Form and Mood Recognition of Johann Strauss's Waltz Centos显示文摘Due to Internet music needs, there have been many efforts in music recognition in the past few years. Among them, both the form and mood recognition are of great importance. Music form is an important feature of music structure and mood reveals the connotation of music. However, there is little established knowledge regarding form and mood classification since they are examples of higher level cognitive processing. In this paper, we present a scheme to recognize both the form and the mood of Johann Strauss's waltz centos. In the form recognition, a new structure called 'Melody Tree' is put forward to capture the essential of melody, a multilayer searching process and three assumptions are adopted to make the recognition much more efficient. In the mood recognition, perceived music characteristics are represented with fuzzy sets, while music experts' opinions are included and processed in a fuzzy classifier. In addition, a new structure called 'Mood Ring' is constructed to classify the music mood. We have done many experiments on John Strauss'smost famous waltz centos to evaluate this scheme, and the correct rates of the form recognition and the mood recognition are 98.21% and 85.55% respectively. | LIUDan ZHANGNaiyao ZHUHancheng | 2003 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2003,12,4: | 4
Design and Implementation of A Dynamic Content Cache Module for Web Server显示文摘Web offers a very convenient way to access remote information resources, an important measurement of evaluating Web services quality is how long it takes to search and get information. By caching the Web server’s dynamic content, it can avoid repeated queries for database and reduce the access frequency of original resources, thus to improve the speed of server’s response. This paper describes the concept, advantages, principles and concrete realization procedure of a dynamic content cache module for Web server. | LIUDan GUOCheng-cheng ZHANGLi | 2004 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2004,9,5: | 1

Subseasonal and Synoptic Variabilities of Precipitation over the Yangtze River Basin in the Summer of 2020显示文摘Summer precipitation over the Yangtze River basin(YRB)in 2020 experienced a strong subseasonal and synoptic fluctuation in addition to contributing to an exceptionally large seasonal mean precipitation. The cause of this higher-frequency fluctuation is examined based on observational analyses.Apart from the continuous northward movement of the climatological mei-yu rainband, the mei-yu rainbelt in the summer of 2020 experienced multiple northward and southward swings. The cause of the swings was attributed to the subseasonal variability of southerly winds to the south and northeasterly winds to the north of the YRB.In addition,synoptic-scale variability, characterized by the eastward propagation of low-level cyclonic vorticity and precipitation anomalies, was also commonplace in the summer of 2020.While the strengthening of both the subseasonal and synoptic variabilities in the summer of 2020 was attributed to the increase of the background mean moisture, the synoptic variability was greatly affected by the subseasonal rainfall variability. As a result, both the synoptic-scale and subseasonal variabilities contributed to the north-south swings of the rainbelt. The large-scale modulations by both the seasonal mean and subseasonal anomalies provide insight regarding the optimization of issuing accurate,extended-range forecasts of extreme weather events. | Liudan DING Tim LI Ying SUN | 2021 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,12: | 1
A signal-amplified whole-cell biosensor for sensitive detection of Hg^2+ based on Hg^2+-enhanced reporter module显示文摘A signal-amplified mercury sensing biosensor with desired sensitivity was developed through firstly using the GFP mutant with fluorescence increasing response towards Hg^2+ as the reporter module. The developed biosensor showed response for Hg^2+ in a relatively wide range of 1–10,000 nmol/L,and the detection limit was improved one or two orders of magnitude in comparison with most metal-sensing biosensors in similar constructs. In addition, the biosensor could distinguish Hg^2+ easily from multiple metal ions and displayed strong adaptability to extensive p H conditions (pH 4.0–10.0).More importantly, the developed biosensor was able to provide an initial assessment of Hg^2+ spiked in the environmental water with the recoveries between 85.70%and 112.50%.The signal-amplified strategy performed by the modified reporter module will be widely applicable to many other wholecell biosensors, meeting the practical requirements with sufficient sensing performance. | Dan Wang Yanan Zheng Liudan Wei Na Wei Xiaosu Fan Shan Huang Qi Xiao | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,10: | 1

Tourism Development Mode of Historical and Cultural Blocks from the Perspective of Urban Renewal Based on Online Review Data:A Case Study of Nanluoguxiang in Beijing显示文摘Under the background of urban renewal, this paper re-explores the tourism development modeof Nanluoguxiang historical and cultural block based on online review data, and puts forward correspondingdevelopment strategies. As a cultural label of a city, historical and cultural blocks should be updated first inorder to achieve sustainable development. By using multi-source big data review and qualitative researchmethods, the perception evaluation of tourists in Nanluoguxiang is obtained, and the shortcomings ofcurrent tourism development mode are analyzed. Furthermore, corresponding improvement strategies andsuggestions are put forward, in order to provide some effective ideas for the sustainable development ofhistorical and cultural blocks in the future. | CHEN Liudan | 2023 | Journal of Landscape Research2023,15,3: | 0
Rapid field testing of mercury pollution by designed fluorescent biosensor and its cells-alginate hydrogel-based paper assay显示文摘With increasing industrial activities, mercury has been largely discharged into environment and caused serious environmental problems. The growing level of mercury pollution has become a huge threat to human health due to its significant biotoxicity. Therefore, the simple and fast means for on-site monitoring discharged mercury pollution are highly necessary to protect human beings from its pernicious effects in time.Herein,a'turn off'fluorescent biosensor(mCherry L199 C)for sensing Hg2+was successfully designed based on direct modification of the chromophore environment of fluorescent protein mCherry. For rapid screening and characterization, the designed variant of mCherry(mCherry L199 C)was directly expressed on outer-membrane of Escherichia coli cells by cell surface display technique. The fluorescent biosensor was characterized to have favorable response to Hg2+at micromole level among other metal ions and over a broad pH range.Further, the cells of the fluorescent biosensor were encapsulated in alginate hydrogel to develop the cells-alginate hydrogel-based paper. The cells-alginate hydrogel-based paper could detect mercury pollution in 5 min with simple operation process and inexpensive equipment, and it could keep fluorescence and activity stable at 4℃ for 24 hr,which would be a high-throughput screening tool in preliminarily reporting the presence of mercury pollution in natural setting. | Yanan Zheng Liudan Wei Linwei Duan Fangfang Yang Guixiang Huang Tianyi Xiao Min Wei Yanling Liang Huiting Yang Zhipeng Li Dan Wang | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,8: | 0
