1Pd/TiO2 Nanospheres with Three-dimensional Hyperstructure for Enhanced Photodegradation of Organic Dye显示文摘Pd/TiO2 nanospheres assembled from nanorods with three-dimensional hyperstructure for enlianced photodegradation of organic dye was prepared by a sample solvothemial method. Further, it was used for degradation of methyl orange(MO) under the illumination of visible-light(simulated).The results show that Pd/TiO2 with 2%(mass fraction) Pd exhibits the noticeable activity in photodegrading of MO.The detailed analysis shows that this enhancement is attributed to the reduction of the rate of electron-hole recombination and surface plasmon resonance of Pd. 2Reliability measure approach considering mixture uncertainties under insufficient input data显示文摘Reliability analysis and reliability-based optimization design require accurate measurement of failure probability under input uncertainties.A unified probabilistic reliability measure approach is proposed to calculate the probability of failure and sensitivity indices considering a mixture of uncertainties under insufficient input data.The input uncertainty variables are classified into statistical variables,sparse variables,and interval variables.The conservativeness level of the failure probability is calculated through uncertainty propagation analysis of distribution parameters of sparse variables and auxiliary parameters of interval variables.The design sensitivity of the conservativeness level of the failure probability at design points is derived using a semi-analysis and sampling-based method.The proposed unified reliability measure method is extended to consider p-box variables,multi-domain variables,and evidence theory variables.Numerical and engineering examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method,which can obtain an accurate confidence level of reliability index and sensitivity indices with lower function evaluation number.Zhenyu LIU Yufeng LYU Guodong SA Jianrong TAN 2023Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2023,24,2:0
3A comparison of sensitivity indices for tolerance design of a transmission mechanism显示文摘Sensitivity analysis is used to quantify the contribution of the uncertainty of input variables to the uncertainty of systematic output responses.For tolerance design in manufacturing and assembly,sensitivity analysis is applied to help designers allocate tolerances optimally.However,different sensitivity indices derived from different sensitivity analysis methods will always lead to conflicting results.It is necessary to find a sensitivity index suitable for tolerance allocation to transmission mechanisms so that the sensitivity results can truly reflect the effects of tolerances on kinematic and dynamic performances.In this paper,a variety of sensitivity indices are investigated and compared based on hybrid simulation.Firstly,the hybrid simulation model of the crank-slider mechanism is established.Secondly,samples of the kinematic and dynamic responses of the mechanism with joint clearances and link length errors are obtained,and the surrogate model established using polynomial chaos expansion(PCE).Then,different sensitivity indices are calculated based on the PCE model and are further used to evaluate the effect of joint clearances and link length errors on the output response.Combined with the tolerance-cost function,the corresponding tolerance allocation schemes are obtained based on different sensitivity analysis results.Finally,the kinematic and dynamic responses of the mechanism adopting different tolerance allocation schemes are simulated,and the sensitivity index corresponding to the optimal response is determined as the most appropriate index.Zhen-yu LIU Han-chao XU Guo-dong SA Yu-feng LYU Jian-rong TAN 2022Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2022,23,7:0
