1Kinetics of Oxidation for β-Sialon in Diphase β-Sialon/Al_2O_3 Composite显示文摘Non-isothermal kinetic research has been carried out on oxidation behavior of β-Sialon in diphaseβ-Sialon/Al2O3 composite at high temperatures. A kinetic formula is established for non-isothermal oxidation process of β-Sialon. The rate of oxidation process is controlled by chemicalreaction at the initial stage and then by diffusion. 2Pathways related to mitochondrial dysfunction in cartilage of endemic osteoarthritis patients in China显示文摘In this paper, we present the first evidence of differences in the mitochondria-related gene expression profiles of adult articular cartilage derived from patients with Kashin-Beck disease and normal controls. The expression of 705 mitochondria-related genes was analyzed by mitochondria-related gene expression analysis and ingenuity pathways analysis. Mitochondria-related gene expression analysis identified 9 up-regulated genes in Kashin-Beck disease based on their average expression ratio. 3Effective modification of MgO with surface transition metal oxides for NF_3 decomposition显示文摘NF3 decomposition over transition metal oxides coated MgO reagents in the absence of water is investigated. The results show that NF3 can be decomposed completely over pure MgO but the time of NF3 steady full conversion kept as short as 80 min, while the reactivities of coated MgO reagents were remarkably enhanced by transition metal oxides, for example the time of NF3 complete conversion over 12%Fe/MgO extended to 380 min. 4Studies on Dual-beam Spectrometric Simultaneous Determination of Platinum and Rhodium with Water-Insoluble Porphine T(3-M-4HP)P显示文摘The optimal conditions for the complexation reaction of meso- tetra(3-methoxy-4-hy-droxyphenyl) porphine T(3-M-4HP)P with platinum and rhodium are presented. Beer’ s Law is obeyed when the concentration of rhodium is in the range of 0. 45-1.15 μg/25mL. The molar absorptivity of rhodium was found to be 1.99×106 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 460 nm. The value of εPt was found to be 6. 28×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 by linear regression method. The K coefficient method and compensating coefficient were used to determine platinum and rhodium simultaneouly without removal or masking of the interferents in the sample. 5Sintering Behavior and Microstructure of diphasic β-Sialon /Al_2O_3 Composites显示文摘Six compositions with different ratio of β-Sialon/Al2O3 were synthesized from Al2O3, Si3,N4 and SiO2 by sintering with 3%Y2O3(mass fraction) as addition under the cover with powders of SiC+C and at nitrogen atmosphere. Theeffects of atmosphere, sintering temperature and composition on the sintering behavior were studied. The results showedthat the composites reached the best sintering behavior with the highest density about 92% at 1 650℃ under the weakreduction atmosphere. 6BIOCHEMICAL STUDIES ON GLUCOAMINOGLYCANS CONTENT IN AFFECTED CARTILAGE HYALURONIC ACID LEVELS IN SERUM AND SYNOVIAL FLUID OF IDIOPATHIC FEMORAL HEAD NECROSIS显示文摘To investigate the role of cartilage alterations in the pathogenesis of the idiopathic femoral head necrosis, 3 components of glycosaminoglycans(GAG) in pathological and health cartilage, levels of hyaluronic acid(HA) in synovial fluid and serum were detected. The correlations among HA level in synovial fluid, serum and GAG content in cartilage were analyzed. The results showed that ①the three components of cartilage GAG in normal adults and children showed little difference; ②Compared with the normal autopsy specimens, steroid induced ANFH and Perthes disease specimens had significantly decreased GAG contents (P<0 025). In the former ones, sulfate radical content had no obvious reduction in Ficat Ⅱ (P>0 05), but it decreased significantly (P<0 05) in Ficat Ⅲ, while hexosamine decreased sharply in Ficat Ⅱ and had no marked alternation in Ficat Ⅲ. And hexuronic acid fell sharply during Ficat Ⅱ and Ficat Ⅲ (P<0 05). Serum level of HA did not have obvious changes until Ficat Ⅲ. HA level in synovial fluid decreased extremely in Ficat Ⅲ in contrast to Ficat Ⅱ and normal controls (P<0 05). Moreover, there was no correlation between levels of HA in serum and in synovial fluid (P>0 05); ③Children suffered from Perthes disease had a much higher level of HA in serum than the controls (P<0 01). HA level in serum led an inverse correlation with that in synovial fluid. (r=-0 663,P<0 05);④There was a positive correlation between HA level in synovial fluid and GAG content in both steroid induced ANFH and Perthes disease. GAG content was positive correlated with HA level in serum of Perthes disease, whereas, there was no correlation between them in steroid induced ANFH. The results suggest that:①GAG content in affected hip decreased significantly in the early stage. It provides clinical theory basis for auxiliary treatment to cartilage in early stage; ②Sulfate radical depletion is the most conspicuous one of GAG changes in middle and late stage. It suggests that the sulfate radical glycoaminoglycans should be replenished in these stages; ③Measurement of the serum HA level is of no value in early diagnosis of steroid induced ANFH. 7Validation of Bacteroidales-based microbial source tracking markers for pig fecal pollution and their application in two rivers of North China显示文摘In China,pig feces is the predominant source of excrement produced b y animal husbandry.Improper use or direct discharge of pig feces can result in contamination of natural water systems.Microbial source tracking(MST)technology can identify the sources of fecal pollution in environmental water,and contribute to the management of pig fecal pollution by local environmental protection agencies.However,the accuracy of such assays can be context-dependent,and they have not been comprehensively evaluated under Chinese conditions.We aimed to compare the performance of five previously reported nig-specific MST assays(PF,Pig-Bac 1 STBR,Pig-Bac2 SYBR,Pig-1-Bac TaqMan,and Pig-2-Bac TaqMan,which are based on Bacteroidales 16S rRNA gene markers)and apply them in two rivers of North China.We collected a total of 173 fecal samples from pigs,cows,goats,chickens,humans,and horses across China.The PF assay optimized in this study showed outstanding qualitative performance and achieved 100%specificity and sensitivity.However,the two SYBR green qPCR assays(Pig-Bac1 SYBR and Pig-Bac2 SYBR)cross-reacted with most non-pig fecal samples.In contrast,both the Pig-l-Bac TaqMan and Pig-2-Bacr TaqMan assays gave 100%specificity and sensitivity.Of these,the Pig-2-Bac TaqMan assay showed higher reproducibility.Our results regarding the specificity of these pig-specific MST assays differ from those reported in Thailand,Japan,and America.Using the PF and Pig-2-Bac TaqMan assays,a field test comparing the levels of pig fecal pollution in rivers near a pig farm before and after comprehensive environmental pollution governance indicated that pig fecal pollution was effectively controlled at this location.Youfen Xu Zong Li Ruyin Liu Hongxia Liang Zhisheng Yu Hongxun Zhang 2020Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2020,14,4:0
