1生物Reichardt运动检测器和感受域模板的 FPGA设计与实现显示文摘为了在图像处理中快速地实现运动检测和相机自身运动方式估算,引入了基于生物视觉机制的Reichardt运动检测器模型(EMD)和感受域模板。分析了Reichardt运动检测器模型的基本特性及其缺陷。为了克服模型上的主要缺陷,在应用中选择了一种优化模型,应用该模型可以得到较好的运动检测结果。同时,提出了基于苍蝇视觉系统的6个感受域模板,用以实现简单自身运动方式的估算,如相机自身的平移、旋转等。最后,在FPGA(FieldProgrammable Gate Array)平台上实现了相关的算法。实验结果表明,优化后的运动检测器可以快速地判断局部运动方向,感受域模板可实现在特定背景下的简单运动方式估算;对分辨率为256×256像素的输入图片,本设计中的FPGA系统可达到每秒350帧的处理速率,所产生的延时仅为0.25μs,达到了快速处理的要求。此模型可应用于实时的机器视觉系统,如进行障碍物检测、整体运动方式估算、UAV/MAV的稳定控制等。Kolja Kuehnlenz 吴海燕 Martin Buss Alexander Borst 张天光 2009中国图象图形学报2009,14,12:2

6Biobased materials for food packaging显示文摘Consumers prefer foods that are healthier with high quality and safety.Food packaging are de-manded to effectively extend the shelf-life,preserve the nutrients and decrease the microbial contamination during the transport and storage of food.With the increasing concern on the envi-ronmental impacts caused by food packaging wastes,sustainable and green packaging are highly demanded to minimize the harmful effects of food packaging waste on the environment.Bio-based materials are derived from sustainable and renewable biomass,instead of finite petrochemicals.The applications of bio-based materials for food packaging are highlighted in this review.The emphasis is placed on the categories of related biobased materials,their characteristics and ad-vantages for food packaging,as well as the strategies used to improve their performances.Though a lot of trials have been done on biobased materials for food packaging,further attempts to im-prove their performances,understand the functioning mechanisms and develop greener methods for the production,processing and destiny of these bio-based materials are still highly needed for the future research.Jiaxiu Wang Markus Euring Kolja Ostendorf Kai Zhang 2022Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts2022,7,1:1
7Postnatal germ cell development in cryptorchid boys显示文摘Cryptorchidism is associated with infertility in adulthood.Early orchiopexy is suggested to reduce the risk.Information is lacking on the potential link between infant germ cell maturation and the risk of future infertility.The objective of the study was to evaluate age-related germ cell development in cryptorchidism.Immunostaining for markers of germ cell development(octamerbinding transcription factor 3/4[0CT3/4],placental alkaline phosphatase[PLAP],KIT proto-oncogene[C-KIT],podoplanin[D2-40],Lin-28 homolog A[LIN28],and G antigen 7[GAGE-7])was performed in testicular biopsies from 40 cryptorchid boys aged 4-35 mon ths.Germ cell nu mbers and distributi ons were evaluated in cross sectio ns of semi niferous tubules,with and without immuno staini ng.OCT3/4,D2-40,and LIN 28 were gen erally expressed in the early stages of germ cell development,as show n by positive expression in germ cells in the central region of seminiferous tubules・In contrast,PLAP and GAGE-7 were expressed in both central and peripheral parts of the tubules in the early stages of development and expressed mainly in a peripheral position with advancing age.Germ cell maturation was delayed in this study population as compared with that observed in our previous study on germ cell markers in a healthy population.The number of GAGE-7-positive germ cells per tubular cross section obtained by immunostaining was significantly higher than that obtained by standard hematoxylin and eosin staining.Double immunostaining revealed heterogeneity in germ cell development in cryptorchid testes.These results shed light on the pathophysiology of germ cell development in boys with cryptorchidism.Li-Hua Dong Simone HildorF Erik Clasen-Linde Kolja Kvist Dina Cortes Jorgen Thorup Claus Yding Andersen 2020Asian Journal of Andrology2020,22,3:1

11基于人类行为下的多目标跟踪视觉时序注意控制算法研究(英文)显示文摘由于移动式机器人所携带的传感器资源有限,能够在时间维度上共享传感器资源,实现多目标跟踪,是智能化机器人重要的研究领域之一.本文提出了一个基于人类行为模型的时序注意控制算法,能够实现使用单个2自由度摄像头实时监控多个自由移动的目标物体.该算法基于以下三个控制原则:①最小化监控目标位置预测的不确定性以及各个目标物预测效果的差异;②最小化多目标跟踪过程中摄像头切换视角所需的能量消耗;③最大化能够呈现在摄像头视觉范围内的目标物体的个数.算法根据当前检测到目标信息,通过卡尔曼滤波,预测目标物的运动规律,选择下一时刻摄像头的最佳注意视角.该算法通过matlab仿真以及在移动式机器人实体上进行了实验验证,结果显示,该算法能够在时间顺序有效的共享单个摄像头资源,检测摄像头视角范围内的目标的位置,并根据上一个时间点的检测信息预测视角范围外的目标,实现跟踪多个目标物体,降低预测及跟踪的误差,并优化跟踪过程中切换摄像头视角的能量损耗.臧学莲 Brscic Drazen 王炜 Hirche Sandra Kuhnlenz Kolja 2012中国科学技术大学学报2012,42,9:1

20Cost-analysis of inpatient and outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy in orthopaedics: A systematic literature review显示文摘BACKGROUND Increasing numbers of total joint arthroplasties and consecutive revision surgery are associated with the risk of periprosthetic joint infections (PPJI). Treatment of PPJI is complex and associated with immense socio-economic burden. One treatment aspect is parenteral antiinfective therapy, which usually requires an inpatient setting [Inpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy (IPAT)]. An alternative is outpatient parenteral treatment [Outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy (OPAT)]. To conduct a health economic cost-benefit analysis of OPAT, a detailed cost analysis of IPAT and OPAT is required. So far, there is a lack of knowledge on the health economic effects of IPAT and OPAT for PPJI. AIM To review an economic comparison of IPAT and OPAT. METHODS A systematic literature review was performed through Medline following the PRISMA guidelines. RESULTS Of 619 identified studies, 174 included information of interest and 21 studies were included for quantitative analysis of OPAT and IPAT costs. Except for one study, all showed relevant cost savings for OPAT compared to IPAT. Costs for IPAT were between 1.10 to 17.34 times higher than those for OPAT. CONCLUSION There are only few reports on OPAT for PPJI. Detailed analyses to support economic or clinical guidelines are therefore limited.
