| 2 | Kinematics of syn-tectonic unconformities and implications for the tectonic evolution of the Hala'alat Mountains at the northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin,Central Asian Orogenic Belt显示文摘The Hala'alat Mountains are located at the transition between the West Junggar and the Junggar Basin.In this area,rocks are Carboniferous,with younger strata above them that have been identified through well data and high-resolution 3D seismic profiles.Among these strata,seven unconformities are observed and distributed at the bases of:the Permian Jiamuhe Formation,the Permian Fengcheng Formation,the Triassic Baikouquan Formation,the Jurassic Badaowan Formation,the Jurassic Xishanyao Formation,the Cretaceous Tugulu Group and the Paleogene.On the basis of balanced sections,these unconformities are determined to have been formed by erosion of uplifts or rotated fault blocks primarily during the Mesozoic and Cenozoic.In conjunction with the currently understood tectonic background of the surrounding areas,the following conclusions are proposed:the unconformities at the bases of the Permian Jiamuhe and Fengcheng formations are most likely related to the subduction and closure of the Junggar Ocean during the late Carboniferous-early Permian;the unconformities at the bases of the Triassic Baikouquan and Jurassic Badaowan formations are closely related to the late Permian-Triassic Durbut sinistral slip fault;the unconformities at the bases of the middle Jurassic Xishanyao Formation and Cretaceous Tugulu Group may be related to reactivation of the Durbut dextral slip fault in the late Jurassic-early Cretaceous,and the unconformity that gives rise to the widely observed absence of the upper Cretaceous in the northern Junggar Basin may be closely related to large scale uplift.All of these geological phenomena indicate that the West Junggar was not calm in the Mesozoic and Cenozoic and that it experienced at least four periods of tectonic movement. | Delong Ma Dengfa He Di Li Jieyun Tang Zheng Liu | 2015 | Geoscience Frontiers2015,6,2: | 9 |
| 3 | Large-scale thrusting at the northern Junggar Basin since Cretaceous and its implications for the rejuvenation of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt显示文摘The Wulungu Depression is the northernmost first-order tectonic unit in the Junggar Basin.It can be divided into three sub-units:the Hongyan step-fault zone,the Suosuoquan sag and the Wulungu south slope.The Cenozoic strata in the basin are intact and Mesozoic—Cenozoic deformation can be observed in the Wulungu step-fault zone,so this is an ideal place to study the Mesozoic—Cenozoic deformation.By integration of fault-related folding theories,regional geology and drilling data,the strata of the Cretaceous—Paleogene systems are divided into small layers which are selected as the subjects of this research.The combination of the developing unconformity with existing growth strata makes it conceivable that faults on the step-fault zone have experienced different degrees of reactivation of movement since the Cretaceous.Evolutionary analyses of the small layers using 2D-Move software showed certain differences in the reactivation of different segments of the Wulungu Depression such as the timing of reactivation of thrusting,for which the reactivity time of the eastern segment was late compared with those of the western and middle segments.In addition the resurrection strength was similarly slightly different,with the shortening rate being higher in the western segment than in the other segments.Moreover,the thrust fault mechanism is basement-involved combined with triangle shear fold,for which a forward evolution model was proposed. | Jieyun Tang Dengfa He Di Li Delong Ma | 2015 | Geoscience Frontiers2015,6,2: | 8 |
| 4 | Preparation of Sandwich-like NiCo2O4/rGO/NiO Heterostructure on Nickel Foam for High-Performance Supercapacitor Electrodes显示文摘A kind of sandwich-like NiCo_2O_4/rGO/NiO heterostructure composite has been successfully anchored on nickel foam substrate via a three-step hydrothermal method with successive annealing treatment. The smart combination of NiCo_2O_4, reduced graphene oxide(rGO), and NiO nanostructure in the sandwich-like nano architecture shows a promising synergistic effect for supercapacitors with greatly enhanced electrochemical performance. For serving as supercapacitor electrode, the NiCo_2O_4/rGO/NiO heterostructure materials exhibit remarkable specific capacitance of 2644 mF cm^(-2)at current density of 1 mA cm^(-2),and excellent capacitance retentions of 97.5% after 3000 cycles. | 5 | A simple way to make pre-stressed ceramics with high strength显示文摘A pre-stressing design and a simple fabrication technology to substantially improve the strength of ceramic components are presented.Residual surface compressive stress is generated in ceramic components by pressureless sintering of a green bulk coated with a thin layer of low coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE).The stress level can be controlled by changing the cross-section area ratio,Young's modulus ratio and CTE ratio of the coating.Pre-stressed ZrO_(2) ceramics coated with Al_(2)O_(3) can achieve a flexural strength of 1330±52MPa,45% higher than their uncoated counterpart.Similarly,the flexural strength of building porcelain tiles is increased by 70%,from 67±3 MPa to 114±5MPa.The damage tolerance of pre-stressed ZrO_(2) ceramics is excellent with a high residual strength of ~1200 MPa in a thermal shock test at 325℃.This simple technique can improve the mechanical performance of ceramic components with no limitation of size and shape. | Yiwang Bao Fenghua Kuang Yi Sun Yueming Li Detian Wan Zongyang Shen Delong Ma Lingfeng He | 2019 | Journal of Materiomics2019,5,4: | 7 |

| 8 | Effects of redox potential on soil cadmium solubility:Insight into microbial community显示文摘Understanding the role of microbes in the solubility of cadmium(Cd) is of fundamental importance for remediation of Cd toxicity. The present study aimed to identify the microbes that involved in regulating Cd solubility and to reveal possible mechanisms. Therefore,microbial communities were investigated through high-throughput sequencing approach, the molecular ecological network was constructed and metagenomes were predicted. Our results indicated that redox conditions affected both the solubility of soil Cd and the microbial communities. Anaerobic microbes, such as Anaerolineaceae, did not only play important roles in shaping the microbial community in soils, but might also be involved in regulating the Cd solubility. Two possible mechanisms that how Anaerolineaceae involved in Cd solubility are(1) Anaerolineaceae are important organic matter degraders under anoxic conditions and(2) Anaerolineaceae can co-exist with methane metabolism microbes, while methane metabolism promotes the precipitation of soluble Cd. Thus, application of Anaerolineaceae in bioremediation of soil Cadmium contamination is a potential approach. | 10 | Decomposition of ammonium sulfate residue in a high solid/gas ratio suspension state with an industrial-scale reactor system(production line)显示文摘Ammonium sulfate residue is a particulate solid and is produced during the manufacture of ammonium sulfate fertilizer.The residue used in this study contained a large portion of calcium carbonate,from which active lime(CaO) was recovered via thermal decomposition.We used a purpose-built device to decompose the residue in a semi-suspension state.We found that CaO had the highest activity when residue was decomposed at 850-900 ℃.Our experiments indicated that ammonium sulfate residue should be decomposed in a suspension state to produce active CaO.Based on our laboratory test findings,an industrial-scale production line with a high solid/gas ratio in a suspension state was devised.The optimal operating conditions for the decomposition of the ammonium sulfate residue to produce high quality CaO were also investigated.We found that the CaCO_3 decomposition rate was high and the CaO product was highly active,averaging 170 s by the citric acid method.Morphology measurements showed that the CaO product had a porous structure and a large specific surface ensuring high activity. | Qi Li Delong Xu Yanxin Chen Yanfei Yao Zhi Sun Songxiong Ding | 2015 | Particuology2015,13,5: | 4 |

| 14 | Strong coupling superconductivity and prominent superconducting fluctuations in the new superconductor Bi_4O_4S_3显示文摘Electric transport and scanning tunneling spectrum(STS)have been investigated on polycrystalline samples of the new superconductor Bi4O4S3.A weak insulating behavior in the resistive curve has been induced in the normal state when the superconductivity is suppressed by applying a magnetic field.Interestingly,a kink appears on the temperature dependence of resistivity near 4 K at all high magnetic fields above 1 T when the bulk superconductivity is completely suppressed.This kink associated with the upper critical field as well as the wide range of excess conductance at low fields and high temperatures is explained as the possible evidence of strong superconducting fluctuation.From the tunneling spectra,a superconducting gap of about 3 meV is frequently observed yielding a ratio of 2Δ/kB TC^16.6.This value is much larger than the one predicted by the BCS theory in the weak coupling regime(2Δ/kB TC^3.53),which suggests the strong coupling superconductivity in the present system.Furthermore,the gapped feature persists on the spectra until 14 K in the STS measurement,which suggests a prominent fluctuation region of superconductivity.Such a superconducting fluctuation can survive at very high magnetic fields,which are far beyond the critical fields for bulk superconductivity as inferred both from electric transport and tunneling measurements. | LI Sheng YANG Huan FANG DeLong WANG ZhenYu TAO Jian DING XiaXin WEN HaiHu | 2013 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,11: | 2 |
| 15 | Immobilization of biomacromolecules on poly-L-lactide surface via a layer-by-layer method for the improving of its cytocompatibility to bone marrow stromal cells显示文摘Hyaluronic acid (HA) and chitosan (CS) were immobilized on the surface of poly-L-lactide (PLLA) by the following procedure: Firstly, PLLA was aminolyzed with 1, 6-hexanediamine, and part of the PLLA surface ester groups were converted to free amino groups. Then negatively charged hyaluronic acid and positively charged chitosan were deposited onto the surface of aminolyzed PLLA film in a layer-by-layer assembly manner. The effect of the layer-by- layer deposition was evaluated by ATR-FTIR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and static contact angle measurements. The cytocompatibility of PLLA sample to bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) was improved after modification with chitosan and HA. The cell attachment, activity, and prolif- eration on CS/HA modified PLLA films were enhanced comparing with the control. The cells cultured on the modi- fied PLLA samples excreted abundant cytoplasm and can differentiate to vascular smooth muscle (SM)-like (SM-like) cells. A macroporous three-dimensional PLLA scaffold was prepared by integrating both the technique of freeze-drying and particle leaching. Layer-by-layer modification by HA/CS and cell culture was also applied on this scaffold. | 17 | Electrochemical hydrogen storage properties of Mg100-xNix produced by hydriding combustion synthesis and mechanical milling显示文摘In this work, Mg-based hydrogen storage composites with an initial 100-x: x(x=25, 32.3, 50, 66.7) of Mg:Ni molar ratio were prepared by HCS+MM and their phase compositions and electrochemical performances were investigated in detail. The results show that the composites with desirable constituents can be achieved by adjusting the molar ratio of the starting materials in the HCS process. Particularly, the HCS product of Mg_(67.7)Ni_(32.3) consists of the principal phase Mg_2NiH_4 and minor phase Mg_2NiH_(0.3). The dominate phase varies from Mg_2NiH_(0.3) and MgH_2 for the Mg enriched sample(x < 32.3) to MgNi_2 and Ni for the Ni enriched sample(x > 32.3). The MM modification not only brings about grain refinement of the alloys, but also leads to phase transformation of part Mg_2NiH_4 to Mg_2NiH_(0.3) in the Mg_(67.7)Ni_(32.3)sample. Electrochemical tests indicate that each sample can reach its maximum discharge capacity at the first cycle. Mg_(67.7)Ni_(32.3) displays the highest discharge capacity as well as a superior electrochemical kinetics owing to its excellent H atom diffusion ability and lower charge-transfer resistance.
