2MLVA-16 对新疆分离布鲁氏菌80/23株的鉴定与分析显示文摘为了对新疆布鲁氏菌分离株80/23株进行分型鉴定,本实验采用MLVA-16检测方法和常规生物学鉴定方法对布鲁氏80/23株进行研究,将测定结果与http://gffzzc70700eb713d4f53hnoqvuukvxob06u60.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/MLVA net提供的530株布鲁氏菌数据库比较分析,应用UPGMA进行遗传进化树分析,并构建系统进化树。结果显示,常规分型方法鉴定为羊种3型,MLVA方法鉴定该菌株与德国分离株Bruce0261菌株的亲缘关系最近,属为东地中海3型,羊种1型,两种分型方法种属结果一致。结论:MLVA-16与常规生物学鉴定方法相比,具有更高的精确性,对布鲁氏菌生物型和株间差异有很高的鉴别力。并能为布病疫情流行株的溯源进化关系提供依据。任晓莉 王慧 陈创夫 王远志 张亚丽 Philippe Le Flèche 2013石河子大学学报(自然科学版)2013,31,3:6

5Preparation of Al-based amorphous coatings and their properties显示文摘Al_(86)Ni_(8)Co_(1)La_(1)Y_(2)Gd_(2) amorphous coatings were prepared using cold gas kinetic spray technology.The results show that Al_(86)Ni_(8)Co_(1)La_(1)Y_(2)Gd_(2) amorphous coatings are achieved with the porosity about 3.2%,thickness about 893 μm,the amount of amorphous phase about 82.5%,the hardness about 300 HV0.2.The corrosion potential and anti-corrosion life of 7075 T6 alloy aluminum are about-0.78 V and 72 h,respectively.The electrochemical analysis and neutral salt spray are about-0.69 V corrosion potential and 274 h anti-corrosion life for amorphous Al-based coatings,respectively.Therefore,the life of the Albased amorphous coatings is about 3.8 times that of 7075 T6 aluminum alloy.Besides,the failure mechanism was analyzed using TEM in this investigation.In a word,Al_(86)Ni_(8)Co_(1)La_(1)Y_(2)Gd_(2) coatings keep dense structure,high amorphous content,favorable amorphous phase stabilizing ability and longer anticorrosion life.That is,Al_(86)Ni_(8)Co_(1)La_(1)Y_(2)Gd_(2) coatings have better comprehensive properties.Therefore,these findings indicate that the present Al_(86)Ni_(8)Co_(1)La_(1)Y_(2)Gd_(2) amorphous coatings prepared using cold gas kinetic spray technique can protect aluminum alloy very well and they can be considered to be used in aviation field.Lei Jin Le Zhang Kaige Liu Zhigang Che Kai Li Ming Zhang Bo Zhang 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,3:1
6Fermi surface gapping in the hidden order state of PrFe_(4)P_(12);by point-contact spectroscopy显示文摘We have applied point-contact spectroscopy(PCS) to investigate the nonmagnetic hidden order(HO) state of the skutterudite compound PrFe_(4)P_(12) with its transition temperature THO~6.5 K. Its point-contact conductance curves exhibit a reproducible gap structure in the HO state below THOand its temperature dependent gap magnitude follows a BCS-like mean-field behavior.A Fano-like conductance shape is observed to emerge below the coherence temperature of PrFe_(4)P_(12). In a magnetic field, the gap feature is gradually suppressed and evolves into a pronounced Fano peak, signaling the heavy fermion state and vividly demonstrating the competition between HO and the formation of heavy fermion states. 19Genome size evolution of the extant lycophytes and ferns显示文摘Ferns and lycophytes have remarkably large genomes.However,little is known about how their genome size evolved in fern lineages.To explore the origins and evolution of chromosome numbers and genome size in ferns,we used flow cytometry to measure the genomes of 240 species(255 samples)of extant ferns and lycophytes comprising 27 families and 72 genera,of which 228 species(242 samples)represent new reports.We analyzed correlations among genome size,spore size,chromosomal features,phylogeny,and habitat type preference within a phylogenetic framework.We also applied ANOVA and multinomial logistic regression analysis to preference of habitat type and genome size.Using the phylogeny,we conducted ancestral character reconstruction for habitat types and tested whether genome size changes simultaneously with shifts in habitat preference.We found that 2 C values had weak phylogenetic signal,whereas the base number of chromosomes(x)had a strong phylogenetic signal.Furthermore,our analyses revealed a positive correlation between genome size and chromosome traits,indicating that the base number of chromosomes(x),chromosome size,and polyploidization may be primary contributors to genome expansion in ferns and lycophytes.Genome sizes in different habitat types varied significantly and were significantly correlated with habitat types;specifically,multinomial logistic regression indicated that species with larger 2 C values were more likely to be epiphytes.Terrestrial habitat is inferred to be ancestral for both extant ferns and lycophytes,whereas transitions to other habitat types occurred as the major clades emerged.Shifts in habitat types appear be followed by periods of genomic stability.Based on these results,we inferred that habitat type changes and multiple whole-genome duplications have contributed to the formation of large genomes of ferns and their allies during their evolutionary history.Fa-Guo Wang Ai-Hua Wang Cheng-Ke Bai Dong-Mei Jin Li-Yun Nie AJ Harris Le Che Juan-JuanWang Shi-Yu Li Lei Xu Hui Shen Yu-Feng Gu Hui Shang Lei Duan Xian-Chun Zhang Hong-Feng Chen Yue-Hong Yan 2022Plant Diversity2022,44,2:0
