1Genome Characteristics and Evolution of Pseudorabies Virus Strains in Eastern China from 2017 to 2019显示文摘Since late 2011,outbreaks of pseudorabies virus(PRV)have occurred in southern China causing major economic losses to the pig industry.We previously reported that variant PRV forms and recombination in China could be the source of continued epidemics.Here,we analyzed samples from intensive pig farms in eastern China between 2017 and 2019,and sequenced the main glycoproteins(gB,gC,gD,and gE)to study the evolution characteristics of PRV.Based on the gC gene,we found that PRV variants belong to clade 2 and detected a founder effect during by the PRV epidemic.In addition,we detected inter-and intra-clade recombination;in particular,inter-clade recombination in the gB genes of strains FJ-ZXF and FJ-W2,which were recombinant with clade 1 strains.We also found specific amino-acid changes and positively selected sites,possibly associated with functional changes.This analysis of the emergence of PRV in China illustrates the need for continuous monitoring and the development of vaccines against specific variants of PRV.Xiaofeng Zhai Wen Zhao Kemang Li Cheng Zhang Congcong Wang Shuo Su Jiyong Zhou Jing Lei Gang Xing Haifeng Sun Zhiyu Shi Jinyan Gu 2019Virologica Sinica2019,34,6:12
2Emerging molecular subtypes and therapeutic targets in B-cell precursor acute lymphoblasti显示文摘B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia(BCP-ALL)is characterized by genetic alterations with high heterogeneity.Precise subtypes with distinct genomic and/or gene expression patterns have been recently revealed using high-throughput sequencing technology.Most of these profiles are associated with recurrent non-overlapping rearrangements or hotspot point mutations that are analogous to the established subtypes,such as DUX4 rearrangements,MEF2D rearrangements,ZNF384/ZNF362 rearrangements,NUTM1 rearrangements,BCL2/MYC and/or BCL6 rearrangements,ETV6-RUNX1-like gene expression,PAX5alt(diverse PAX5 alterations,including rearrangements,intragenic amplifications,or mutations),and hotspot mutations PAX5(p.Pro80Arg)with biallelic PAX5 alterations,IKZF1(p.Asn159Tyr),and ZEB2(p.His1038Arg).These molecular subtypes could be classified by gene expression patterns with RNA-seq technology.Refined molecular classification greatly improved the treatment strategy.Multiagent therapy regimens,including target inhibitors(e.g.,imatinib),immunomodulators,monoclonal antibodies,and chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T)therapy,are transforming the clinical practice from chemotherapy drugs to personalized medicine in the field of risk-directed disease management.We provide an update on our knowledge of emerging molecular subtypes and therapeutic targets in BCP-ALL.Jianfeng Li Yuting Dai Liang Wu Ming Zhang Wen Ouyang Jinyan Huang Saijuan Chen 2021Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,3:6

5Dyskinesia is Closely Associated with Synchronization of Theta Oscillatory Activity Between the Substantia Nigra Pars Reticulata and Motor Cortex in the Off L-dopa State in Rats显示文摘Excessive theta(θ)frequency oscillation and synchronization in the basal ganglia(BG)has been reported in elderly parkinsonian patients and animal models of levodopa(L-dopa)-induced dyskinesia(LID),particularly theθoscillation recorded during periods when L-dopa is withdrawn(the off L-dopa state).To gain insight into processes underlying this activity,we explored the relationship between primary motor cortex(M1)oscillatory activity and BG output in LID.We recorded local field potentials in the substantia nigra pars reticulata(SNr)and M1 of awake,inattentive resting rats before and after L-dopa priming in Sham control,Parkinson disease model,and LID model groups.We found that chronic L-dopa increasedθsynchronization and information flow between the SNr and M1 in off L-dopa state LID rats,with a SNr-to-M1 flow directionality.Compared with the on state,θoscillational activity(θsynchronization and informationflow)during the off state were more closely associated with abnormal involuntary movements.Our findings indicate thatθoscillation in M1 may be consequent to abnormal synchronous discharges in the BG and support the notion that M1θoscillation may participate in the induction of dyskinesia.Jiazhi Chen Qiang Wang Nanxiang Li Shujie Huang Min Li Junbin Cai Yuzheng Wang Huantao Wen Siyuan Lv Ning Wang Jinyan Wang Fei Luo Wangming Zhang 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,3:1
6Achieving simultaneous Cu particles anchoring in meso-porous TiO_(2) nanofabrication for enhancing photo-catalytic CO_(2) reduction through rapid charge separation显示文摘A facile solvo-thermal approach was successfully employed to prepare titanium oxide (TiO_(2)) nano-aggregates with simultaneous copper particles anchoring. The as-synthesized composite could convert CO_(2) into CH_(4) and CO products under simulated solar irradiation. The impact of copper loading amounts on the photo-reduction capability was evaluated. It was found proper amount of Cu loading could enhance the activity of CO_(2) photo-reduction. As a result, the optimal composite (TiO_(2)^(-)Cu-5%) consisting of TiO_(2) supported with 5% (mole ratio) Cu exhibits 2.2 times higher CH_(4) yield and 3 times higher CO yield compared with pure TiO_(2). Conduction band calculated from the band gap and valence X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) indicated TiO_(2) nano-aggregates have suitable band edge alignment with respect to the CO_(2)/CH_(4) and CO_(2)/CO redox potential. Furthermore, with involving of Cu particles, an efficient separation of photo-generated charges was achieved on the basis of photocurrent response and photoluminescence spectra results, which contributed to the improved photo-catalytic performance. 9Analysis of the abnormal resistance in AlGaN/GaN heterostructure's ohmic contact tests显示文摘Ti/Al/Ti/Au and Ti/Al/Ni/Au ohmic contacts were fabricated on AlGaN/GaN heterostructure under different temperatures of rapid thermal processing (RTP). Since abnormal resistance values were observed during the contact resis-tance testing,the surface morphology and contact borders of the samples were analyzed to determine the physical mecha-nism. Such abnormal phenomenon is found to originate from cracking of the AlGaN layer during RTP,flowing of Ti/Al metallic liquid along the crevices,and continuous reaction of the metallic liquid with AlGaN/GaN. Such processes result in abnormal conduction channels. 10A systematic survey of LU domain-containing proteins reveals a novel human gene,LY6A,which encodes the candidate ortholog of mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1 and is aberrantly expressed in pituitary tumors显示文摘The Ly-6 and uPAR(LU)domain-containing proteins represent a large family of cell-surface markers.In particular,mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1 is a widely used marker for various stem cells;however,its human ortholog is missing.In this study,based on a systematic survey and comparative genomic study of mouse and human LU domain-containing proteins,we identified a previously unannotated human gene encoding the candidate ortholog of mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1.This gene,hereby named LY6A,reversely overlaps with a lncRNA gene in the majority of exonic sequences.We found that LY6A is aberrantly expressed in pituitary tumors,but not in normal pituitary tissues,and may contribute to tumorigenesis.Similar to mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1,human LY6A is also upregulated by interferon,suggesting a conserved transcriptional regulatory mechanism between humans and mice.We cloned the full-length LY6A cDNA,whose encoded protein sequence,domain architecture,and exon‒intron structures are all well conserved with mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1.Ectopic expression of the LY6A protein in cells demonstrates that it acts the same as mouse Ly-6A/Sca-1 in their processing and glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchoring to the cell membrane.Collectively,these studies unveil a novel human gene encoding a candidate biomarker and provide an interesting model gene for studying gene regulatory and evolutionary mechanisms.Dan Liu Chunhui Xu Yanting Liu Wen Ouyang Shaojian Lin Aining Xu Yuanliang Zhang Yinyin Xie Qiuhua Huang Weili Zhao Zhu Chen Lan Wang Saijuan Chen Jinyan Huang Zhe Bao Wu Xiaojian Sun 2023Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,3:0
11A study on the minority carrier diffusion length in n-type GaN films显示文摘The minority carrier diffusion length of n-type GaN films grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) has been studied by measuring the surface photovoltaic (PV) spectra. It was found that the minority carrier dif- fusion length of undoped n-type GaN is considerably larger than that in lightly Si-doped GaN. However, the data suggested that the dislocation and electron concentration appear not to be responsible for the minority carrier diffusion length. 12Tuning desolvation kinetics of in-situ weakly solvating polyacetal electrolytes for dendrite-free lithium metal batteries显示文摘The host structure of polymers significantly influences ion transport and interfacial stability of electrolytes,dictating battery cycle life and safety for solid-state lithium metal batteries.Despite promising properties of ethylene oxide-based electrolytes,their typical clamp-like coordination geometry leads to crowd solvation sheath and overly strong interactions between Li^(+)and electrolytes,rendering difficult dissociation of Li+and unfavorable solid electrolyte interface(SEI).Herein,we explore weakly solvating characteristics of polyacetal electrolytes owing to their alternately changing intervals between–O–coordinating sites in the main chain.Such structural asymmetry leads to unique distorted helical solvation sheath,and can effectively reduce Li^(+)-electrolyte binding and tune Li^(+)desolvation kinetics in the insitu formed polymer electrolytes,yielding anion-derived SEI and dendrite-free Li electrodeposition.Combining with photoinitiated cationic ring-opening polymerization,polyacetal electrolytes can be instantly formed within 5 min at the surface of electrode,with high segmental chain motion and well adapted interfaces.Such in-situ polyacetal electrolytes enabled more than 1300-h of stable lithium electrodeposition and prolonged cyclability over 200 cycles in solid-state batteries at ambient temperatures,demonstrating the vital role of molecular structure in changing solvating behavior and Li deposition stability for high-performance electrolytes.Peng Wen Yimin Liu Jinyan Mao Xiaotong Liu Weiping Li Yang Ren Yang Zhou Fei Shao Mao Chen Jun Lin Xinrong Lin 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4:0
13Enhancing the powering ability of triboelectric nanogenerator through output signal’s management strategies显示文摘As a new branch of efficient and low-cost mechanical energy conversion technology,triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)is a potential solution to provide a long-term power supply for the Internet of Things(IoT)sensors and portable electronic devices.However,due to inherent working properties of TENG itself such as extremely high internal impedance,pulse,and alternating current(AC)output,TENG can not directly supply power to loads such as batteries efficiently.Based on these,we describe TENG’s performance from a new perspective of powering ability.It consists of two aspects:the ability to transport charge effectively and the ability to output high power quality current steadily.In order to push forward the developments and applications of TENG,it is necessary to improve its power supply capacity from different perspectives.Fortunately,in recent years,a variety of output signal’s management strategies aiming at effectively managing the generated electricity and significantly improving powering ability of TENG have obtained significantly progress.Herein,this paper discusses the working mechanisms and different load characteristics of TENG at first to clarify the electric performance of TENG.Then,on basis of theoretical analysis,the output signal’s management strategies are elaborated from four aspects:improving the cycle output electricity of TENG,increasing the surface charge density of TENG,improving the power quality of TENG-based energy harvesting system,promoting the application of TENG through integrated circuit(IC)technology and TENG network,and the relevant principles and applications are discussed systematically.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the above output signal’s management strategies are summarized and discussed,and the future development of the output signal’s management strategies for TENG is prospected.Changxin Qi Zhenyue Yang Jinyan Zhi Ruichao Zhang Juan Wen Yong Qin 2023Nano Research2023,16,9:0

16Zonal activation of molecular carbon dioxide and hydrogen over dual sites Ni-Co-MgO catalyst for CO_(2)methanation:Synergistic catalysis of Ni and Co species显示文摘An in-depth mechanism in zonal activation of CO_(2)and H2molecular over dual-active sites has not been revealed yet.Here,Ni-Co-MgO was rationally constructed to elucidate the CO_(2)methanation mechanism.The abundant surface nickel and cobalt components as active sites led to strong Ni-Co interaction with charge transfer from nickel to cobalt.Notably,electron-enriched Coδ-species participated in efficient chemisorption and activation of CO_(2)to generate monodentate carbonate.Simultaneously,plentiful available Ni0sites facilitated H2dissociation,thus CO_(2)and H2were smoothly activated at zones of Coδ-species and Ni0,respectively.Detailed in situ DRIFTS,quasi situ XPS,TPSR,and DFT calculations substantiated a new formate evolution mechanism via monodentate carbonate instead of traditional bidentate carbonate based on synergistic catalysis of Coδ-species and Ni0.The zonal activation of CO_(2)and H2by tuning electron behaviors of double-center catalysts can boost heterogeneous catalytic hydrogenation performance.Zonglin Li Jianjun Chen Yu Xie Junjie Wen Huiling Weng Mingxue Wang Jingyi Zhang Jinyan Cao Guocai Tian Qiulin Zhang Ping Ning 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,91,4:0
