4Biological Effects of Sunflower Seeds Implanted by Carbon Ion显示文摘[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effects of carbon ion implantation and implantation times on growth and genetic variation of sunflowers. [Method]Carbon ions were implanted into Bakui 138,Bakui 136 and Bakui 118 seeds at dose of 5×1013 C/cm2,before they were planted. Their F1-generation seeds were irradiated again. Seeds of the both generations were planted and the growth of the seedlings was observed in field tests. Finally,their genetic variation was analyzed through RAPD. [Result] The germination rate and several agronomic traits like plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and yields of Bakui 138 of once-irradiated group were significantly improved,while that of twice-irradiated group showed opposite trend. The variation of Bakui 136 and Bakui 118 was insignificant. At the molecular level,the genetic distance with the control group of once and twice-irradiated groups was 0. 111 1,0. 108 7 in Bakui 138; 0. 068 0, 0. 030 3 in Bakui 136 and 0. 062 5,0. 043 5 in Bakui 118. [Conclusion]Carbon ion implantation had a significant effect on the growth and development of Bakui 138,and the effect varied with irradiation times. 5Multi-loop node line states in ternary MgSrSi-type crystals显示文摘Node line band-touchings protected by mirror symmetry(named as m-NLs),the product of inversion and time reversal symmetry S=PT(named as s-NLs),or nonsymmorphic symmetry are nontrivial topological objects of topological semimetals in the Brillouin Zone.In this work,we screened a family of MgSrSi-type crystals using first principles calculations,and discovered that more than 70 members are node-line semimetals.A new type of multi-loop structure was found in AsRhTi that a s-NL touches robustly with a m-NL at some“nexus point”,and in the meanwhile a second m-NL crosses with the s-NL to form a Hopf-link.Unlike the previously proposed Hopf-link formed by two s-NLs or two m-NLs,a Hopf-link formed by a s-NL and a m-NL requires a minimal three-band model to characterize its essential electronic structure.The associated topological surface states on different surfaces of AsRhTi crystal were also obtained.Even more complicated and exotic multi-loop structure of NLs were predicted in AsFeNb and PNiNb.Our work may shed light on search for exotic multi-loop node-line semimetals in real materials.Jinling Lian Lixian Yu Qi-Feng Liang Jian Zhou Rui Yu Hongming Weng 2019npj Computational Materials2019,,1:1
6Investigation of Optimal Megnetic Properties in NdFeB Magnets by Artificial Neural Network显示文摘In order to study the effect of alloy component on magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets, the experiment schemes are carried out by the uniform design theory, and the relationship between the component and the magnetic properties is established by artificial neural network(ANN) predicting model.The element contents of alloys are optimized by the ANN model.Meanwhile, the influences of mono-factor or multi-factor interaction on alloy magnetic properties are respectively discussed according to the curves ploted by ANN model.Simulation result shows that the predicted and measured results are in good agreement.The relative error is every low, the error is not more than 1.68% for remanence Br, 1.56% for maximal energy product (BH)m, and 7.73% for coercivity Hcj.Hcj can be obviously improved and Br can be reduced by increasing Nd or Zr content.Co and B have advantageous effects on increasing Br and disadvantageous effects on increasing Hcj.Influence of alloying elements on Hcj and Br are inverse, and the interaction among the alloying elements play an important role in the magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets.The ANN prediction model presents a new approach to investigate the nonlinear relationship between the component and the magnetic properties of NdFeB alloys.Lian Lixian Liu Ying Hu Wang Hou Tinghong Gao Shengji Tu Mingjing 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:0
