A fast computational method for the landing footprints of space-to-ground vehicles显示文摘Fast computation of the landing footprint of a space-to-ground vehicle is a basic requirement for the deployment of parking orbits, as well as for enabling decision makers to develop real-time programs of transfer trajectories. In order to address the usually slow computational time for the determination of the landing footprint of a space-to-ground vehicle under finite thrust, this work proposes a method that uses polynomial equations to describe the boundaries of the landing footprint and uses back propagation(BP) neural networks to quickly determine the landing footprint of the space-to-ground vehicle. First, given orbital parameters and a manoeuvre moment, the solution model of the landing footprint of a space-to-ground vehicle under finite thrust is established. Second, given arbitrary orbital parameters and an arbitrary manoeuvre moment, a fast computational model for the landing footprint of a space-to-ground vehicle based on BP neural networks is provided. Finally, the simulation results demonstrate that under the premise of ensuring accuracy, the proposed method can quickly determine the landing footprint of a space-to-ground vehicle with arbitrary orbital parameters and arbitrary manoeuvre moments. The proposed fast computational method for determining a landing footprint lays a foundation for the parking-orbit configuration and supports the design of real-time transfer trajectories. | LIU Qingguo LIU Xinxue WU Jian LI Yaxiong | 2020 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,5: | 1

Genomic and transcriptomic dissection of Theionarchaea in marine ecosystem显示文摘Theionarchaea is a recently described archaeal class within the Euryarchaeota. While it is widely distributed in sediment ecosystems, little is known about its metabolic potential and ecological features. Here,we used metagenomics and metatranscriptomics to characterize 12 theionarchaeal metagenome-assembled genomes, which were further divided into two subgroups, from coastal mangrove sediments of China and seawater columns of the Yap Trench.Genomic analysis revealed that apart from the canonical sulfhydrogenase,Theionarchaea harbor genes encoding heliorhodopsin, group 4[NiFe]-hydrogenase,and flagellin,in which genes for heliorhodopsin and group 4[NiFe]-hydrogenase were transcribed in mangrove sediment.Further, the theionarchaeal substrate spectrum may be broader than previously reported as revealed by metagenomics and metatranscriptomics, and the potential carbon substrates include detrital proteins, hemicellulose, ethanol, and CO_(2).The genes for organic substrate metabolism(mainly detrital protein and amino acid metabolism genes)have relatively higher transcripts in the top sediment layers in mangrove wetlands. In addition,co-occurrence analysis suggested that the degradation of these organic compounds by Theionarchaea might be processed in syntrophy with fermenters(e.g.,Chloroflexi)and methanogens.Collectively, these observations expand the current knowledge of the metabolic potential of Theionarchaea, and shed light on the metabolic strategies and roles of these archaea in the marine ecosystems. | Mingwei Cai Changhai Duan Xinxu Zhang Jie Pan Yang Liu Cuijing Zhang Meng Li | 2022 | Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,6: | 0
Effects of Irrigation Amount on Soil Water Content of Gentiana macrophylla显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different irrigation quotas and irrigation times on soil physical and chemical properties and water content in the planting areas of Gentiana macrophylla in dry farming areas of southern Ningxia.[Methods]G.macrophylla planted for three years was selected as the experimental material, and the water content, nutrients, bulk density and total porosity of the soil at different depths(0-20 and 20-40 cm)were measured under different irrigation quotas and irrigation times.[Results]Compared with the CK,different irrigation quotas and irrigation times could significantly improve the water contents of the 0-20 and 20-40 cm layers in the planting areas of G.macrophylla.The change trend of water content at the 0-20 cm soil depth was 3 times of irrigation>2 times of irrigation>1 time of irrigation>CK,and that at the 20-40 cm soil depth was 2 times of irrigation>3 times of irrigation>1 time of irrigation>CK.With the increase of irrigation times, soil urease in the 0-20 cm soil showed a trend of decreasing at first and then increasing, reaching a maximum value of 0.415 mg/g·24 h with 1 time of irrigation, which increased by 84.44%compared with the CK,and the value with two times of irrigation was basically the same as that of the CK,but 3 times of irrigation resulted in a value 57.33%higher than the CK.However, the changes of 20-40 cm were the opposite. The change trends of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in the 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layers with irrigation times was smaller, and the contents of soil organic carbon, available phosphorus and available potassium increased first and then decreased with the increase of irrigation times, and were generally higher than those in the CK.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical and technical basis for the artificial cultivation of G.macrophylla in dry farming areas of Ningxia. | Xiaojun WANG Xinxue ZHANG Hua LIU | 2022 | Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,4: | 0
Genomic insights into versatile lifestyle of three new bacterial candidate phyla显示文摘Metagenomic explorations of the Earth's biosphere enable the discovery of previously unknown bacterial lineages of phylogenetic and ecological significance. Here,we retrieved 11 metagenomic-assembled genomes(MAGs)affiliated to three new monophyletic bacterial lineages from the seawater of the Yap Trench.Phylogenomic analysis revealed that each lineage is a new bacterial candidate phylum, subsequently named Candidatus Qinglongiota,Candidatus Heilongiota, and Candidatus Canglongiota.Metabolic reconstruction of genomes from the three phyla suggested that they adopt a versatile lifestyle, with the potential to utilize various types of sugars,proteins,and/or short-chain fatty acids through anaerobic pathways. This was further confirmed by a global distribution map of the three phyla, indicating a preference for oxygen-limited or particle-attached niches, such as anoxic sedimentary environments.Of note,Candidatus Canglongiota genomes harbor genes for the complete WoodLjungdahl pathway and sulfate reduction that are similar to those identified in some sulfate-reducing bacteria.Evolutionary analysis indicated that gene gain and loss events, and horizontal gene transfer(HGT)play important roles in shaping the genomic and metabolic features of the three new phyla. This study presents the genomic insight into the ecology, metabolism, and evolution of three new phyla, which broadens the phylum-level diversity within the domain Bacteria. | Xinxu Zhang Zongbao Liu Wei Xu Jie Pan Yuhan Huang Mingwei Cai Zhuhua Luo Meng Li | 2022 | Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,8: | 0
Protective effect and possible mechanisms of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy: A systematic review and meta-analysis of animal studies显示文摘Objective:To explore the protective effect and potential mechanisms of danshen root(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,S.miltiorrhiza) and its extracts for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Preclinical studies of S.miltiorrhiza and its extracts on DN were systematically searched in nine databases. The primary outcomes were blood glucose, kidney function, proteinuria, and renal histopathology. The secondary outcomes included the related mechanisms. The methodological quality of animal studies was assessed based on the risk of bias tool of the Systematic Review Centre for Laboratory Animal Experimentation(SYRCLE) for animal studies.Meta-analysis was performed using R software(version 4.1.2).Results:Twenty-nine animal experimental studies that met the eligibility criteria were included in this study.Compared to the control group,S.miltiorrhiza reduced the serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen,24-h urine protein,24-h urine albumin, blood glucose, and kidney index(kidney weight/body weight),and alleviated renal pathological damage. In terms of the mechanism of action, compared to the control group,S.miltiorrhiza reduced the levels of transforming growth factor β1,collagen Ⅳ,malondialdehyde, tumor necrosis factor α,interleukin-6,and monocyte/macrophage(ED-1),and increased the levels of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, nuclear factor E2-related factor 2,and heme oxygenase-1.Conclusion:The existing evidence shows that S.miltiorrhiza has beneficial effects on the animal model of DN,and its mechanism is mainly related to improving kidney fibrosis, oxidative stress, and inflammatory response. | Tingting Jiao Yunhua Liu Mei Han Sitong Wang Xinjiang Zhang Xinxue Zhang Zongjiang Zhao | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2022,9,4: | 0
Transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis of the effects of Zhenwu decoction on kidney yang deficiency pattern in chronic kidney disease显示文摘Objective:To explore the kidney yang deficiency pattern(KYDP)in a chronic kidney disease(CKD)rat model and the mechanisms underlying the effects of Zhenwu decoction(ZWD)by conducting tran-scriptomic and metabolomic analyses. Methods:Adriamycin(ADR)combined with hydrocortisone(HC)was used to induce CKD with KYDP in rats.ADR was injected into the tail vein twice.HC was injected intramuscularly for 8 weeks.ZWD was administered by gavage for 8 weeks. The general condition was observed,24-h urine protein was detected, serum corticosterone, triiodothyronine, thyroxine,TSH,testosterone,cAMP,and cGMP levels were determined, and pathological analysis was conducted.Transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses were conducted to screen differentially expressed genes(DEGs),differentially expressed metabolites(DEMs),and differentially expressed pathways(DEPs).The core DEMs and DEGs were input to Metab-oanalyst 5.0 to identify the pathways affected by ZWD.Results:In the HC group,KYDP symptoms were observed.Compared with control group, the levels of 24-h urine protein,TSH,and cGMP significantly increased(all P<0.01),and corticosterone, triiodothyronine, thyroxine, and cAMP significantly decreased(all P<0.01)in the HC group. After ZWD intervention, the levels of above-mentioned indicators could be reversed to some extent.Pathological analysis in the HC group revealed kidney lesions.DEGs in the ZWD group were mainly associated with pathways such as nucleotide synthesis and endocrine pathways. In the ZWD group, differences in biosynthesis of unsat-urated fatty acids and butanoate metabolism were observed. The following pathways were significantly affected by ZWD:arachidonic acid metabolism, valine, leucine, and isoleucine biosynthesis, linoleic acid metabolism, and alpha-linolenic acid metabolism. Conclusion:ZWD can be used to treat KYDP in CKD through regulating arachidonic acid metabolism, valine, leucine, and isoleucine biosynthesis, linoleic acid metabolism, and alpha-linolenic acid metabolism. | Pengfei Zheng Yunhua Liu Xinjiang Zhang Tingting Jiao Yingjie Wu Mengmeng Zhang Xinxue Zhang Zongjiang Zhao | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2023,10,2: | 0
