| 1 | Highly Enhanced Visible-Light-Driven Photoelectrochemical Performance of ZnO-Modified In_2S_3 Nanosheet Arrays by Atomic Layer Deposition显示文摘Photoanodes based on In_2S_3/ZnO heterojunction nanosheet arrays(NSAs) have been fabricated by atomic layer deposition of ZnO over In_2S_3 NSAs, which were in situ grown on fluorine-doped tin oxide glasses via a facile solvothermal process. The as-prepared photoanodes show dramatically enhanced performance for photoelectrochemical(PEC) water splitting, compared to single semiconductor counterparts. The optical and PEC properties of In_2S_3/ZnO NSAs have been optimized by modulating the thickness of the Zn O overlayer. After pairing with ZnO, the NSAs exhibit a broadened absorption range and an increased light absorptance over a wide wavelength region of 250–850 nm. The optimized sample of In_2S_3/ZnO-50 NSAs shows a photocurrent density of 1.642 m A cm^(-2)(1.5 V vs. RHE) and an incident photonto-current efficiency of 27.64% at 380 nm(1.23 V vs.RHE), which are 70 and 116 times higher than those of the pristine In_2S_3 NSAs, respectively. | 3 | SHRIMP dating of volcanic rock in the Zhangwu-Heishan area, West Liaoning province, China: Its relationship with coal-bearing strata显示文摘The Zhangwu-Heishan area is located to the east of the Fuxin-Yixian Basin and is mostly covered with volcanic rock. At various periods, different geologists had varying opinions about their age and periods of volcanic eruptions, especially on sequences between volcanic rock and main coal-bearing strata, which affect the direction of searching for coal, as well as prospecting the entire research area. During our study, we carried out detailed field investigations in this research area; observed and recorded the main repre- sentative outcrops of volcanic rock. We collected over 20 volcanic rock samples and tested the Sensitive High Resolution Ion Microprobe II (SHRIMP II) U-Pb isotope age of 11 samples. The age of our volcanic rock samples ranged between 56.0 ± 2.9 and 132.3 ± 2.3 Ma. After taking earlier investigations into con- sideration, we concluded that, except for a suite of paleogene olivine basalt, the volcanic rock in the Zhangwu-Heishan area is younger than the coal-bearing Shahai Formation. | 6 | 晚期恶性肿瘤患者157例营养治疗临床分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate clinical efficacy of nutritional therapy with Kabiven PI andω-3 fish oil fat emulsion on advanced stage of malignant tumor.Methods:One hundred and fifity-seven patients with advanced stage of malignant tumor were performed parenteral nutrition and enteral nutritional adjunctive therapy with Kabiven PI and ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion(according to the amount to heat of 20 kcal/kg a day and the nitrogen of 7g/m2·SA).Results:The ECOG≥3 of 103 cases,therapy interval 2-3 weeks,declined 1 score.28 were performed with chemotherapeutics under nutritional therapy 2-4 periodical.25 of 26 died were dead for cancer cachexia and multiple organ failure.Survival time was 2-7 months.No serious complications occurred in all patients.Conclusion:The symptom and quality of life of advanced stage of malignant tumor were obviously improve by nutritional therapy.The opportunity for therapy tumor was offered.It is a important method on combined therapy of malignant tumor. | Jun Liang Shaobai Li Baofang Bao Qun Yin | 2011 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,12: | 1 |

| 9 | Specialized endoplasmic reticulum-derived vesicles in plants:Functional diversity,evolution,and biotechnological exploitation显示文摘A central role of the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)is the synthesis,folding and quality control of secretory proteins.Secretory proteins usually exit the ER to enter the Golgi apparatus in coat protein complex II(COPII)-coated vesicles before transport to different subcellular destinations.However,in plants there are specialized ER-derived vesicles(ERDVs)that carry specific proteins but,unlike COPII vesicles,can exist as independent organelles or travel to the vacuole in a Golgi-independent manner.These specialized ERDVs include protein bodies and precursor-accumulating vesicles that accumulate storage proteins in the endosperm during seed development.Specialized ERDVs also include precursor protease vesicles that accumulate amino acid sequence KDEL-tailed cysteine proteases and ER bodies in Brassicales plants that accumulate myrosinases that hydrolyzes glucosinolates.These functionally specialized ERDVs act not only as storage organelles but also as platforms for signal-triggered processing,activation and deployment of specific proteins with important roles in plant growth,development and adaptive responses.Some specialized ERDVs have also been exploited to increase production of recombinant proteins and metabolites.Here we discuss our current understanding of the functional diversity,evolutionary mechanisms and biotechnological application of specialized ERDVs,which are associated with some of the highly remarkable characteristics important to plants. | Xie Li Xifeng Li Baofang Fan Cheng Zhu Zhixiang Chen | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,4: | 0 |
