1Improvement of Foaming and Emulsifying Properties of Gluten by Conjugation with Fructose through Maillard Reaction显示文摘Gluten has poor emulsifying and foaming ability due to its amino acid composition. In this study, Maillard reaction was used to improve the emulsifying and foaming properties of gluten. The processing conditions for the preparation of gluten-fructose conjugates were optimized by using Box-Behnken model to achieve optimum foaming and emulsifying activity, respectively.The results showed that glycated gluten exhibited enhanced emulsifying activity compared to native control. The processing conditions for the preparation of gluten-fructose conjugates with optimum emulsifying activity were as follows: the temperature was 48℃, reaction time was 72 h, and maltose/gluten(W/W) ratio was 125%. Under such condition, the average emulsifying activity was 66.54%, being improved by about 2.5 times compared with that of native control. The Foaming properties of gluten also increased significantly by glycation modification. The optimum conditions of response were as below: the temperature was 48℃, reaction time was 66 h, and maltose/gluten ratio(W/W) was 110%. 2树突状细胞联合CIK细胞应用于晚期恶性实体瘤治疗的临床疗效观察(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of cytokine induced killer (CIK) cells in combination with dendritic cells (DCs) on advanced solid carcinoma patients. Methods: Isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 110 advanced solid tumor patients. Added granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) to adherent cells to induce DCs, and sensitized DCs with antigens of autologous tumor cells or extrinsic tumor cell lines. Cultured suspending cells with interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and CD3 monoclonal antibody (CD3 McAb) to prepare CIK cells, then co-cultured with DCs. After analyzing the phenotype and checking tumor markers and immune function, the autologous CIK cells and DCs were transfused into the cancer patients. Results: Forty-two patients with measurable nidus, 2 achieved complete remission (CR), 9 partial remission (PR) and 15 stable disease (SD), while 37 patients with immeasurable nidus, 25 had efficient response. The tumor markers and immune function both improved significantly compared with those before treatment. 5A new method for the extraction of tailing ponds from very high-resolution remotely sensed images:PSVED显示文摘Automatic extraction of tailing ponds from Very High-Resolution(VHR)remotely sensed images is vital for mineral resource management.This study proposes a Pseudo-Siamese Visual Geometry Group Encoder-Decoder network(PSVED)to achieve high accuracy tailing ponds extraction from VHR images.First,handcrafted feature(HCF)images are calculated from VHR images based on the index calculation algorithm,highlighting the tailing ponds'signals.Second,considering the information gap between VHR images and HCF images,the Pseudo-Siamese Visual Geometry Group(Pseudo-Siamese VGG)is utilized to extract independent and representative deep semantic features from VHR images and HCF images,respectively.Third,the deep supervision mechanism is attached to handle the optimization problem of gradients vanishing or exploding.A self-made tailing ponds extraction dataset(TPSet)produced with the Gaofen-6 images of part of Hebei province,China,was employed to conduct experiments.The results show that the proposed'method_achieves the best visual performance and accuracy for tailing ponds extraction in all the tested methods,whereas the running time of the proposed method maintains at the same level as other methods.This study has practical significance in automatically extracting tailing ponds from VHR images which is beneficial to tailing ponds management and monitoring.Chengye Zhang Jianghe Xing Jun Li Shouhang Du Qiming Qin 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
