| 1 | Control strategy of a novel electric power steering system integrated with active front steering function显示文摘A novel electric power steering system(EPS) integrated with active front steering(AFS) is developed.It has functions of both AFS system and EPS system with two actuator units:the AFS actuator unit and the EPS actuator unit.The AFS actuator unit controls the displacement transfer behavior of the steering system,and improves the handling stability under adverse road conditions by varying the steering ratio directly related to the speed and road conditions.The EPS actuator unit controls the force transfer behavior of the steering system,and improves the steering portability and road feel of the vehicle.Based on a dynamic model,the mixed H2/H∞ control strategy of the EPS actuator and the active steering intervention control strategy of the AFS actuator are designed.The simulation indicates that the novel EPS system with the designed control strategies has obvious advantages in vehicle handling stability and the driver's road feel over the traditional EPS system,and extends the vehicle's steering performance. | ZHAO WanZhong LIN Yi WEI JianWei SHI GuoBiao | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,6: | 25 |
| 2 | Tracking Performance of Electric Power Steering System Based on the Mixed H_2/H_∞ Strategy显示文摘The tracking performance of motor current is an important factor that affects the assistance torque of electric power steering (EPS) system. Bad tracking performance will cause assistant torque delay, and make road feeling bad, and is influenced by the input steering torque and system measuring noise. However the existing methods have some shortages on system's robust dynamic performance and robust stability. The mixed H2/H∞ strategy for recirculating ball-type EPS system in a pure electric bus is proposed, and vehicle dynamic model of the system is established. Due to the existence of system model uncertainty, disturbance signals, sensor noises and the demand of system dynamic performance, the indexes of robust performance and road feeling for drivers are defined as the appraisal control objectives. The H∞ method is introduced to design the H∞ controller, and the H2 method is applied to optimize the H∞ controller, thus the mixed H2/H∞ controller is designed. The response of EPS system to the motor current command with amplitude of 20 A, the road disturbance with amplitude of 500 N and the sensor random noise with the amplitude of 1 A is simulated. The simulation results show that the recirculating ball-type EPS system with the mixed H2/H∞ controller can attenuate the random noises and disturbances and track the boost curve well, so the mixed H2/H∞ controller can improve the system's robust performance and dynamic performance. For the purpose of verifying the performance of the designed control strategy, the motor current tracking performance ground tests are conducted with step response input of the steering wheel, double-lane steering test and lemniscate steering test, respectively. The tests show that the mixed H2/H∞ controller for the recirculating ball-type EPS system of pure electric bus is feasible. | 4 | Effects of axial gap and nozzle distribution on aerodynamic forces of a supersonic partial-admission turbine显示文摘The turbine in an LH2/LOX rocket engine is designed as a two-stage supersonic partialadmission turbine. Three-dimensional steady and unsteady simulations were conducted to analyze turbine performance and aerodynamic forces on rotor blades. Different configurations were employed to investigate the effects of the axial gap and nozzle distribution on the predicted performance and aerodynamic forces. Rotor blades experience unsteady aerodynamic forces because of the partial admission. Aerodynamic forces show periodicity in the admission region, and are close to zero after leaving the admission region. The unsteady forces in frequency domain indicate that components exist in a wide frequency region, and the admission passing frequency is dominant.Those multiples of the rotational frequency which are multiples of the nozzle number in a fulladmission turbine are notable components. Results show that the turbine efficiency decreases as the axial gap between nozzles and the 1 st stage rotor(rotor 1) increases. Fluctuation of the circumferential aerodynamic force on rotor 1 blades decreases with the axial gap increasing. The turbine efficiency decreases as the circumferential spacing between nozzles increases. Fluctuations of the circumferential and axial aerodynamic forces increase as the circumferential spacing increases. | 5 | Perovskite-based color camera inspired by human visual cells显示文摘There are two primary types of photoreceptor cells in the human eye:cone cells and rod cells that enable color vision and night vision,respectively.Herein,inspired by the function of human visual cells,we develop a high-resolution perovskite-based color camera using a set of narrowband red,green,blue,and broadband white perovskite photodetectors as imaging sensors.The narrowband red,green,and blue perovskite photodetectors with color perceptions mimic long-,medium-,and short-wavelength cones cells to achieve color imaging ability.Also,the broadband white perovskite photodetector with better detectivity mimics rod cells to improve weak-light imaging ability.Our perovskite-based camera,combined with predesigned pattern illumination and image reconstruction technology,is demonstrated with high-resolution color images(up to 256 x 256 pixels)in diffuse mode.This is far beyond previously reported advanced perovskite array image sensors that only work in monochrome transmission mode.This work shows a new approach to bio-inspired cameras and their great potential to strongly mimic the ability of the natural eve. | Yujin Lu Zhong Ji Guobiao Cen Hengchao Sun Haibao Wang Chuanxi Zhao Zhong Lin Wang Wenjie Mai | 2023 | Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,2: | 2 |
