode of the E-TENG. Compared with the traditional TENGs,the E-TENG does not need any additional tribo-materials and complex mechanical structures. Under optimal conditions, the voltage output of E-TENG can reach 914 V. E-TENG has been used as a self-powered warning sensor and pedometer sensor for demonstration. Furthermore, E-TENG based self-powered wireless sensor system has been developed using a newly designed micro energy electronic switch(MEES). 20Myocardial Infarction Detection and Localization with Electrocardiogram Based on Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘Electrocardiogram(ECG)is widely used in Myocardial infarction(MI)diagnosis.The automatic diagnosis of MI based on the 12-lead ECG needs to consider not only the waveform change features in multi-resolution time series,but also the spatial correlation information between the leads.To this end,this work proposed multiscale spatiotemporal feature extraction method based on Convolutional neural network(CNN)for MI automatic diagnosis.First,the 12-lead ECG is first transformed into an ECG image through wavelet decomposition and 3-dimensional space reconstruction.The MI-CNN model is then constructed to identify MI using 41368 ECG images.Finally,we develop the LL-CNN model,which is utilized only after the ECG signal is identified as an MI event by the MI-CNN model,to localize MI by employing transfer learning to overcome the limited data problem.The proposed method has achieved an accuracy of 99.51%on MI detection,and a macro-F1 of 99.14%on MI localization.Moreover,the features visualization shows that U-wave has significant diagnostic value for MI.The proposed method significantly improves the performance of MI detection and localization compared with other methods.It is promising to be used for MI monitoring and diagnosis.LIU Jikui WANG Ruxin WEN Bo LIU Zengding MIAO Fen LI Ye 2021Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,5:0
