2Diagnostic value of elevated serum carbohydrate antigen 199 level in acute cholangitis secondary to choledocholithiasis显示文摘AIM To investigate the diagnostic value of abnormal serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199) level in acute cholangitis secondary to choledocholithiasis.METHODS In this retrospective cohort study, the clinical data of 727 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from June 2011 to June 2017 were collected. Among these patients, 258 patients had secondary acute cholangitis and served as observation group, and the remaining 569 choledocholithiasis patients served as the control group. Serum liver function indexes and tumor markers were detected in both groups, and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves were constructed for markers showing statistical significances. The cutoff value, sensitivity, and specificity of each marker were calculated according to the ROC curves. RESULTS The results of liver function tests showed no significant differences between the two groups(P > 0.05). Tumor markers including serum CA125, CA153, carcinoembryonic antigen, and alpha fetoprotein levels were also not significantly different(P > 0.05); however, the serum CA199 level was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve was 0.885(95%CI: 0.841-0.929) for CA199, and the cutoff value of 52.5 kU/L had the highest diagnostic accuracy, with a sensitivity of 86.8% and a specificity of 81.6%.CONCLUSION Abnormally elevated serum CA199 level has an important value in the diagnosis of acute cholangitis secondary to choledocholithiasis. 3Combination of serum gamma-glutamyltransferase and alkaline phosphatase in predicting the diagnosis of asymptomatic choledocholithiasis secondary to cholecystolithiasis显示文摘BACKGROUND Gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT) is one of the most important laboratory tests for the evaluation of liver damage. Through a long-term clinical observation of patients with secondary asymptomatic choledocholithiasis, we found that most patients had abnormal GGT serum levels.AIM To investigate the combination of serum GGT and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in predicting the diagnosis of asymptomatic choledocholithiasis secondary to cholecystolithiasis.METHODS In this retrospective cohort study, the clinical data of 829 patients with cholecystolithiasis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from August 2014 to August 2017 were collected. Among these patients,151 patients had secondary asymptomatic choledocholithiasis and served as the observation group, and the remaining 678 cholecystolithiasis patients served as the control group. Serum liver function indexes were detected in both groups,and the receiver operating characteristic(commonly known as ROC) curves were constructed for markers showing statistical significances. The cutoff value,sensitivity, and specificity of each marker were calculated according to the ROC curves.RESULTS The overall incidence of asymptomatic choledocholithiasis secondary to cholecystolithiasis was 18.2%. The results of liver function indexes including serum aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, direct bilirubin and total bilirubin levels showed no significant differences between the two groups(P> 0.05). However, the serum GGT and ALP levels were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve was 0.881(95%CI: 0.830-0.932), 0.647(95%CI: 0.583-0.711) and 0.923(0.892-0.953) for GGT, ALP, and GGT + ALP,respectively. The corresponding cut-off values of GGT and ALP were 95.5 U/L and 151.5 U/L, sensitivity were 90.8% and 65.1%, and specificity were 83.6% and59.8%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of GGT + ALP were 93.5% and85.1%, respectively.CONCLUSION An abnormally elevated serum GGT level has an important value in the diagnosis of asymptomatic choledocholithiasis secondary to cholecystolithiasis.The combination of serum GGT and ALP has better diagnostic performance. 4Functionalized graphene oxide based on p-phenylenediamine as spacers and nitrogen dopants for high performance supercapacitors显示文摘p-Phenylenediamine(PPD)functionalized graphene oxide(GO)materials(PPDG)were prepared through a one-step solvothermal process and their application as supercapacitors(SCs)were studied.The PPD is not only as the spacers to prevent aggregating and restacking of the graphene sheets in the preparing process but also as nitrogen sources to obtain the nitrogen-doped graphene.The structures of PPDG were characterized by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD),Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and the results show that the nitrogen-doped graphene was achieved with nitrogen content as high as 10.85 at.%.The field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM)have confirmed that the morphologies of PPDG were loose layered with less aggregation,indicating that PPD molecules,as spacers,effectively prevent the graphene sheets from restacking during the solvothermal reaction.The special loose textures make PPDG materials exhibit excellent electrochemical performance for symmetric SCs with superior specific capacitance(313 F/g at 0.1 A/g),rate capability and cycling stability.The present synthesis method is convenient and may have potential applications as ultrahigh performance SCs.Yanhong Lu Yi Huang Fan Zhang Long Zhang Xi Yang Tengfei Zhang Kai Leng Mingjie Zhang Yongsheng Chen 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,16:5
5Study on the inter-village space of a traditional village group in Huizhou Region:Hongguan Village group as an example显示文摘Village groups are a common phenomenon in Huizhou Region,a historical region in eastern China where shared inter-village spaces play important roles in linking villages.This study analyzes the spatial layouts and characteristics of the inter-village space in the Hongguan village group in Wuyuan County,Jiangxi Province.A comprehensive literature review and the results of field research,qualitative analysis,and quantitative analysis prove that the regional spatial structure is maintained among inter-village space,landmarks,villagers,and villages within the village group.Through a summarized analysis of nine research slices,this study complements previous Huizhou Village studies.It provides valuable information for the preservation of traditional villages and reveals the hidden rules,potential order,and social meaning of inter-village spaces.Yifei Pei Kai Gong Jiawei Leng 2020Frontiers of Architectural Research2020,9,3:3
6A Machine-Learning Based Time Constrained Resource Allocation Scheme for Vehicular Fog Computing显示文摘Through integrating advanced communication and data processing technologies into smart vehicles and roadside infrastructures,the Intelligent Transportation System(ITS)has evolved as a promising paradigm for improving safety,efficiency of the transportation system.However,the strict delay requirement of the safety-related applications is still a great challenge for the ITS,especially in dense traffic environment.In this paper,we introduce the metric called Perception-Reaction Time(PRT),which reflects the time consumption of safety-related applications and is closely related to road efficiency and security.With the integration of the incorporating information-centric networking technology and the fog virtualization approach,we propose a novel fog resource scheduling mechanism to minimize the PRT.Furthermore,we adopt a deep reinforcement learning approach to design an on-line optimal resource allocation scheme.Numerical results demonstrate that our proposed schemes is able to reduce about 70%of the RPT compared with the traditional approach.Xiaosha Chen Supeng Leng Ke Zhang Kai Xiong 2019China Communications2019,16,11:3

9Olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation for spinal cord injury An 18-year bibliometric analysis based on the Web of Science显示文摘OBJECTIVE:Olfactory ensheathing cell (OEC) transplantation is a promising new approach for the treatment of spinal cord injury (SCI),and an increasing number of scientific publications are devoted to this treatment strategy.This bibliometric analysis was conducted to assess global research trends in OEC transplantation for SCI.DATA SOURCE:All of the data in this study originate from the Web of Science maintained by the Institute for Scientific Information,USA,and includes SCI-EXPANDED,SSCI,A&HCI,CPCI-S,CPCI-SSH,BKCI-S,BKCI-SSH,CCR-EXPANDED and IC.The Institute for Scientific Information's Web of Science was searched using the keywords 'olfactory ensheathing cells' or 'OECs' or 'olfactory ensheathing glia' or 'OEG' or 'olfactory ensheathing glial cells' or 'OEGs' and 'spinal cord injury' or 'SCI' or 'spinal injury' or 'spinal transection' for literature published from January 1898 to May 2012.DATA SELECTION:Original articles,reviews,proceedings papers and meeting abstracts,book chapters and editorial materials on OEC transplantation for SCI were included.Simultaneously,unpublished literature and literature for which manual information retrieval was required were excluded.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:All selected literatures addressing OEC transplantation for SCI were evaluated in the following aspects:publication year,document type,language,author,institution,times cited,Web of Science category,core source title,countries/territories and funding agency.RESULTS:In the Web of Science published by the Institute for Scientific Information,the earliest literature record was in April,1995.Four hundred and fourteen publications addressing OEC transplantation for SCI were added to the data library in the past 18 years,with an annually increasing trend.Of 415 records,405 publications were in English.Two hundred and fifty-nine articles ranked first in the distribution of document type,followed by 141 reviews.Thirty articles and 20 reviews,cited more than 55 times by the date the publication data were downloaded by us,can be regarded as the most classical references.The journal Experimental Neurology published the most literature (32 records),followed by Glia.The United States had the most literature,followed by China.In addition,Yale University was the most productive institution in the world,while The Second Military Medical University contributed the most in China.The journal Experimental Neurology published the most OEC transplantation literature in the United States,while Neural Regeneration Research published the most in China.CONCLUSION:This analysis provides insight into the current state and trends in OEC transplantation for SCI research.Furthermore,we anticipate that this analysis will help encourage international cooperation and teamwork on OEC transplantation for SCI to facilitate the development of more effective treatments for SCI.Zikuan Leng Xijing He Haopeng Li Dong Wang Kai Cao 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,14:2

In this paper, eight species of the genus were clearly defined by DNA barcodes. 14A novel pore-fracture dual network modeling method considering dynamic cracking and its applications显示文摘Unconventional reservoirs are normally characterized by dual porous media, which has both multi-scalepore and fracture structures, such as low permeability or tight oil reservoirs. The seepage characteristicsof such reservoirs is mainly determined by micro-fractures, but conventional laboratory experimentalmethods are difficult to measure it, which is attribute to the dynamic cracking of these micro-fractures.The emerging digital core technology in recent years can solve this problem by developing an accuratepore network model and a rational simulation approach. In this study, a novel pore-fracture dualnetwork model was established based on percolation theory. Fluid flow in the pore of two scales, microfracture and matrix pore, were considered, also with the impact of micro-fracture opening and closingduring flow. Some seepage characteristic parameters, such as fluid saturations, capillary pressure, relative permeabilities, displacement efficiency in different flow stage, can be predicted by proposedcalculating method.
