2THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2LOW EXPANSION GLASS CERAMICS CONTAINING B_2O_3显示文摘Through measuring the coefficient of linear expansion, the structure and properties of the Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 low expansion glass ceramics containing B2O3 are studied by JR and XRD. It is shoutn that the IR method is efficient in the study of the glass-ceramics structure. 3MSG is involved in sperm gelatinolytic activity in the prawn,Macrobrachium rosenbergii显示文摘Proteases in male reproductive tract are considered to play key roles in fertilization processes.In contrast to mammals,there are limited data concerning crustacean sperm proteases.We previously identified a novel sperm gelatinase(MSG) from Macrobrachium rosenbergii that was inhibited by a male reproduction-related Kazal-type protease inhibitor(MRPINK) specifically.In the present study,MSG was found to be distributed on the vas deferens and terminal ampullae by Western blot.Immunohistochemical analyses revealed that MSG was expressed in secretory epithelial cells and sperm distributed mainly at the base zone.RNA interference(RNAi) mediated knock-down of MSG resulted in a marked loss of sperm gelatinolytic activity.Taken together,the results show that MSG is closely linked to and probably involved in the fertilization process.YANG Fan QIAN YeQing MA WenMing LI Ye YANG JinShu YANG WeiJun 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,17:5

5New Localities and Palaeoscolecid Worms from the Cambrian(Stage 4,Series 2)Guanshan Biota in Kunming,Yunnan,South China显示文摘The Guanshan Biota from the Cambrian Stage 4 Wulongqing Formation is a typical Burgess-shale type Lagerst?tte that had witnessed the Cambrian explosion. Here we report two new localities of the Guanshan Biota,which is located at Baimei village,south of Kunming and Xinglong village,Wuding County,Yunnan Province respectively. Both localities produce soft-body fossils and several new taxa,e.g. a new species of palaeoscolecidans(Palaeoscolex xinglongensis sp. nov.) reported herein. The comparative study of the new species with similar form not only indicates that there is a diversification of palaeoscolecid species in Guanshan Biota,but also strengthens the ties between the older Chengjiang Biota and the younger Kaili Biota(and also the coeval Burgess Shale community). 6Controlled synthesis of Zeolite adsorbent from lowgrade diatomite:A case study of self-assembled sodalite microspheres显示文摘Highly efficient and sustainable conversion technologies to generate uniform sodalite(Na8(AlSiO4)6(OH)2)zeolite micro spheres with low-grade waste natural diatomite as raw materials via a solution-mediated crystallization route were developed in the present study.The synthesis process can be considered as an in-situ zeolitization of diatomite precursor without involving any me so scale template and any post-synthetic modification.The mass ratios of diatomite and AlCl3·6 H2 O have remarkable effect on the morphology,crystal structure and porosity of sodalite zeolite product.The preferred sodalite microspheres with uniform mesoporous of size 3.5-5.5 nm and large surface area of 162.5 m2/g exhibit well removal performance for heavy metal ions(Pb(II),Cd(II),Zn(II),and Cu(II)),with the highest adsorption abilities for Pb(II)ions of 365 mg/g.In addition,the effect of contact time,initial ion concentration,competitive adsorption and solution pH were evaluated.The removal performance results from synergistic effects of dominating cation-exchange and additional surface chemisorption.The study may broadly help unveil chemical control reactions of the zeolitization processes of diatomite,and thus facilitates the development of promising zeolite materials for the use in natural and engineered aquatic environments by recvcling waste diatomite resources.Lingmin Sun Junshu Wu Jinshu Wang Gong Yu Jingchao Liu Yucheng Du Yongli Li Hongyi Li 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,5:3
7Polarization-sensitive and wide-spectrum photovoltaic detector based on quasi-1D ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon显示文摘Low-dimensional semiconductors with in-plane anisotropy and narrow bandgap have been extensively applied to polarized detection in the near-infrared(NIR)region.However,the narrow bandgap can cause noise owing to the high dark current in photodetectors.This article reports quasi-1D ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbonbased photodetectors with low dark current and broadband polarization detection.The photodetector was fabricated by evaporating 50-nm-thick Au electrodes on a ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon.Benefiting from the photovoltaic characteristics in the ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon and Au electrodes,these photodetectors can operate without bias voltage,with decreased dark current,and improved device performance.Furthermore,the quasi-1D ZrGeTe_(4)nanoribbon-based photodetectors demonstrate a polarization sensitivity in a broadband from visible(VIS)to the NIR region,such as a high photoresponsivity of 625.65 mA W1,large external quantum efficiency of 145.9%at 532 nm,and photocurrent anisotropy ratio of 2.04 at 1064 nm.They exhibit a novel perpendicular optical reversal of 90in polarization-sensitive photodetection,angle-resolved absorption spectra,and azimuth-dependent reflectance difference microscopy(ADRDM)from VIS to the NIR region,as opposed to other nanoribbon-based polarization-sensitive photodetectors.This work paves the way for utilizing photovoltaic photodetectors based on low-dimensional materials for broad-spectrum polarized photodetection.Ruixue Bai Tao Xiong Jinshu Zhou Yue-Yang Liu Wanfu Shen Chunguang Hu Faguang Yan Kaiyou Wang Dahai Wei Jingbo Li Juehan Yang Zhongming Wei 2022InfoMat2022,4,3:2

18Scandia doped tungsten matrix for impregnated cathode显示文摘As a matrix for Sc-type impregnated cathode,scandia doped tungsten with a uniform distribution of Sc2O3 was obtained by powder metallurgy combined with the liquid-solid doping method.The microstructure and composition of the powder and the anti-ion bombardment behavior of scandium in the matrix were studied by means of SEM,EDS,XRD,and in-situ AES methods.Tungsten powder covered with scandium oxide,an ideal scandium oxide-doped tungsten powder for the preparation of Sc-type impregnated cathode,was obtained using the liquid-solid doping method.Compared with the matrix prepared with the mechanically mixed powder of tungsten and scandium oxide,Sc2O3-W matrix prepared with this kind of powder had smaller grain size and uniform distribution of scandium.Sc on the surface of Sc2O3 doped tungsten matrix had good high temperature stability and good anti-ion bombardment capability.WANG Jinshu WANG Yanchun LIU Wei LI Hongyi ZHOU Meiling 2008Rare Metals2008,27,1:1
