1Effects of quenching temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of H13 mandrel steel显示文摘Optical microscope,stereomicroscope,scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and mechanical property testing were used to research the effects of different quenching temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the H13 mandrel steel.The results indicate that following an increase in the quenching,the degree of alloying is enhanced due to the carbides dissolving gradually in austenite,which improves the hardenability of the specimens,as well as their room and high-temperature strength.At the same time,the fracture toughness increases due to the increment of the martensite number and the interparticle distance of the carbides.However,extremely coarse grain and martensite can decrease the impact toughness.Optimal performance can be obtained after quenching at 1060℃ and double tempering at 620℃.Consequently,the service life of the H13 mandrel steel is extended significantly.TIAN Yuxin LU Minghe CAI Haiyan YIN Guanghong XU Zhou 2010Baosteel Technical Research2010,4,3:3
2A wet adhesion inspired biomimetic pad with direction dependence and adaptability显示文摘A novel adhesive pad for a climbing robot, inspired by a stick insect's smooth pad, is proposed. The micro structure pattern and inclined fiber of a stick insect's pad are mimicked, and an adhesion force is produced based on its wet adhesion mechanism. Firstly, the wet adhesion model is discussed and the pad is designed; secondly, the adhesion characteristics, adhesion direction dependence and adaptability are analyzed; finally, the proposed pad is fabricated using a thermoplastic elastomer, which is a hydrophilic and viscoelastic material. Experimental results show that the adhesion performance of the pad is good, and normal adhesion and friction can reach to 0.65 N and 3 N. 3Effects of the refining treatment on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of H13 mandrel显示文摘This study researches the effects of the refining treatment on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of H13 mandrel steel and compares these effects with those of the conventional treatment.The results indicate that both carbide particles and grains were refined,carbide particles were uniformly distributed by the refining treatment,and therefore,the strength and toughness of H13 mandrel steel were improved.Rapid cooling after the solution treatment may inhibit intra-granular precipitation of carbide particles,which is favorable to enhancing toughness.Consequently,high-performance H13 mandrel steel can be produced by proper refining treatment.TIAN Yuxin LU Minghe CAI Haiyan YIN Guanghong 2009Baosteel Technical Research2009,3,4:1

5Study of the influence of heat treatment procedure on the microstructure and mechanical properties of H13 mandrel steel显示文摘In this study,the microstructural evolution of H13 mandrel steel during its manufacturing process and the influence of the preheat treatment procedure and the second-step tempering temperature on its microstructural and mechanical properties were investigated.The experiment results showed that,using an H13 mandrel steel billet in the as-annealed condition produced by Baosteel as a raw material,the preheat treatments of normalization,spheroidization annealing,or normalization plus spheroidization annealing,as described in this paper,had no significant effect on the final mechanical properties after quenching and tempering.H13 mandrel steel met all the mechanical property requirements via quenching and tempering without preheat treatment.In the temperature range from 600 to 680 t,with an increase in the second-step tempering temperature,the strength gradually decreased whereas the plasticity and toughness gradually improved.Using the quenching-plus-first-tempering procedure of 1030℃/l h/oil cooling+600℃/5 h/air cooling,good balance between strength and toughness could be achieved by selecting 650℃ as the second-step tempering temperature.The test results also showed that the holding time of the second tempering played a big role in the mechanical properties.When this holding time was extended from 1 to 2 h,the hardness of the H13 mandrel steel decreased and the extent of this reduction increased with an increase in the second-step tempering temperature.In the temperature range of 1030 to 1090℃,the yield strength,tensile strength,and hardness gradually increased,however,the impact toughness decreased with increases in the quenching temperature.HU Ping LU Minghe 2019Baosteel Technical Research2019,13,4:0
6Full waveform inversion based on improved MLQN method显示文摘Full waveform inversion( FWI) is a challenging data-fitting procedure between model wave field value and theoretical wave field value. The essence of FWI is an optimization problem,and therefore,it is important to study optimization method. The study is based on conventional Memoryless quasi-Newton( MLQN)method. Because the Conjugate Gradient method has ultra linear convergence,the authors propose a method by using Fletcher-Reeves( FR) conjugate gradient information to improve the search direction of the conventional MLQN method. The improved MLQN method not only includes the gradient information and model information,but also contains conjugate gradient information. And it does not increase the amount of calculation during every iterative process. 8Regulating energy storage performances of 0.85NaNbO_(3)-0.15Bi(Zn_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O_(3) ceramics using BaTiO_(3)显示文摘Recently,NaNbO_(3)-based ceramics with excellent energy storage performances(ESPs)and fast chargedischarge characteristics have attracted great attention.In this case,BaTiO_(3) modified 0.85NaNbO_(3)-0.15Bi(Zn_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O_(3)(0.85NN-0.15BZN-yBT)ceramics were designed and successfully fabricated using solid state synthesis.The discharge storage density of the ceramics increases from 1.22 J/cm^(3) at y=0-1.84 J/cm^(3) at y=8%,which is 1.5 times higher than pure 0.85NN-0.15BZN ceramics.This ceramic reveals excellent temperature stability up to 150℃,good discharge cycling after 10^(5) cycles and high discharge speed of 2.0μs,broadening the scope of NaNbO_(3)-based ceramics for energy storage applications.Dongyu Lai Zhonghua Yao Wei You Biao Gao Qinghu Guo Ping Lu Amjad Ullah Hua Hao Minghe Cao Hanxing Liu 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,1:0
9Angelica sinensis polysaccharides ameliorate 5-flourouracil-induced bone marrow stromal cell proliferation inhibition via regulating Wnt/β-catenin signaling显示文摘Chemotherapy may cause cellular oxidative stress to bone marrow.Oxidative damage of bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment is closely related to chronic myelosuppression after chemotherapeutic treatment.Angelica sinensis polysaccharides(ASP)are major effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine Angelica with multi-target anti-oxidative stress features.In the current study,we investigated the protective roles and mechanisms of ASP on chemotherapy-induced bone marrow stromal cell(BMSC)damage.The human bone marrow stromal cell line HS-5 cells were divided into control group,5-FU group,5-FU+ASP group,and 5-FU+LiCl group to investigate the mechanism of ASP to alleviate 5-FU-induced BMSC proliferation inhibition.The results showed that 5-FU inhibits the growth of HS-5 cells in a time and dose-dependent manner;however,ASP partially counteracted the 5-FU-induced decrease in cell viability,whereas Wnt signaling inhibitor Dkk1 antagonized the effect of ASP on HS-5 cells.ASP reversed the decrease in total cytoplasmicβ-catenin,p-GSK-3β,and CyclinD1 following 5-FU treatment and modulated nuclear expression ofβ-catenin,Lef-1,and C-myc proteins.Furthermore,ASP also enhanced the antioxidant capacity of cells and reduced 5-FU-induced oxidative stress,attenuated FoxO1 expression,thus weakened its downstream apoptosis-related proteins and G0/G1 checkpoint-associated p27^(Kip1) expression to alleviate 5-FU-induced apoptosis and to promote cell cycle progression.All the results above suggest that the protective role of ASP in 5-FU-treated BMSCs proliferation for the chemotherapy may be related to its activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling and keeping homeostasis betweenβ-catenin and FoxO1 under oxidative stress.The study provides a potential therapeutic strategy for alleviating chemotherapeutic damage on BMSCs.HANXIANZHI XIAO RONGJIA QI ZILING WANG MINGHE XIAO YUE XIANG YAPING WANG LU WANG 2021BIOCELL2021,45,4:0
