1Distribution characteristic and geological signiflcance of rare earth elements in Lopingian mudstone of Permian,Panxian county,Guizhou province显示文摘In order to discuss the geochemical characteristic of REEs(rare earth elements) and their geological application,we measured the contents of rare earth elements,trace elements and minerals of 29 Lopingian(Late Permian) mudstone samples in Panxian county,carrying out ICP-MS and XRD analysis.The results show that the amount of REEs(185.56-729.46 10à6) is high.The ratios of w(LREE)/w(HREE)(6.84-13.86) and w(La)N/w(Yb)N(1.01-3.02) show clear differentiation of LREEs and HREEs.RREE has a significantly or critically positive correlation with lithophile elements Th,Nb,Ta,Ti,Ga,Sc,Cs,Zr,Hf,Sr,Be and chalcophile element Zn,a critically negative correlation with siderophile element Fe and a slightly positive correlation with illite,illite smectite mixed layers and siderite.REEs originate mainly from terrigenous minerals,in an inorganic phase.Source rocks of our samples consist of Emeishan basalt and a small part of sedimentary rocks,as suggested by the distribution patterns of REEs and w(PREE)-w(La)/w(Yb) diagram.Moreover,abnormal surfaces near the sequence boundaries(SB2,SB3,SB4) are related with the boundaries,identifled by geochemical characteristics of the REEs,such as PREE,w(LREE)/w(HREE),Eu/Eu and Ceanom.Shao Yubao Guo Yinghai Qin Yong Shen Yulin Tian Li 2011Mining Science and Technology2011,21,4:23
2Pore-Throat Combination Types and Gas-Water Relative Permeability Responses of Tight Gas Sandstone Reservoirs in the Zizhou Area of East Ordos Basin, China显示文摘With the aim of better understanding the tight gas reservoirs in the Zizhou area of east Ordos Basin,a total of 222 samples were collected from 50 wells for a series of experiments.In this study,three pore-throat combination types in sandstones were revealed and confirmed to play a controlling role in the distribution of throat size and the characteristics of gas-water relative permeability.The type-I sandstones are dominated by intercrystalline micropores connected by cluster throats,of which the distribution curves of throat size are narrow and have a strong single peak(peak ratio>30%).The pores in the type-II sandstones dominantly consist of secondary dissolution pores and intercrystalline micropores,and throats mainly occur as slice-shaped throats along cleavages between rigid grain margins and cluster throats in clay cement.The distribution curves of throat size for the type-II sandstones show a bimodal distribution with a substantial low-value region between the peaks(peak ratio<15%).Primary intergranular pores and secondary intergranular pores are mainly found in type-III samples,which are connected by various throats.The throat size distribution curves of type-III sandstones show a nearly normal distribution with low kurtosis(peak ratio<10%),and the micro-scale throat radii(>0.5μm)constitute a large proportion.From type-I to type-III sandstones,the irreducible water saturation(Swo)decreased;furthermore,the slope of the curves of Krw/Krg in two-phase saturation zone decreased and the two-phase saturation zone increased,indicating that the gas relative flow ability increased.Variations of the permeability exist in sandstones with different porethroat combination types,which indicate the type-III sandstones are better reservoirs,followed by type-II sandstones and type-I sandstones.As an important factor affecting the reservoir quality,the pore-throat combination type in sandstones is the cumulative expression of lithology and diagenetic modifications with strong heterogeneity.LI Mi GUO Yinghai LI Zhuangfu WANG Huaichang ZHANG Jingxia 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3:5
3A k-Coverage Scheduling Scheme in Wireless Sensor Network Based on Hard-Core Process in Rayleigh Fading Channel显示文摘Sensing coverage is a fundamental design issue in wireless sensor networks(WSNs),while sensor scheduling ensures coverage degree to the monitored event and extends the network lifetime.In this paper,we address k-coverage scheduling problem in dense WSNs,we maintain a connected k-coverage energy efficiently through a novel Hard-Core based Coordinated Scheduling(HCCS),in which hardcore is a thinning process in stochastic geometry that inhibits more than one active sensor covering any area redundantly in a minimum distance. As compared with existing coordinated scheduling,HCCS allows coordination between sensors with little communication overhead.Moreover,due to the traditional sensing models in k-coverage analysis is unsuitable to describe the characteristic of transmit channel in dense WSNs,we propose a novel sensing model integrating Rayleigh Fading and Distribution of Active sensors(RFDA),and derive the coverage measure and k-coverage probability for the monitored event under RFDA. In addition,we analyze the influence factors,i.e. the transmit condition and monitoring degree to the k-coverage probability. 18Geological characteristics,evaluation criteria and discovery significance of Paleogene Yingxiongling shale oil in Qaidam Basin,NW China显示文摘Major breakthroughs of shale oil exploration have been made recently in the upper member of Paleogene Lower Ganchaigou Formation of Yingxiongling area, Qaidam Basin. However, the low total organic carbon content of saline-lacustrine source rock, and unclear genetic mechanism, evaluation criteria and resources potential of the shale oil have restricted the exploration and evaluation of Yingxiongling shale oil. Through analysis of large amounts of cores, well drilling, seismic, laboratory test data and integrated study, focusing on the shale and mixed types of shale oil reservoirs characterized by high-frequency interbedded organic-rich laminated shale and limy dolomite, it is concluded that the shale oil in the upper member of Lower Ganchaigou Formation in the Yingxiongling area have six geological characteristics:(1) two-stage hydrocarbon generation of hydrogen-rich source rock and large amount of retained oil;(2) multiple types of reservoir space and good reservoir properties;(3)source-reservoir integration, thick “sweet spot” and high oil-bearing grade;(4) high pressure coefficient between and under salt layers, and sufficient formation energy;(5) high content of light components, high gas-oil ratio, and good quality of the crude oil;(6) high content of brittle minerals and good fracability. The evaluation criterion of shale oil is preliminarily established based on the eight parameters: total organic carbon content, maturity, effective porosity, oil saturation, brittle mineral content,pressure coefficient, lamellation density, and burial depth. 20Transcriptional regulation of bark freezing tolerance in apple(Malus domestica Borkh.)显示文摘Freezing tolerance is a significant trait in plants that grow in cold environments and survive through the winter.Apple(Malus domestica Borkh.)is a cold-tolerant fruit tree,and the cold tolerance of its bark is important for its survival at low temperatures.However,little is known about the gene activity related to its freezing tolerance.To better understand the gene expression and regulation properties of freezing tolerance in dormant apple trees,we analyzed the transcriptomic divergences in the bark from 1-year-old branches of two apple cultivars,“Golden Delicious”(G)and“Jinhong”(H),which have different levels of cold resistance,under chilling and freezing treatments.“H”can safely overwinter below−30℃in extremely low-temperature regions,whereas“G”experiences severe freezing damage and death in similar environments.Based on 28 bark transcriptomes(from the epidermis,phloem,and cambium)from 1-year-old branches under seven temperature treatments(from 4 to−29°C),we identified 4173 and 7734 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in“G”and“H”,respectively,between the chilling and freezing treatments.A gene coexpression network was constructed according to this expression information using weighted gene correlation network analysis(WGCNA),and seven biologically meaningful coexpression modules were identified from the network.The expression profiles of the genes from these modules suggested the gene regulatory pathways that are responsible for the chilling and freezing stress responses of“G”and/or“H.”Module 7 was probably related to freezing acclimation and freezing damage in“H”at the lower temperatures.This module contained more interconnected hub transcription factors(TFs)and cold-responsive genes(CORs).Modules 6 and 7 contained C-repeat binding factor(CBF)TFs,and many CBF-dependent homologs were identified as hub genes.We also found that some hub TFs had higher intramodular connectivity(KME)and gene significance(GS)than CBFs.Specifically,most hub TFs in modules 6 and 7 were activated at the beginning of the early freezing stress phase and maintained upregulated expression during the whole freezing stress period in“G”and“H”.The upregulation of DEGs related to methionine and carbohydrate biosynthetic processes in“H”under more severe freezing stress supported the maintenance of homeostasis in the cellular membrane.This study improves our understanding of the transcriptional regulation patterns underlying freezing tolerance in the bark of apple branches.Yinghai Liang Shanshan Wang Chenhui Zhao Xinwei Ma Yiyong Zhao Jing Shao Yuebo Li Honglian Li Hongwei Song Hong Ma Hao Li Bingbing Zhang Liangsheng Zhang 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:0
