| 1 | Rock Series and Genetic Types of Granitoids in the Western Kunlun Orogenic Belt,China显示文摘A systematic geological and geochemical study was conducted for the granitoids of different periods in the western Kunlun orogenic belt. | 5 | Virtual Photon Effects on Chaos in Generalized Lorenz-Haken Equation显示文摘The dynamics of an ensemble of two-level atoms injected into a single-mode cavity is studied in the exact atom-field interaction situation, in which the counter-rotating terms describing the so-called virtual photon processes neglected in the rotating-wave approximation, are considered. The cavity mode is driven by the injected classical field,and the atom is prepared in a coherent superposition of the two levels. We first derive the generalized Lorenz-Haken equation by using the technique of quantum Langevin equation, and then numerically study the dynamics of this equation.We find that the virtual photon processes have strong effects on the dynamics, which can cause the trajectory in phase space of strange attractor spiral around four focus points, and the trajectory is modulated by virtual photon processes.The chaos region in parameter space is now enlarged. | 10 | Ore-bearing Formations and Mineral Resource Prospects of the Peripheral Areas of the Tarim Block显示文摘The tectonic development of the Tarim block has experienced four stages, i. e. Earth’s core accretion and block formation in the Precambrian, margin splitting, opening-closing and piecing up in the Early Palaeozoic, rift formation and plate unification in the Late Palaeozoic, and basin-mountain coupling and landform shaping in the Meso-Cenozoic, forming six ore-bearing formations and ore deposits of various genetic types in the Tianshan Mountains, Kunlun Mountains and Altun Mountains. In the peripheral areas of Tarim there are four giant intercontinental metallogenic belts passing through, the Central Tianshan and southwestern Tianshan belts in the former USSR and the Qinling-Qilian-Kunlun and Palaeo-Tethys belts in China. According to the macro-analysis on the nearly one thousand known deposits (occurrences) and geophysical-geochemical anomalies, and the information from reconnaissance in some areas, the region has very good prospects for mineral resources. | 11 | The modes of gold-migration in the gossan-type gold deposit显示文摘MORE than 30 gossan-type gold deposits have beed discovered in the Middle-Lower Yangtze River Area.The profile of gold-bearing gossan can be divided into four subzones from upper to lower: (i) gold-deficient or gold-leached gossan (Au contents (0.1-0.8)×10-6) transitonal subzone; (ii) secondary goldconcentration subzone (Au(4-20)×10-6); (iii) oxide and sulfide transitional subzone (Au(0.5-1.5)× 10-6); (iV) Primary sulfide ore (Au(0.5-1) × 10-6). Au Concentration in the subzone (ii) is 2-20 times higher than that in subzone (iV). Obviously migration and secondary concentration of Au hadhappened in the process of oxidation of primary sulfides.
