1Improving rate performances of Li-rich layered oxide by the co-doping of Sn and K ions显示文摘The specific capacities and power performances of conventional cathode materials are still needed to improve in order to meet the demand for electrical vehicles.Li-rich layered oxide delivers a high specific capacity,but poor rate performances.Chemical doping is an effective way to address this challenge due to the expanded crystal lattice.Unlike a single ion substitution in the literature,here Li-rich layered oxides were doped by Sn and K to achieve the favorite rate performance,where Sn and K were assumed to replace transition metal ion and Li ion,respectively.Results indicate the co-doped samples result in an increasing capacity retention by more than 40%from 107.9(contrast sample)to 151.5 mAh g^(-1)(co-doped sample)at 10 C-rate.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and calculated diffusion coefficient of Li^(+) also confirmed the favorite rate performances for co-doped sample.Combining results of Rietveld structure refinement,we proposed that the reason for rate performances comes from the enlarged crystal lattices,which provides a smooth diffusion tunnel for Lithium ions during the charge/discharge processes.The as-adopted method provides a possibility to achieve the improved rate performances by co-doping big-size ions at the different crystal sites.Bao Li Xinbo Wang Yibo Gao Bao Wang Jinxu Qiu Xu Cheng Dongmei Dai 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,2:1
2Failure behavior of interfacial domain in SiC-matrix based composites显示文摘In this work,the microstructure,failure behavior and interfacial properties with respective to the interfacial domain in SiCf/BN/SiC and C_(f)/PyC/SiC composites were studied via the fiber push-in test.The differences in the mechanical response of the interfacial domain were observed.During the fiber push-in test for SiCf/BN/SiC,the interface debonding accompanied with interphase fracture occurred,resulting in an obvious sign of the onset of debonding on loading-displacement(P-u)curves.While the good continuity of P-u curves can be observed for Cf/PyC/SiC,which is due to that the failure is in the form of interface debonding along with interphase lateral slipping caused by the extension of buckled carbon fiber,without any interphase fracture.The interfacial properties calculated from the fiber push-in test show that Cf/PyC/SiC possesses a weaker interfacial domain compared with SiC_(f)/BN/SiC.The interfacial shear stress of SiCf/BN/SiC and C_(f)/PyC/SiC composites amounts 94.2 and 48.1 MPa,respectively.Jinxue Ding Xiaokang Ma Xiaomeng Fan Jimei Xue Fang Ye Laifei Cheng 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29:1
3Modulating autophagic flux via ROS-responsive targeted micelles to restore neuronal proteostasis in Alzheimer’s disease显示文摘Compromised autophagy and defective lysosomal clearance significantly contribute to impaired neuronal proteostasis,which represents a hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and other age-related neurodegenerative disorders.Growing evidence has implicated that modulating autophagic flux,instead of inducing autophagosome formation alone,would be more reliable to rescue neuronal proteostasis.Concurrently,selectively enhancing drug concentrations in the leision areas,instead of the whole brain,will maximize therapeutic efficacy while reduing non-selective autophagy induction.Herein,we design a ROS-responsive targeted micelle system(TT-NM/Rapa)to enhance the delivery efficiency of rapamycin to neurons in AD lesions guided by the fusion peptide TPL,and facilitate its intracellular release via ROS-mediated disassembly of micelles,thereby maximizing autophagic flux modulating efficacy of rapamycin in neurons.Consequently,it promotes the efficient clearance of intracellular neurotoxic proteins,β-amyloid and hyperphosphorylated tau proteins,and ameliorates memory defects and neuronal damage in 3×Tg-AD transgenic mice.Our studies demonstrate a promising strategy to restore autophagic flux and improve neuronal proteostasis by rationally-engineered nano-systems for delaying the progression of AD.Shuting Xu Peng Yang Kang Qian Yixian Li Qian Guo Pengzhen Wang Ran Meng Jing Wu Jinxu Cao Yunlong Cheng Minjun Xu Qizhi Zhang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,5:1
4Electrospinning organic solvent resistant preoxidized poly(acrylonitrile)nanofiber membrane and its properties显示文摘A high performance preoxidized poly(acrylonitrile)(O-PAN)nanofiber membrane with excellent solvent resistance,thermal stability and flexibility was fabricated by the preoxidation of electrospun PAN nanofiber membrane.The performance of resultant O-PAN nanofiber membrane was optimized by altering the PAN concentration and preoxidation temperature.The results showed that the O-PAN nanofiber membrane which made from PAN concentration of 14%(mass)and preoxidation temperature of 250.0℃ have a more optimal comprehensive performance.In the long-term separation test of SiO2 particle(1 μm)in DMAc suspension,the permeate flux of O-PAN nanofiber membrane stabilized at 227.91 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)(25℃,0.05 MPa)while the SiO2 rejection above 99.6%,which showed excellent solvent resistance and separation performance.In order to further explore the application of the O-PAN nanofiber membrane,the OPAN nanofiber membrane was treated with fluoride and used in oil/water separation process.The O-PAN nanofiber membrane after hydrophobic treatment showed excellent hydrophobicity and good oil/water separation performance with the permeate flux about 969.59 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)while the separation efficiency above 96.1%.The O-PAN nanofiber membrane exhibited a potential application prospect in harsh environment separation.Zhiwei Du Jinxue Cheng Qinglin Huang Mingxing Chen Changfa Xiao 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,53,1:1
5IoT Services:Realizing Private Real-Time Detection via Authenticated Conjunctive Searchable Encryption显示文摘With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,the Internet of Things is playing an increasingly important role in our everyday.The amount of data generated by sensor devices is increasing as a large number of connectable devices are deployed in many fields,including the medical,agricultural,and industrial areas.Uploading data to the cloud solves the problem of data overhead but results in privacy issues.Therefore,the question of how to manage the privacy of uploading data and make it available to be interconnected between devices is a crucial issue.In this paper,we propose a scheme that supports real-time authentication with conjunctive keyword detection(RA-CKD),this scheme can realize the interconnection of encrypted data between devices while ensuring some measure of privacy for both encrypted data and detection tokens.Through authentication technology,connected devices can both authenticate each other’s identity and prevent malicious adversaries from interfering with device interconnection.Finally,we prove that our scheme can resist inside keyword guessing attack through rigorous security reduction.The experiment shows that the efficiency of RA-CKD is good enough to be practical.Chungen Xu Lin Mei Jinxue Cheng Yu Zhao Cong Zuo 2021Journal of Cyber Security2021,3,1:0
6Multidimensional autophagy nano-regulator boosts Alzheimer's disease treatment by improving both extra/intraneuronal homeostasis显示文摘Intraneuronal dysproteostasis and extraneuronal microenvironmental abnormalities in Alzheimer’s disease(AD)collectively culminate in neuronal deterioration.In the context of AD,autophagy dysfunction,a multi-link obstacle involving autophagy downregulation and lysosome defects in neurons/microglia is highly implicated in intra/extraneuronal pathological processes.Therefore,multidimensional autophagy regulation strategies co-manipulating“autophagy induction”and“lysosome degradation”in dual targets(neuron and microglia)are more reliable for AD treatment.Accordingly,we designed an RP-1 peptide-modified reactive oxygen species(ROS)-responsive micelles(RT-NM)loading rapamycin or gypenoside XVII.Guided by RP-1 peptide,the ligand of receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE),RT-NM efficiently targeted neurons and microglia in AD-affected region.This nanocombination therapy activated the whole autophagy-lysosome pathway by autophagy induction(rapamycin)and lysosome improvement(gypenoside XVII),thus enhancing autophagic degradation of neurotoxic aggregates and inflammasomes,and promoting Aβ phagocytosis.Resultantly,it decreased aberrant protein burden,alleviated neuroinflammation,and eventually ameliorated memory defects in 3×Tg-AD transgenic mice.Our research developed a multidimensional autophagy nano-regulator to boost the efficacy of autophagy-centered AD therapy.Yixian Li Peng Yang Ran Meng Shuting Xu Lingling Zhou Kang Qian Pengzhen Wang Yunlong Cheng Dongyu Sheng Minjun Xu Tianying Wang Jing Wu Jinxu Cao Qizhi Zhang 2024Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,3:0
7Microstructure and mechanical properties of Zr_(3)Al_(3)C_(5)-based ceramics synthesized by Al-Si melt infiltration显示文摘In this work,bulk Zr_(3)Al_(3)C_(5)-based ceramics were synthesized by the infiltration of A1-Si melt into zirconium carbide (ZrC) perform.The phase composition,microstructure,and mechanical properties of as-fabricated ceramics were studied.The results demonstrate that Si is more effective to reduce the twin boundary energy of ZrC than A1,and thus promotes the decrease of formation temperature of Zr_(3)Al_(3)C_(5).With the infiltration temperatures increasing from 1200 to 1500 ℃,the Zr_(3)Al_(3)C_(5) content increases from 10 to 49 vol%,which is contributed to the increase of flexural strength from 62±9 to 222±10 MPa,and fracture toughness (KIC) from 2.8+0.2 to 4.1±0.3 MPa.m^(1/2).The decrease of mechanical properties for the samples fabricated at 1600 ℃ is ascribed to the abnormal growth of Zr_(3)Al_(3)C_(5) grains.Xiaomeng FAN Yuzhao MA Yangfang DENG Jinxue DING Laifei CHENG 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,3:0
