LCL-resonance damping strategies for grid-connected inverters with LCL filters: a comprehensive review显示文摘Grid-connected LCL-filtered inverters are commonly used for distributed power generators. The LCL resonance should be treated properly. Recently, many strategies have been used to damp the resonance, but the relationships between different damping strategies have not been thoroughly investigated. Thus, this study analyses the essential mechanisms of LCL-resonance damping and reviews state-of-the-art resonance damping strategies.Existing resonance damping strategies are classified into those with single-state and multi-state feedback. Singlestate feedback strategies damp the LCL resonance using feedback of a voltage or current state at the resonance frequency. Multi-state feedback strategies are summarized as zero-placement and pole-placement strategies, where the zero-placement strategy configures the zeros of a novel state combined by multi-state feedback, while the poleplacement strategy aims to assign the closed-loop poles freely. Based on these mechanisms, an investigation of single-state and multi-state feedback is presented, including detailed comparisons of the existing strategies. Finally, some future research directions that can improve LCL-filtered inverter performance and minimize their implementation costs are summarized. | Jinming XU Shaojun XIE | 2018 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2018,6,2: | 5
Ticagrelor inhibits the NLRP3 inflammasome to protect against inflammatory disease independent of the P2Y_(12 ) signaling pathway显示文摘Ticagrelor is the first reversibly binding oralP2Y_(12) receptor antagonist to inhibit platelet activation and has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of coronary artery disease. At present, the other pharmacological functions of ticagrelor remain poorly understood. The NOD-, LRR-, and pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome plays a critical role in the innate immune system, but its excessive activation also contributes to the pathogenesis of complex diseases. In this study, we systematically examined the effects of ticagrelor on the NLRP3 inflammasome and found that ticagrelor inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation in macrophages independent of its classic inhibitory effect on theP2Y_(12) signaling pathway. Further mechanistic studies demonstrate that ticagrelor attenuates the oligomerization of apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC) by blocking chloride efflux, an effect achieved through the degradation of chloride intracellular channel proteins (CLICs) and blockade of the translocation of CLICs to the plasma membrane. Moreover, experiments on lipopolysaccharide-induced sepsis and alum-induced peritonitis in mice confirmed that ticagrelor mitigates the severity of systemic inflammation independent ofP2Y_(12) receptor antagonism. Importantly, oral administration of ticagrelor rapidly and strongly inhibited NLRP3 inflammasome activation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with acute coronary syndrome. Overall, our study reveals a novel pharmacological function of ticagrelor in addition to its classic antiplatelet properties, which suggests that ticagrelor may serve as a potential therapeutic agent for use in NLRP3-associated diseases. | Bo Huang Yufeng Qian Shujun Xie Xianhua Ye Hanwen Chen Zhifeng Chen Lihuan Zhang Jinming Xu Hu Hu Shenglin Ma Paul Héroux Di Wang Han-Ming Shen Yihua Wu Dajing Xia | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,5: | 3
Comparative Study of Single-phase Phase-locked Loops for Grid-connected Inverters Under Non-ideal Grid Conditions显示文摘In renewable power generation systems, ensuring the synchronization of the inverter and the power grid is crucial for the stable operation of grid-connected inverters.Nowadays, the phase-locked loop(PLL)technology has become a widely used grid synchronization method because of its simple implementation and robustness under various grid conditions.Even though a lot of PLLs have been proposed,an overview and comparative analysis of multiple PLLs can be helpful for practical applications. In addition, the weak grid condition is a great challenge for the system. Therefore, this study first presents an overview of the existing PLLs together with their general structures and basic working principles.Depending on the implementation of the phase detector, the PLL can be divided into three categories:power-based PLL(pPLL),orthogonal-signalgenerator-based PLL(OSG-PLL)and adaptive-filter-based PLL(AF-PLL).Then,from the above classification, seven typical single-phase PLLs are selected for further study. Finally, some test results are given, and a comprehensive evaluation of the selected PLLs under different grid conditions is conducted. | Jinming Xu Hao Qian Shenyiyang Bian Yuan Hu Shaojun Xie | 2022 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,1: | 2

LncRNAs LCETRL3 and LCETRL4 at chromosome 4q12 diminish EGFR-TKIs efficiency in NSCLC through stabilizing TDP43 and EIF2S1显示文摘Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)are effective targeted therapy drugs for advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients carrying sensitized EGFR mutations. The rapid development of EGFR-TKIs resistance represents a major clinical challenge for managing NSCLC.The chromosome 4q12 is the first genome-wide association study(GWAS)-reported locus associated with progression-free survival(PFS)of NSCLC patients treated with EGFR-TKIs.However,the biological significance of the noncoding transcripts at 4q12 in NSCLC remains elusive. In the present study,we identified two 4q12 long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)LCETRL3 and LCETRL4 which could significantly dimmish EGFR-TKIs efficiency. In line with their oncogenic role, evidently higher LCETRL3 and LCETRL4 levels were observed in NSCLC tissues as compared with normal specimens.Importantly, lncRNA LCETRL3 can interact with oncoprotein TDP43 and inhibit ubiquitination and degradation of TDP43.Similarly,lncRNA LCETRL4 can bind and stabilize oncoprotein EIF2S1 through reducing ubiquitin-proteasome degradation of EIF2S1.In particular, elevated levels of LCETRL3 or LCETRL4 in NSCLC cells resulted in stabilization of TDP43 or EIF2S1,increased levels of NOTCH1 or phosphorylated PDK1,activated AKT signaling and,thus,EGFR-TKIs resistance.Taken together, our data revealed a novel model that integrates two lncRNAs transcribed from the 4q12 locus into the regulation of EGFR-TKIs resistance in NSCLC.These findings shed new light on the importance of functionally annotating lncRNAs in the GWAS loci and provided insights to declare novel druggable targets,i.e.,lncRNAs,which may unlock the therapeutic potential of EGFR-TKIs resistant NSCLC in the clinic. | Yankang Li Yue Shen Mengyu Xie Bowen Wang Teng Wang Jiajia Zeng Hui Hua Jinming Yu Ming Yang | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2: | 1

A comprehensive profile of TCF1^(+)progenitor and TCF1−terminally exhausted PD-1^(+)CD8^(+)T cells in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma:implications for prognosis and immunotherapy显示文摘The heterogeneity of exhausted T cells(Tex)is a critical determinant of immune checkpoint blockade therapy efficacy. However, few studies have explored exhausted T cell subpopulations in human cancers. In the present study,we examined samples from two cohorts of 175 patients with head and neck squamous cell cancer(HNSCC)by multiplex immunohistochemistry(mIHC)to investigate two subsets of Tex,CD8+PD1+TCF1+progenitor exhausted T cells(TCF1+Texprog)and CD8+PD1+TCF1−terminally exhausted T cells(TCF1−Texterm).Moreover,fresh tumor samples from 34 patients with HNSCC were examined by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry to further investigate their properties and cytotoxic capabilities and their correlation with regulatory T cells(Tregs)in the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME).mIHC and flow cytometry analysis showed that TCF1−Texterm represented a greater proportion of CD8+PD1+Tex than TCF1+Texprog in most patients.TCF1+Texprog produced abundant TNFα,while TCF1−Texterm expressed higher levels of CD103,TIM-3,CTLA-4,and TIGIT.TCF1−Texterm exhibited a polyfunctional TNFα+GZMB+IFNγ+phenotype;and were associated with better overall survival and recurrence-free survival. The results also indicated that larger proportions of TCF1−Texterm were accompanied by an increase in the proportion of Tregs. Therefore,it was concluded that TCF1−Texterm was the major CD8+PD1+Tex subset in the HNSCC TIME and that these cells favor patient survival.A high proportion of TCF1−Texterm was associated with greater Treg abundance. | Dikan Wang Juan Fang Shuqiong Wen Qunxing Li Jinming Wang Lisa Yang Wenxiao Dai Huanzi Lu Junyi Guo Zhongyan Shan Wenqiang Xie Xiangqi Liu Liling Wen Jie Shen Anxun Wang Qianming Chen Zhi Wang | 2022 | International Journal of Oral Science2022,14,1: | 0
Evidence for glaciation predating MIS-6 in the eastern Nyainqêntanglha Range, southeastern Tibet显示文摘Southeastern Tibet is one of the most glaciated regions on the Tibetan Plateau both at present and during the Quaternary. Numerical dating of glacial deposits has allowed the establishment of a provisional chronology of Quaternary glacial fluctuations in this region, with the oldest glaciation(Guxiang Glaciation) occurring in marine oxygen isotope stage 6(MIS-6).During our recent field investigations, a morphostratigraphically older lateral moraine than that of the Guxiang Glaciation has been first identified, which is ~500–600 m above the Guxiang Glaciation moraine and discontinuously preserved on valley shoulders in the Bodui Zangbo River valley, eastern Nyainqêntanglha Range in southeastern Tibet. Considering the moraine is best preserved at Nitong Village, here we name the glacier advance which deposited the moraine as 'Nitong Glaciation'. Using electron spin resonance(ESR) technique, we dated the Nitong Glaciation moraine to 506.3±60.4 ka. Taking into account the age error and climatic conditions, we consider it most likely that the Nitong Glaciation occurred during MIS-12, although it might had happened sometime earlier. | Shangzhe ZHOU Jinming XIE Xianjiao OU Liubing XU Yong SUN Xuezhen ZENG Xiaoxia WEN Renrong CHEN Hong YANG Xianmei HUANG Yazhong ZHOU Jinjin SUN | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,4: | 0
