| 1 | Reliable transmission of consultative committee for space data systems file delivery protocol in deep space communication显示文摘In consultative committee for space data systems(CCSDS) file delivery protocol(CFDP) recommendation of reliable transmission,there are no detail transmission procedure and delay calculation of prompted negative acknowledge and asynchronous negative acknowledge models.CFDP is designed to provide data and storage management,story and forward,custody transfer and reliable end-to-end delivery over deep space characterized by huge latency,intermittent link,asymmetric bandwidth and big bit error rate(BER).Four reliable transmission models are analyzed and an expected file-delivery time is calculated with different trans-mission rates,numbers and sizes of packet data units,BERs and frequencies of external events,etc.By comparison of four CFDP models,the requirement of BER for typical missions in deep space is obtained and rules of choosing CFDP models under different uplink state informations are given,which provides references for protocol models selection,utilization and modification. | Hui Li Hao Luo Faxin Yu Zheming Lu | 2010 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2010,21,3: | 7 |

| 11 | Differential DNA methylation profiles of human B lymphocytes and Epstein-Barr virus-immortalized B lymphocytes显示文摘Objective: This study aimed to comprehensively assess Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)-induced methylation alterations of B cell across whole genome.Methods: We compared DNA methylation patterns of primary B cells and corresponding lymphoblastoid cell lines(LCLs) from eight participants. The genome-wide DNA methylation profiles were compared at over 850,000 genome-wide methylation sites.Results: DNA methylation analysis revealed 87,732 differentially methylated Cp G sites, representing approximately 12.41% of all sites in LCLs compared to primary B cells. The hypermethylated and hypomethylated Cp G sites were about 22.75% or 77.25%, respectively. Only 0.8% of hypomethylated sites and 4.5% of hypermethylated sites were located in Cp G islands, whereas 8.0% of hypomethylated sites and 16.3% of hypermethylated sites were located in shore(N_shore and S_shore). Using principal component analysis of the DNA methylation profiles, primary B cells and LCLs could be accurately predicted. Gene Ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) analysis of differently methylated genes revealed that most of the top GO biological processes were related to cell activation and immune response, and some top enrichment pathways were related with activation and malignant transformation of human B cells.Conclusions: Our study demonstrated genome-wide DNA methylation variations between primary B cells and corresponding LCLs, which might yield new insight on the methylation mechanism of EBV-induced immortalization. | Chaoting Zhang Rui Zhang Zhiqiang Chen Jing Chen Jigang Ruan Zheming Lu Hongchao Xiong Wenjun Yang | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,1: | 1 |

| 15 | An oblivious fragile watermarking scheme for images utilizing edge transitions in BTC bitmaps显示文摘As one of the famous block-based image coding schemes,block truncation coding(BTC) has been also applied in digital watermarking.Previous BTC-based watermarking or hiding schemes usually embed secret data by modifying the BTC encoding stage or BTC-compressed data,obtaining the watermarked image with poorer quality than the BTC-compressed version.This paper presents a new oblivious image watermarking scheme by exploiting BTC bitmaps.Unlike the traditional schemes,our approach does not really perform the BTC compression on images during the embedding process but utilizes the parity of the number of horizontal edge transitions in each BTC bitmap to guide the watermark embedding and extraction processes.The embedding process starts by partitioning the original cover image into non-overlapping 4×4 blocks and performing BTC on each block to obtain its BTC bitmap.One watermark bit is embedded in each block by modifying at most three pixel values in the block to make sure that the parity of the number of horizontal edge transitions in the bitmap of the modified block is equal to the embedded watermark bit.In the extraction stage,the suspicious image is first partitioned into non-overlapping 4×4 blocks and BTC is performed on each block to obtain its bitmap.Then,by checking the parity of the number of horizontal edge transitions in the bitmap,we can extract one watermark bit in each block.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed watermarking scheme is fragile to various image processing operations while keeping the transparency very well. | ZHANG Yong LU ZheMing ZHAO DongNing | 2012 | Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,11: | 1 |

| 18 | Ultrafast battery heat dissipation enabled by highly ordered and interconnected hexagonal boron nitride thermal conductive composites显示文摘Heat dissipation involved safety issues are crucial for industrial applications of the high-energy density battery and fast charging technology.While traditional air or liquid cooling methods suffering from space limitation and possible leakage of electricity during charge process,emerging phase change materials as solid cooling media are of growing interest.Among them,paraffin wax(PW)with large latent heat capacity and low cost is desirable for heat dissipation and thermal management which mainly hindered by their relatively low thermal conductivity and susceptibility to leakage.Here,highly ordered and interconnected hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)networks were established via ice template method and introduced into PW to enhance the thermal conductivity.The composite with 20 wt%loading amount of h-BN can guarantee a highly ordered network and exhibited high thermal conductivity(1.86 W m^(-1) K^(-1))which was 4 times larger compared with that of random dispersed h-BN involved PW and nearly 8 times larger compared with that of bare PW.The optimal thermal conductive composites demonstrated ultrafast heat dissipation as well as leakage resistance for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),heat generated by LIBs can be effectively transferred under the working state and the surface temperature kept 6.9℃ lower at most under 2–5℃ continuous charge-discharge process compared with that of bare one which illustrated great potential for industrial thermal management. | Zhuoya Wang Kaihang Zhang Bing Zhang Zheming Tong Shulan Mao Hao Bai Yingying Lu | 2022 | Green Energy & Environment2022,7,6: | 1 |
