142月龄与3月龄小鼠牙齿基质组分对血管形成影响的对比研究显示文摘目的:探讨不同年龄小鼠牙齿基质成分(tooth matrix components,TMCs)对体外血管形成的影响。方法:100g/LEDTA提取2月龄及3月龄野生小鼠切牙的TMCs(pH7.2)。血管内皮细胞-成纤维细胞共培养体系在含有TMCs(0.001~0.1ms/mL)的培养液中培养11d,内皮细胞特异性因子PECAM-1显色血管后采用图像分析系统测量血管总数、长度及分支数。血管形成刺激因子VEGF及抑制因子Suramin组分别作为阳性和阴性对照组,单纯培养液为空白对照组。各项指标与空白对照及2月龄和3月龄同浓度各数值间进行Student—T统计分析。结果:低浓度TMCs(0.001~0.01mg/mL)具有刺激血管形成的效果。其中,2月龄小鼠较3月龄小鼠的TMCs刺激作用更强。较高浓度TMCs(0.1mg/mL)对血管形成具有显著的抑制效应(P〈0.001),但小鼠年龄对此效应无影响。结论:TMCs对血管形成具有计量依赖性影响效应;低浓度时可刺激血管形成且与年龄长幼相关。提示牙髓损伤后自身修复能力随年龄增长而降低的现象可能与损伤后牙齿基质的释放所导致不同程度的血管形成密切相关。张蓉 Tracy Krage Gay Smith Athony J.Smith 2007牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志2007,17,9:0
