1A Review on Rill Erosion Process and Its Influencing Factors显示文摘Rills are frequently observed on slope farmlands and rill erosion significantly contributes to sediment yields. This paper focuses on reviewing the various factors affecting rill erosion processes and the threshold conditions of rill initiation. Six factors, including rainfall, runoff, soil, topography, vegetation and tillage system, are discussed. Rill initiation and network are explored. Runoff erosivity and soil erodibility are recognized as two direct factors affecting rill erosion and other types of factors may have indirect influences on rill erosion through increasing or decreasing the effects of the direct factors. Certain conditions are necessary for rill initiation and the critical conditions are different with different factors. 2Integrated erosion control measures and environmental effects in rocky mountainous areas in northern China显示文摘Based on observations of runoff plots and field investigations of gully cross-sections, impacts of various soil and water conservation measures on runoff and sediment yield are analyzed for different rainfall conditions. The results show that antecedent rainfall and rainfall intensity are the main factors affecting the runoff and soil erosion processes. Rainfall events with antecedent rainfall can produce high runoff and sediment yield. Large differences in the characteristics of two rainfall events will result in greater variations of total runoff and sediment yield from the same runoff plot. Under the same soil control measure and rainfall condition, soil and water conservation measures can reduce the impacts of antecedent rainfall and rainfall intensity on runoff and soil erosion. Among various measures, level terrace seems to be the greatest for soil conservation purposes. Combining with engineering measures,Vegetation measures is also effective in controlling runoff and soil erosion. In the initial stage of vegetation enclosure measures, engineering measure is necessary to improve the environment for ecological recovery. Gully head protection can control gully erosion effectively, but the effectiveness of gully head protection would be reduced when rainfall intensity increases. 3Thresholds of geographic environmental elements in sediment yield of drainage basins显示文摘Threshold of environmental elements in drainage basin sediment yield refers to, under effect of climate, underlying surface and human activity, a turning point of abrupt changes in drainage sediment yield related to environmental element characteristics. Previous studies on threshold of sediment yield of relevant drainage basins were mainly concentrated on impact of natural zones with a few researches on impact of other environmental elements. Particularly studies on compound environmental element threshold in drainage basin sediment yield remain blank today. Studies indicate that sediment yield in drainage basins is affected by compound interactions and complex actions. 8High sensitivity of semimetal photodetection via Bose–Einstein condensation显示文摘The discovery of semiconductor has witnessed remarkable strides toward high performance of photodetectors attributed to its excellent carrier properties.However,semimetal,owning to the high carrier concentration and low carrier mobility compared to those of semiconductor,is generally considered unsuitable for photodetection.Herein,we demonstrate an outstanding photodetection in a layered semimetal titanium diselenide(TiSe_(2))in Bose-Einstein condensation(BEC)state.High sensitivity of semimetal photodetector is realized in the range of visible,infrared and terahertz bands.The noise equivalent power(NEP)has threefold improvement at the visible and infrared wavebands,and significant decrease by one order of magnitude in the terahertz frequencies via BEC phenomenon,attributed to the electrical parameter variation after condensation.The best NEP value in the terahertz frequency is comparable to that of commercial Si photodetector.Our results show another recipe to fabricate high performance of photodetection via semimetal except for semiconductor and pave the way to exploit macroscopic quantum phenomena for optoelectronics.Tuntan Wu Qinxi Qiu Yongzhen Li Qiangguo Zhou Wanli Ma Jingbo Li Lin Jiang Wei Zhou Zhiming Huang 2024InfoMat2024,6,2:0
9MiR-711 and miR-183-3p as potential markers for vital reaction of burned skin显示文摘In forensic practice,the identification of antemortem burns and postmortem burns is of the utmost importance.Reports from previous studies have shown that miRNAs,with lengths stretching over 18–25 nucleotides,are highly stable and resistant to degradation.However,there has been little research into the application of miRNAs in identifying antemortem and postmortem burns.This study compared the expression of miR-711 and miR-183-3p levels in mouse and postmortem human burned skins using RT-qPCR assay.RT-qPCR examination of burned mouse skins showed that increased miR-711 and miR-183-3p expression in comparison to intact skin tissues.The increased expressions of these two miRNAs were observed until 120 h after death in burned mouse skins,whereas no significant changes were found in postmortem burned skins.In human burned skins,the increased levels of these two miRNAs at 48 h following autopsy occurred in 19 of 26 subjects,which appeared to be related to the severity of the burn.These findings suggest that miR-711 and miR-183-3p may act as biomarkers for vital reaction of skin burn.Kaikai Zhang Ming Cheng Jingtao Xu Lijian Chen Jiahao Li Qiangguo Li Xiaoli Xie Qi Wang 2022Forensic Sciences Research2022,7,3:0
10Fluorescence Spectroscopic Studies on the Interaction Between a New Bismuth(Ⅲ) Schiff Base Complex and Bovine Serum Albumin显示文摘In this work, the binding interaction between a new bismuth(HI) Schiff base complex{ [Bi(valen)]C1.2H2O} [H2valen=N,N′bis(2-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenylmethylidene)-2,6-pyridinediamine, C2 IH19N3O4]and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied via fluorescence quenching method. The static quenching constant KLBand some thermodynamic parameters(e.g.,△G^θ, △H^θ and △S^θ) of the interaction were estimated. In particular, thebinding site between the complex and BSA was explored by molecular docking. On the basis of the mechanism ofFOrster energy transfer, the binding distance between the bismuth(Ⅲ) Schiff base complex and BSA(Trp.213) as wellas the transfer efficiency was obtained.
