18β-1,4甘露二糖对肉仔鸡生长的影响显示文摘试验研究β-1,4-甘露二糖(MNB)对肉仔鸡体重、胸肌、腿肌、肝脏和腹脂重量的影响,评价MNB能否作为肉仔鸡的饲料添加剂。选择8日龄的肉仔鸡(雄性)24只随机分到两个笼中,分别饲喂基础饲粮或含有0.01%MNB的饲粮,试验共进行14 d。MNB饲粮显著增加了胸肌相对重(P<0.05),但对体重、腿肌、肝脏、腹脂的重量没有影响。MNB显著抑制胸肌肌肉生长抑制素mRNA的表达(P<0.05)。肌肉生长抑制素对成肌细胞的增殖和分化具有负反馈作用,MNB可能减少胸肌肌肉生长抑制素基因的表达。血浆中3-甲基组氨酸的水平是公认的一个肌原纤维蛋白质分解代谢的氨基酸指标,并且MNB饲料对参与蛋白质分解代谢的肌萎缩蛋白质mRNA的表达无影响。此外,MNB对胸肌中蛋白酶mRNA的表达无影响。研究结果表明,MNB对蛋白质水解无影响。因此,MNB是一种可提高肉鸡产肉量的饲料添加剂。Masahisa I Yu Y Hiroki Y Kazuhisa H Kensuke F Hiroko Y Shin H Hiroshi K 2013饲料博览2013,,10:0
