2Petrogenesis and tectonic implications of Late-Triassic high εNd(t)-εHf(t) granites in the Ailaoshan tectonic zone(SW China)显示文摘High εNd(t)-εHf(t) granites are robust evidence for crustal growth. In this paper we report results of petrologic, geochronological and geochemical investigations on the Huashiban granites from the Ailaoshan tectonic zone in western Yunnan(SW China). Zircon grains separated from the two samples(10HH-119 A and 10HH-120A) yield the weighted mean 206Pb/238 U ages of 229.9 ± 2.0 Ma and 229.3 ± 2.3 Ma, respectively, interpreted as the crystallization ages of the granites. Based on our results, in combination with the existing U-Pb geochronological data for the Ailaoshan metamorphic rocks, we propose that the Ailaoshan Group might be a rock complex composed of the Mesoproterozoic, Neoproterozoic, Hercynian, Indosinian and Himalayan components, rather than a part of the crystalline basement of the Yangtze block. The zircon grains show highly depleted Lu-Hf isotope compositions, with positive εHf(t) values ranging from 8.4 to 13.1. The Huashiban granites have high SiO2(72.66 wt%–73.70 wt%), low Mg#(0.28–0.34) with A/CNK=1.01–1.05, and can be classified as peralumious high-K calc-alkaline I-type granites. A synthesis of these data indicates that the Ailaoshan tectonic zone had evolved into a post-collisional setting by the Late-Triassic(229 Ma). 4Zircon U-Pb Geochronology of the Cenozoic Granitic Mylonite along the Ailaoshan-Red River Shear Zone:New Constraints on the Timing of the Sinistral Shearing显示文摘The Ailaoshan-Red River(ASRR) shear zone in SW China represents an important discontinuity believed to have accommodated eastward extrusion of the Tibetan Plateau in response to the collision of the Indian and Eurasian plates. The onset timing and duration of the ASRR sinistral strike-slip shearing have been hotly disputed. In this paper we present new zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb geochronological data from six syntectonic granitic mylonite and leucosomes samples from the ASRR shear zone. Our data reveal a metamorphic age of ~40 Ma, most likely suggesting the maximum age of the shearing initiation. Rocks showing syn-kinematic signatures yield crystallization ages of 38–22 Ma, with inherited components ranging from 716 to 108 Ma. These results, together with existing geological and geochronological data, indicate that the sinistral shearing along the ASRR zone probably began at 40 Ma, mainly activated at 29–22 Ma and lasted at least to ~22 Ma. Our data suggest a continuous extrusion between the Indochina and South China blocks during ~35–17 Ma. The ASRR sinistral shearing has accommodated large scale eastward displacement of the southeastern Tibetan syntaxis, and is likely responsible for the opening of the South China Sea.Xiaofei Guo Yuejun Wang Huichuan Liu Jianwei Zi 2016Journal of Earth Science2016,27,3:6
5Early Permian Sunidyouqi suprasubduction-zone ophiolites in the central Solonker suture zone(Inner Mongolia, China)显示文摘Different final closing ages have been proposed for the evolution of the Paleo-Asian Ocean(PAO),including Late Silurian, pre-Late Devonian, Early Permian, Late-Permian and Late Permian-Early Triassic.Ophiolites represent fragments of ancient oceanic crust and play an important role in identifying the suture zone and unveiling the evolutionary history of fossil oceans. Our detailed geological, geochemical and geochronological investigations argue for the existence of Early Permian(297 Ma) SSZ type ophiolites in the Sunidyouqi area of central Inner Mongolia, China. The gabbros and basalts show LREE depleted REE patterns and left-leaning primitive mantle-normalized spider diagrams with variable negative Nb-Ta anomalies(Nb~*= 0.24-1.28 and 0.29-0.55, respectively). The Sunidyouqi ophiolites were generated in a mature back-arc basin. The Sunidyouqi ophiolites share the same petrological,geochemical and geochronological characteristics with the other ophiolites along the Solonker suture zone, delineating a Late Paleozoic ocean and arc-trench system. This Late Paleozoic ocean and arc-trench system coincides with a Permian paleobiogeographical boundary, i.e. the boundary between the northern cold climate(Boreal faunal-Angaraland floral realm), and a southern warm climate(Tethys faunal-Cathaysian floral realm). 6Geochemistry,Geochronology,Sr-Nd Isotopic Compositions of Jiang Tso Ophiolite in the Middle Segment of the Bangong- Nujiang Suture Zone and Their Geological Significance显示文摘The Jiang Tso ophiolite,situated in the middle segment of the Bangong- Nujiang Suture Zone,is a part of the easternmost Qieli Lake ophiolite subzone and is close to the south of Pung Lake ophiolite. The rock association of Jiang Tso ophiolite is relatively complete and is mainly composed of metamorphic peridotite,gabbro and diabase. Comparing with N-MORB,the ophiolite is high in Mg and low in Ti,K,Na,P,and is depleted in Nb,Ta,Hf,Th and enriched in Rb,Sr and Ba. Geochemical characteristics of the Jiang Tso ophiolite indicate it is of a supra-subduction zone type formed in the spreading ridge of back arc basin. The SHRIMP U-Pb dating of zircons from the gabbro yielded a weighted average age of 188.1±4.1 Ma(MSWD=1.4),indicating the Jiang Tso ophiolite was formed in the late stage of early Jurassic. The Sr,Nd isotopic compositions show that the Tethyan mantle domain is the depleted mantle(DM),with enriched mantle domain II(EM II). 7INTERFERENCE BY NON-HOST PLANT ROOTS AND ROOT EXUDATES IN THE INFECTION PROCESSES OF PHYTOPHTHORA NICOTIANAE显示文摘Crop rotations are widely used because they can significantly reduce the incidence of pests and diseases.The interactions between non-host roots and pathogens may be key in the inhibition of soilborne pathogens in crop rotations.Interactions between fennel(Foeniculum vulgare)roots/root exudates and Phytophthora nicotianae were investigated because of the known allelopathy between fennel and tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum).The effects of the key compounds in the fennel rhizosphere on the mycelial growth and zoospore behavior of P.nicotianae were assessed.The roots of fennel attracted P.nicotianae zoospores and inhibited their motility and the germination of cystospores,with some cystospores rupturing.4-ethylacetophenone,vanillin and N-formylpiperidine were consistently identified in the fennel rhizosphere and were found to interfere with the infection of P.nicotianae,especially vanillin.Hyphae treated with these compounds produced more abnormal branches and accumulated reactive oxygen species.These interspecific interactions between non-host roots and pathogens were found to be an important factor in the inhibition by fennel of infection by P.nicotianae.Yuxin YANG He ZHANG Yuting FANG Ying LI Xinyue MEI Huichuan HUANG Fei DU Shusheng ZHU Min YANG Yixiang LIU 2021Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2021,8,3:3

11Cluster Analysis of Differentially Expressed Heat Stress Genes in Rat Jejunal Mucosal显示文摘[Objective] The aim was to study the heat stress mechanism of differentially expressed genes in rat jejunal mucosal. [Method] Variable cluster analysis and cluster analysis of samples on the differentially expressed heat stress genes in rat jejunal mucosal were carried out with SAS software, and statistics of distribution of the differentially expressed genes on chromosomes were conducted. [Result] The differentially expressed genes were divided into seven categories, of which, the upregulated genes included three categories(i.e.: Category A: Hspa1 a, Hspa1 b,Hspb1, Hsph1, Dnaja4, Ahsa2 and P4ha1; Category B: Cyp1a2, Zbtb16, Gucy2 g,Fgb, Cyp4a3 and Etv2; and Category C: Cyp1a2, Chac1 and Cyp4b1) and the down-regulated genes included four categories(i.e.: Category D: Tlr2, Noxo1,LOC286989 and Aspg; Category E: RGD1560395, Alb and BQ194726; Category F:Ccl4, Gzmk, AI228153, Anxa10, S100a9 and Ascl5; and Category G: Reg1 a and Slc13a1). The classification, function and reasons of differential expression for each gene category were analyzed. 13Spider Silk Supercontraction‑Inspired Cotton‑Hydrogel Self‑Adapting Textiles显示文摘Smart textiles are able to self-adapt to an irregular surface.So,they found new applications in intelligent clothes and equipments,where the properties and functionality of traditional polymeric fibers are insufficient,and hard to be realized.Inspired by the supercontraction behavior of the spider silk,we prepared a spinnable hydrogel to form a sheath-core-like composite yarn,after being coated on cotton yarn.The strong hydrogen bonding between the cotton yarn and the polar groups of the hydrogel provides an outstanding mechanical stability,and the twists insertion forms a spiral-like architecture,which exhibited moisture-responsive super contraction behavior.By structural tailoring the chirality of the fiber twists and coiling extends into homo-chiral and heterochiral architectures,as displays contraction and expansion when is exposed to the moisture.Once the relative humidity is increased from 60 to 90%,a homochiral yarn exhibits 90%contraction,while a heterochiral yarn shows 450% expansion,and the maximum work capacity reached up to 6.1 J/Kg.The super contracted yarn can be re-stretched to its original length manifesting cyclability,which can be exploited to build a smart textile,selfadaptive to irregular surfaces.Such a strategy may be further extended to a wide variety of materials to achieve intelligent textiles from common fiber or yarns.Abdul Qadeer Khan Kaiqing Yu Jiatian Li Xueqi Leng Meilin Wang Xuesong Zhang Baigang An Bin Fei Wei Wei Huichuan Zhuang Muhammad Shafiq Lili Bao Zunfeng Liu Xiang Zhou 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,6:0
