1SHRIMP U-Pb Dating of Zircons of a Dark Eclogite and a Garnet-bearing Gneissic Granitic Rock from Bixiling,Eastern Dabie Area,Anhui Province:Isotope Chronological Evidence of Neoproterozoic UHP Metamorphism显示文摘The paper reports SHRIMP U-Pb zircon data of a dark eclogite and a post-eclogite garnet-bearing gneissic granitic rock from the Bixiling area, Yuexi County, Anhui Province, in the eastern Dabie Mountains. The eclogite, which is metamorphosed basic tuff, contains very scarce zircons in omphacite or garnet, but more zircons in quartz. They usually exhibit a double-layered texture, as shown clearly in cathodoluminescence images. Their inner main parts give a 206Pb/238U age of 757±7 Ma, representing the approximate age of the high-pressure (HP)- ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) metamorphic event during which the eclogite was formed. The outer peripheral parts of the zircons, which have been modified by late-stage fluids, give an age of 223±3 Ma. The granitic rock contains more zircons of anatectic origin found mostly in feldspar and quartz and usually also showing a similar composite texture. The inner main parts of the anatectic zircons with oscillatory zoning give a 206Pb/238U age of 727±15 Ma for theCHENG Yuqi LIU Dunyi I.S. 2Bio-Based Hyperbranched Toughener From Tannic Acid and Its Enhanced Solvent-Free Epoxy Resin with High Performance显示文摘It is essential to design economic and efficient tougheners to prepare high-performance epoxy resin;however,this has remained a huge challenge.Herein,an eco-friendly,low-cost,and facile-fabricated bio-based hyperbranched toughener,carboxylic acid-functionalized tannic acid(CATA),was successfully prepared and applicated to the preparation of solvent-free epoxy resins.The mechanical performance,morphology,structural characterization,and thermal characterization of toughened epoxy resin system were studied.The toughened epoxy resin system with only 1.0wt%CATA reached the highest impact strength,111%higher than the neat epoxy resin system.Notably,the tensile strength and elongation at break of toughened epoxy resin systems increased moderately with increasing CATA loading.Nonphase-separated hybrids with significant toughening effect were obtained.Additionally,the thermal stabilities of toughened epoxy resin systems decreased with increasing CATA loading.This study provides an eco-friendly,cost-effective,and facile approach for the preparation of high-performance,solvent-free epoxy resins with potential for practical applications in sealing integrated circuits and electrical devices fields.Jie Xu Jiayao Yang Hengxu Wang Peng Lin Xiaohuan Liu Jinjie Zhang Shenyuan Fu Yuxun Tang 2019Journal of Renewable Materials2019,7,12:5

7A H_(2)S-triggered two-photon ratiometric fluorescent theranostic prodrug for bio-imaging显示文摘Hydrogen sulfide(H_(2) S) is a signaling molecule that plays important roles in biological systems.The exploration of H_(2) S as a new drug release trigger and its related fluorescent theranostic system is crucial for cancer bio-imaging and therapy.Herein,we designed a new two-photon ratiometric fluorescent theranostic prodrug(compound 1) and studied its spectroscopic properties and application in in vivo imaging.Compound 1 specifically reacted with H_(2) S and released the free active therapeutic component of 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin,which was accompanied with a red-shift fluorescence emission signal from 460 nm to 545 nm.The exogenous and endogenous H_(2) S in living cells were imaged by compound 1 under one-photon and two-photon excitation.Furthermore,compound 1 monitored the H_(2) S concentration changes in Caenorhabditis elegans by fluorescence imaging.Additionally,it showed effective drug release activation in situ tumor with exogenous and endogenous H_(2) S as the trigger.The H_(2) S-sensitive activation and drug-release properties highlight the potential of theranostic compound 1 in future cancer treatment and therapy.Xianghua Wu Yuxun Lu Bo Liu Yu Chen Junfeng Zhang Ying Zhou 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,8:0
