| 1 | Sliding Mode Formation Control of Nonlinear Multi-Agent Systems with Local Lipschitz Continuous Dynamics显示文摘In this paper, the multi-agent formation problem of networked nonlinear multi-agent systems with local Lipschitz continuous dynamics under directed interaction topology, is investigated. Based on the nonlinear dynamics satisfying locally Lipschitz continuous conditions, three kinds of sliding mode controllers are proposed to solve the problem of multi-agent formation control. Using integral sliding mode controller in first-order system, formation shape is achieved within finite time. For second-order system, on the one hand, non-singular terminal sliding mode function is adopted to accomplish the system asymptotic convergence. Furthermore, super-twisting algorithm is proposed to make multi-agent achieve the desired formation within finite time. Lyapunov functions are applied in the whole paper to ensure the system stability. Numerical simulation examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed sliding mode control methods. | WANG Jinran LUO Xiaoyuan LI Xiaolei ZHU Minggao GUAN Xinping | 2019 | Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2019,32,3: | 3 |

| 3 | Mining salt stress-related genes in Spartina alterniflora via analyzing co-evolution signal across 365 plant species using phylogenetic profiling显示文摘With the increasing number of sequenced species, phylogenetic profiling(PP)has become a powerful method to predict functional genes based on co-evolutionary information. However, its potential in plant genomics has not yet been fully explored. In this context,we combined the power of machine learning and PP to identify salt stress-related genes in a halophytic grass,Spartina alterniflora, using evolutionary information generated from 365 plant species. Our results showed that the genes highly co-evolved with known salt stress-related genes are enriched in biological processes of ion transport, detoxification and metabolic pathways. For ion transport, five identified genes coding two sodium and three potassium transporters were validated to be able to uptake Na?.In addition,we identified two orthologs of trichome-related AtR3-MYB genes,SaCPC1 and SaCPC2,which may be involved in salinity responses.Genes co-evolved with SaCPCs were enriched in functions related to the circadian rhythm and abiotic stress responses.Overall, this work demonstrates the feasibility of mining salt stress-related genes using evolutionary information, highlighting the potential of PP as a valuable tool for plant functional genomics. | Shang Gao Shoukun Chen Maogeng Yang Jinran Wu Shihua Chen Huihui Li | 2023 | aBIOTECH2023,4,4: | 0 |
| 4 | Real-time deep learning design tool for far-field radiation profile显示文摘The connection between Maxwell’s equations and artificial neural networks has revolutionized the capability and efficiency of nanophotonic design.Such a machine learning tool can help designers avoid iterative,time-consuming electromagnetic simulations and even allows long-desired inverse design. However, when we move from conventional design methods to machine-learning-based tools, there is a steep learning curve that is not as user-friendly as commercial simulation software. Here,we introduce a real-time,web-based design tool that uses a trained deep neural network(DNN)for accurate far-field radiation prediction, which shows great potential and convenience for antenna and metasurface designs. We believe our approach provides a user-friendly,readily accessible deep learning design tool, with significantly reduced difficulty and greatly enhanced efficiency. The web-based tool paves the way to present complicated machine learning results in an intuitive way.It also can be extended to other nanophotonic designs based on DNNs and replace conventional full-wave simulations with a much simpler interface. | Jinran Qie Erfan Khoram Dianjing Liu Ming Zhou Li Gao | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,4: | 0 |
| 5 | Ambipolar tribotronic transistor of MoTe_(2)显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)tribotronic devices have been successfully involved in electromechanical modulation for channel conductance and applied in intelligent sensing system, touch screen, and logic gates.Ambipolar transistors and corresponding complementary inverters based on one type of semiconductors are highly promising due to the facile fabrication process and readily tunable polarity. Here,we demonstrate an ambipolar tribotronic transistor of molybdenum ditelluride(MoTe_(2)),which shows typical ambipolar transport properties modulated by triboelectric potential. It is comprised of a MoTe_(2)transistor and a lateral sliding triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG).The induced triboelectric potential by Maxwell’s displacement current(a driving force for TENG)can readily modulate the transport properties of both electrons and holes in MoTe_(2)channel and effectively drive the transistor.High performance tribotronic properties have been achieved, including low cutoff current below 1 pA·μm^(−1)and high current on/off ratio of~103 for holes and electrons dominated transports. The working mechanism on how to achieve tribotronic ambipolarity is discussed in detail.A complementary tribotronic inverter based on single flake of MoTe_(2)is also demonstrated with low power consumption and high stability. This work presents an active approach to efficiently modulate semiconductor devices and logic circuits based on 2D materials through external mechanical signal, which has great potential in human–machine interaction, intelligent sensor, and other wearable devices. | Yonghai Li Jinran Yu Yichen Wei Yifei Wang Liuqi Cheng Zhenyu Feng Ya Yang Zhong Lin Wang Qijun Sun | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,9: | 0 |
