1Research Progress of Medicinal Secondary Metabolites and Gene Cloning of Dendrobium officinale显示文摘Dendrobium officinale is one of the most precious medicinal plants in China. Its main medicinal ingredients are its secondary metabolites. However,it has the characteristics of limited sources,low active ingredient content and high cost,limiting the use of D. officinale.Studying the network structure and rate-limiting steps of secondary metabolites of medicinal components of D. officinale,analyzing the secondary metabolic synthesis process,mastering the production rules of its medicinal components and carrying out gene cloning or biosynthesis,etc.are of great significance for the rational development and utilization of D. officinale resources. 3Application of peptide nucleic acids containing azobenzene self-assembled electrochemical biosensors in detecting DNA sequences显示文摘Hybridization of peptide nucleic acids probe containing azobenzene (NH2-TNT4, N-PNAs) with DNA was performed by covalently immobilizing of NH2-TNT4 in sequence on the 3-mercaptopropionic acid self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode with the helps of N-(3-dimethylaminopropy1)-N'-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), and the hybrid was coded as N-PNAs/DNA. Using [Fe(CN)6]4-/3- (1:1) as the electrochemical indicator, the electrochemical properties of the N-PNAs self-assembled monolayer (N-PNAs-SAMs) and N-PNAs/DNA hybridization system under the conditions of before and after UV light irradiation were characterized with cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS). 4Synthesis and photo-activity of peptide nucleic acids containing an azobenzene unit显示文摘We prepared the azobenzene PNA unit and synthesized various PNAs containing an azobenzene unit by a typical tBoc method. Both the azobenzene PNA unit and PNA containing an azobenzene unit (N-PNA) showed reversible photoisomerization with UV and visible light irradiation.
