1High-conductivity free-standing Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl/poly(vinylidene difluoride)composite solid electrolyte membranes for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Bulk-type all-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)using sulfide solid electrolyte are considered as a promising alternative to commercial lithium-ion batteries owing to their high energy density and safety.However,cell energy density is often comparatively low due to use of a thick solid electrolyte separator and a lithium alloy as anode.For achieving high-performance ASSBs,creating a thin free-standing electrolyte with high-conductivity and good cycling stability against lithium anode is essential.In this work,we present Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl/poly(vinylidene difluoride)(LPSCl/PVDF)composite electrolytes prepared by a slurry method.The influence of the PVDF content on the microstructure,morphology,ionic conductivity and activation energy of the LPSCl/PVDF electrolytes is systematically investigated.Free-standing LPSCl/PVDF membranes with a thickness of 100-120 mm and a high ionic conductivity of about 1·10^(-3) S cm^(-1) at 25℃ are obtained.After adding PVDF to the LPSCl electrolyte,the cycling stability of the LPSCl electrolyte against lithium metal improves significantly.Therefore,LPSCl/PVDF composite electrolytes are promising candidates to be used in ASSBs.Shuo Wang Xue Zhang Sijie Liu Chengzhou Xin Chuanjiao Xue Felix Richter Liangliang Li Lizhen Fan Yuanhua Lin Yang Shen Jurgen Janek Ce-Wen Nan 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,1:5
2Molecular Cloning and Expression Analysis of Cryptochrome Gene Ps CRY2in Tree Peony显示文摘Cryptochromes are blue/ultraviolet-A(UV-A) light receptors involved in regulating various aspects of plant growth and development.Investigations of the structure and functions of cryptochromes in plants have largely focused on herbaceous plants. However, few data on the function of CRY2 are available in woody plants. In this study, a cryptochrome 2(CRY2) gene was isolated from Paeonia suffruticosa by Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR). Sequence alignment and motif analysis showed that the deduced amino acids contained a PHR domain near the amino terminus and a CCT domain near the carboxy terminus. Ps CRY2 showed high identity with At CRY2 of Arabidopsis.Phylogenetic analysis indicated that it was closely related to Citrus sinensis. Gene expression analysis revealed that the highest expression levels of Ps CRY2 occurred in the bud and seed embryo of P. suffruticosa, followed by the roots, stems, and leaves. Ps CRY2 was upregulated during the entire process of bud differentiation, whereas this was downregulated during the early stage of bud development and upregulated in the middle and late stages. The highest level of Ps CRY2 expression was observed in the big bell-like flower buds. These results suggested that Ps CRY2 plays an important role in both bud differentiation and bud development. The expression patterns of Ps CRY2 in the buds of ‘Luoyanghong' and ‘Qiufa1' were similar, whereas that in the buds of ‘Qiufa 1' was significantly higher than in the buds of ‘Luoyanghong'. The buds of plants subjected to different photoperiod treatments exhibited variations in Ps CRY2 expression patterns. 3Low selenium and reduced cognitive function in a cohort elderly study显示文摘Cognitive function in the elderly is affected by various environmental, social, and individual factors. Studies show that chemical trace elements are closely related to cognitive function. As a protective factor, selenium promotes cognition in the elderly. However, study results into the effects of selenium on cognition have varied. By eliminating unstable environmental and other related factors, the present study selected elderly individuals from rural areas of the Shandong province to verify whether low selenium exposure is a risk factor for decreased cognitive function. Results demonstrated that age, sex, education, occupation, hypertension, stroke, and body selenium levels were factors affecting cognitive function in the elderly, and that selenium was an important protective factor.
