5Understanding of degradation-resistant behavior of nanostructured thermal barrier coatings with bimodal structure显示文摘Nanostructured thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) often provide high degradation resistance, as well as extended lifetime. However, the underlying mechanism has not been fully understood. In this study, the sintering characteristics of nanostructured yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) coatings were investigated,and compared with those of the conventional YSZ coatings. Multiscale characterizations of the changes in microstructures and properties were performed. Results showed that the enhanced high-performance durability was mainly attributed to different sintering mechanisms of lamellar zones and nanozones.Sintering characteristics of the lamellar zones were similar to those of the conventional coatings. Stagesensitive healing of two-dimensional(2 D) pores dominated the sintering behavior of the lamellar zones.However, the differential densification rates between nanozones and lamellar zones of the nanostructured TBCs led to the formation of coarse voids. This counteractive effect, against healing of 2 D pores, was the main factor contributing to the retardation of the performance degradation of bimodal TBCs during thermal exposure. 7The origin of Wx^(la) provides new insights into the improvement of grain quality in rice显示文摘Appearance and taste are important factors in rice(Oryza sativa) grain quality. Here, we investigated the taste scores and related eating-quality traits of533 diverse cultivars to assess the relationships between—and genetic basis of—rice taste and eating-quality. A genome-wide association study highlighted the Wx gene as the major factor underlying variation in taste and eating quality. Notably, a novel waxy(Wx) allele, Wx^(la), which combined two mutations from Wx^(b) and Wx^(in), exhibited a unique phenotype. Reduced GBSSI activity conferred Wx^(la) rice with both a transparent appearance and good eating quality. Haplotype analysis revealed that Wx^(la) was derived from intragenic recombination. In fact,the recombination rate at the Wx locus was estimated to be 3.34 kb/c M, which was about 75-fold higher than the genome-wide mean, indicating that intragenic recombination is a major force driving diversity at the Wx locus. Based on our results, we propose a new network for Wx evolution, noting that new Wx alleles could easily be generated by crossing genotypes with different Wx alleles. 8Detection and characterization of diverse alpha-and betacoronaviruses from bats in China显示文摘Bats have been implicated as important reservoir hosts of alpha- and betacoronaviruses. In this study, diverse coronaviruses(CoVs) were detected in 50 of 951(positive rate 5.3%) intestinal specimens of eight bat species collected in four provinces and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China by pan-coronavirus RT-PCR screening. Based on 400-nt RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(Rd RP) sequence analysis, eight belonged to genus Alphacoronavirus and 42 to Betacoronavirus.Among the 50 positive specimens, thirteen gave rise to CoV full-length Rd RP gene amplification for further sequence comparison, of which three divergent sequences(two from a unreported province) were subjected to full genome sequencing. Two complete genomes of betacoronaviruses(JTMC15 and JPDB144) and one nearly-complete genome of alphacoronavirus(JTAC2) were sequenced and their genomic organization predicted. The present study has identified additional numbers of genetically diverse bat-borne coronaviruses with a wide distribution in China. 9Risk factors of hyperprolactinemia induced by risperidone and olanzapine and their correlations with plasma glucose and lipids显示文摘Background Hyperprolactinemia is a common adverse reaction in patients with schizophrenia who take antipsychotic drugs;it often leads to treatment noncompliance in patients and has an adverse effect on their prognosis.Aims This study aimed to explore the risk factors of elevated prolactin(PRL)caused by risperidone(RIS)and olanzapine(OLZ)and the relationship between PRL and fasting plasma glucose and lipids.Methods Patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups:264 patients who were taking RIS and 175 patients who were taking OLZ.These two groups were further divided according to serum PRL levels:an elevated PRL group(>30ng/mL)and a normal PRL group(PRL<30ng/mL).The demographics,medication dosage,fasting plasma glucose,total cholesterol and triglycerides were compared in the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the risk factors of elevated PRL levels.Results Compared with the OLZ group,the RIS group had a greater number of patients with elevated PRL(155/264 vs 58/175).Either the RIS or the OLZ group,the proportion of elevated PRL was greater in female patients(RIS:x^2=6.76,p=0.009;OLZ:x^2=12.98,p<0.001)and with higher doses of the related drugs(RIS:U=-3.73,p<0.001;OLZ:U=-2.31,p=0.021).In patients taking RIS,the elevated PRL subgroup took the drug for a longer period(U=-2.76,p=0.006)and had lower triglyceride levels(U=2.76,p=0.006).In patients taking OLZ,the elevated PRL subgroup had lower fasting plasma glucose levels(U=2.29,p=0.022).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,dose and fasting glucose levels were significantly associated with elevated PRL levels(RIS:p=0.001,OLZ:p<0.001;RIS:p<0.001;OLZ:p=0.003;RIS:p=0.020,OLZ:p=0.001,respectively).Conclusion Compared with OLZ,RIS had a greater effect on PRL in patients with schizophrenia,and in patients with schizophrenia taking RIS or OLZ,gender and dose were significantly correlated with the PRL value.Moreover,the plasma glucose level of the group with elevated PRL was lower than that of the group with normal PRL.The results also showed that high serum PRL may be associated with a favourable glucose metabolic profile in patients with schizophrenia taking RIS or OLZ.Further studies are warranted to confirm this association.Sidi He Wen Juan Yu Xiaoliang Wang Lei Zhang Nan Zhao Guanjun Li Yi Feng Shen Huafang Li 2020General Psychiatry2020,33,4:5
10Review of interface tailoring techniques and applications to improve insulation performance显示文摘Interfaces between different materials,for instance,electrode-dielectrics and vacuum/air/SF6‐insulators and oilpaper,are universal in high‐voltage insulation systems.Targeted tailoring of the interfacial properties,e.g.chemical structures,micro‐/nanoscale morphology,the charge injection barrier,trap states,and surface conductivity,is thought to be an effective approach to improve insulation properties such as breakdown and flashover strength,corona/tracking resistance,and wettability.In this article,the authors review recent progress in interface tailoring methods and their application to improve various insulation properties.The potential application scenarios of interface tailoring in different facilities are first summarised,and the desired insulation properties of various applications are highlighted.Interface tailoring methods are classified as physical/chemical surface modification and surface coating(inorganic,organic and composite),and the features of different techniques are described in detail.The structure-property relationships between interfacial states and various microscopic parameters such as charge injection barrier,trap distribution and surface conductivity are discussed together with the tailoring mechanisms for different insulation properties.Finally,the future development prospects of interface tailoring methods and their applications,e.g.multi-functional coating and stimuli-response smart coating,are presented.Mingxiao Zhu Jianyi Xue Yanhui Wei Guochang Li Guanjun Zhang 2022High Voltage2022,7,1:4
11Genetic architecture and key genes controlling the diversity of oil composition in rice grains显示文摘Rice grain oil is a valuable nutrient source.However,the genetic basis of oil biosynthesis in rice grains remains unclear.In this study,we performed a genome-wide association study on oil composition and oil concentration in a diverse panel of 533 cultivated rice accessions.High variation for 11 oil-related traits was observed,and the oil composition of rice grains showed differentiation among the subpopulations.We identified 46 loci that are significantly associated with grain oil concentration or composition,16 of which were detected in three recombinant inbred line populations.Twenty-six candidate genes encoding enzymes involved in oil metabolism were identified from these 46 loci,four of which(PAL6,LIN6,MYR2,and ARA6)were found to contribute to natural variation in oil composition and to show differentiation among the subpopulations.Interestingly,population genetic analyses revealed that specific haplotypes of PAL6 and LIN6 have been selected in japonica rice.Based on these results,we propose a possible oil biosynthetic pathway in rice grains.Collectively,our results provide new insights into the genetic basis of oil biosynthesis in rice grains and can facilitate marker-based breeding of rice varieties with enhanced oil and grain quality.Hao Zhou Duo Xia Pingbo Li Yiting Ao Xiaodong Xu Shanshan Wan Yanhua Li Bian Wu Huan Shi Kaiyue Wang Guanjun Gao Qinglu Zhang Gongwei Wang Jinghua Xiao Xianghua Li Sibin Yu Xingming Lian Yuqing He 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,3:4

13Non-dominated sorting culture differential evolution algorithm for multi-objective optimal operation of Wind-Solar-Hydro complementary power generation system显示文摘Due to the intermittency and instability of Wind-Solar energy and easy compensation of hydropower, this study proposes a Wind-Solar-Hydro power optimal scheduling model. This model is aimed at maximizing the total system power generation and the minimum ten-day joint output. To effectively optimize the multi-objective model, a new algorithm named non-dominated sorting culture differential evolution algorithm(NSCDE) is proposed. The feasibility of NSCDE was verified through several well-known benchmark problems. It was then applied to the Jinping Wind-Solar-Hydro complementary power generation system. 14Influence of TiCl_4 treatment on performance of dye-sensitized solar cell assembled with nano-TiO_2 coating deposited by vacuum cold spraying显示文摘Titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) treatment was employed to TiO2 coating deposited on fluoride-doped tin oxide (FTO) conducting glass and indium oxide doped tin oxide (ITO) conducting glass, respectively. The nano-crystalline TiO2 coating was deposited using a composite powder composed of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and 25 nm TiO2 particles by vacuum cold spraying (VCS) process. A commercial N-719 dye was used to adsorb on the surface of TiO2 coating to prepare TiO2 electrode, which was applied to assemble dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC). The cell performance was measured under simulated solar light at an intensity of 100 mW·cm-2. Results show that with an FTO substrate the DSC composed of a VCS TiO2 electrode untreated by TiCl4 gives a short-circuit current density of 13.1 mA·cm-2 and an open circuit voltage of 0.60 V corresponding to an overall conversion efficiency of 4.4%. It is found that after TiCl4 treatment to the VCS TiO2 electrode with an FTO substrate, the short circuit current density of the cell increases by 31%, the open-circuit voltage increases by 60 mV and a higher conversion yield of 6.5% was obtained. 15Influence of Deposition Temperature on the Splat Bonding and Mechanical Properties of Plasma-Sprayed Tungsten Coatings显示文摘The mechanical properties of thermally sprayed metallic coatings are limited by the bonding between splats.In this study,tungsten coatings were deposited at different deposition temperatures by controlling the substrate temperature through shrouded plasma spraying.The dependence of the splat bonding and mechanical properties of W coatings on deposition temperature was investigated.The results showed that the apparent porosity of the coatings decreased from 3.2%to 0.3%with the increase of the deposition temperature.The Young's modulus of W coating was significantly increased from 128 to 307 GPa as the deposition temperature increased from room temperature to 800°C.The microhardness of the coatings was less influenced by the deposition temperature.It was found that splat bonding across lamellae was formed when the deposition temperature was higher than 600°C compared to the obvious lamellae interface in the coatings deposited at temperatures lower than 600°C.The results evidently revealed that the mechanical properties of plasma-sprayed W coatings could be controlled through the splat bonding by altering deposition temperature.Yang Guanjun Kang Xiaohu Li Chengxin Li Changjiu 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:3

19Association between tea consumption and cognitive function in cognitively healthy older adults and older adults with mild cognitive impairment显示文摘Background Prospective studies suggest that tea consumption may decrease the risk for cognitive impairment in late life.However,little research has examined the association between tea consumption and cognitive performance across multiple domains.In addition,no research has examined the benefit of tea consumption on cognitive performance among older adults with existing impairment.Aims The current study examined the association between tea consumption and performance on tasks of global cognitive function,episodic memory and executive function in cognitively healthy(CH)older adults and older adults with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods The analytical sample included 1849 community-dwelling older adults from the Shanghai Brain Aging Study(65.6%female,mean age of 69.50(8.02)years).Following ascertainment of cognitive function,816 were categorised as MCI.In addition to completion of a demographics questionnaire,participants reported their tea consumption and completed a battery of tests to measure global cognitive function,episodic memory and working memory.Results Independent analyses of covariance revealed a significant association between tea consumption and measures of episodic memory;however,these associations were restricted to CH older adults but not older adults with MCI.Tea consumption was not associated with working memory performance.Conclusions The current study suggests that the benefit of tea consumption is restricted to cognitively healthy older adults and does not extend to older adults with MCI.Hua Xu Alexandra J Fiocco Xiaohua Liu Tao Wang Guanjun Li Shifu Xiao the research group of Shanghai Brain Aging Study 2021General Psychiatry2021,34,4:2
20Research progress of semiconductive shielding layer of HVDC cable显示文摘As an indispensable part of high-voltage direct current(HVDC)cable,the semiconductive shielding layer plays the role of uniforming electric field in the cable.However,cable shielding materials>35 kV mainly rely on foreign imports in China,which belongs to the technical weak issues in the field of electrical materials.At present,there are few systematic reports on semiconductive shielding material of HVDC cable.In the work,the mechanisms of charge conduction and thermal conduction of semiconductive material have been introduced.Effect of raw material,carbon black content and the second conductive filler on the resistance characteristics of the semiconductive layer,the charge accumulation characteristics of the insulating layer and the interface characteristics have been studied.A kind of semiconductive layer as a high voltage terminal charge emission method has been proposed to study charge emission from the semiconducting layer to the insulation layer.This work can provide theoretical guidance for the research of semiconductive shielding materials.Yanhui Wei Wang Han Guochang Li Qingquan Lei Mingli Fu Chuncheng Hao Guanjun Zhang 2020High Voltage2020,5,1:2
