1Ectopic Overexpression of Wheat Adenosine Diphosphate-ribosylation Factor,TaARF,Increases Growth Rate in Arabidopsis显示文摘Differential gene expression between hybrids and their parents is considered to be associated with heterosis. However,the physiological functions and possible contribution to heterosis of these differentially expressed genes are unknown.We have isolated one hybrid upregulated gene encoding putative wheat ADP-ribosylation factor, designated TaARF. In thisstudy, real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction analysis indicated that the TaARF transcriptwas preferentially expressed in root, node and crown, and the accumulation of TaARF mRNA in hybrid was more than1.5-fold higher than that in two parents. In order to understand possible roles of the putative wheat ARF gene, TaARFwas overexpressed in Arabidopsis, and the transgenic plants were characterized. We show that ectopic overexpression ofTaARF in Arabidopsis leads to increased leaf area, increased growth rate and earlier transition to flowering, suggestingthat TaARF plays significant roles in growth and development. 3Synergetic Insulation and Induction Effects Selectively Optimize Multiresonancee Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence显示文摘Multiresonance(MR)emitters featuring narrowband emissions and theoretically 100%exciton harvesting are great potential for organic light-emitting diode(OLED)applications.However,how to functionalize MR molecules without scarifying emission color purity is still a key challenge.Herein,we report a feasible strategy for selective optimization of MR molecules,which is demonstrated by a blue MR emitter tCBNDASPO substituted with a diphenylphosphine oxide(DPPO)group.Compared to its DPPO-free parent molecule,tCBNDASPO preserves narrowband feature with full widths at half maximum(FWHM)values of 28 nm in film and 32 nm in OLEDs and achieves 40%increased photoluminescence(92%)and electroluminescence quantum efficiencies(28%).It is showed that insulation effect of P=O effectively confines the singlet excited state on MR core to keep emission color purity,and its induction effect enhances singlet radiation and triplet-to-singlet conversion.This synergism for selective optimization is based on rational linkage between MR core and functional groups.Jinkun Bian Su Chen Lili Qiu Nan Zhang Jing Zhang Chunbo Duan Chunmiao Han Hui Xu 2022Research2022,,4:1

5Molecular interactions induced collapse of charge density wave quantum states in 2H tantalum disulfide nanosheets显示文摘2H-tantalum disulfide(2H-TaS_(2))is a layered metallic transition metal dichalcogenide(TMD)that has recently been studied from the perspective of new physics phenomena,including simultaneous lattice distortion and charge density modulation known as the charge density wave(CDW)phase.Here we explored the collapse of CDW states in few-layer 2H-TaS_(2)induced by molecular interactions using Raman spectroscopy.Our results indicate that the CDW states disappear in few-layer 2H-TaS_(2)with rhodamine 6G(R6G)adsorbed due to the charge transfer,which is reflected by the change of behaviors of lattice vibrational modes in 2HTaS_(2).We observed the 2-phonon mode that signifies the CDW formation in 2H-TaS_(2),becomes a phonon-hardened mode when R6G molecules are absorbed on its surface.R6G adsorption further induces the breakdown of the Raman polarization selection rule in 2H-TaS_(2),which results in the alteration of the A_(1g)phonon mode polarization state of 2H-TaS_(2).This study can shed light not only on the underlying mechanisms of CDW states but also on controlling the CDW states under a variety of environmental conditions.Borgea G.M.Ekoya Jinkun Han Junqiang Zhu Yabing Shan Ran Liu Laigui Hu Zhi-Jun Qiu Chunxiao Cong 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:0
