3Experimental study on preparation of nanoparticle-surfactant nanofluids and their effects on coal surface wettability显示文摘To improve the efficiency of coal seam water injection,the influence of nanofluids on coal surface wettability was studied based on the nano drag reduction and injection enhancement technology in the field of tertiary oil recovery.The composition optimization and performance evaluation of nanofluids with nano-silica and sodium lauryl sulfate as the main components were carried out,and the effects of the nanofluid with the optimal ratio on coal wettability were studied through spontaneous upward imbibition experiments.The results show that the composite nanofluid has a lower surface tension,and the lowest value of the interfacial tension is 15.79 m N/m.Therefore,the composite nanofluid can enhance the wettability of coal.However,its effects on coal samples with different metamorphic degrees is different,that is,low rank coal is the largest,middle rank coal is the second,and high rank coal is the least.In addition,a functional relationship between time and imbibition height is found for pulverized coal with different particle sizes.When the particle size of pulverized coal is 60–80 mesh,the wettability of nanofluid to coal is best.The findings in this paper provide a new perspective for improving the water injection efficiency for coal seams with low permeability.Gang Wang Yanqing Li Enmao Wang Qiming Huang Shibin Wang Huaixing Li 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,2:4
4Water‑immersion softening mechanism of coal rock mass based on split Hopkinson pressure bar experiment显示文摘The coal mining process is afected by various water sources such as groundwater and coal seam water injection.Understanding the dynamic mechanical parameters of water-immersed coal is helpful for coalmine safe production.The impact compression tests were performed on coal with diferent moisture contents by using theϕ50 mm Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)experimental system,and the dynamic characteristics and energy loss laws of water-immersed coal with diferent compositions and water contents were analyzed.Through analysis and discussion,it is found that:(1)When the moisture content of the coal sample is 0%,30%,60%,the stress,strain rate and energy frst increase and then decrease with time.(2)When the moisture content of the coal sample increases from 30%to 60%,the stress“plateau”of the coal sample becomes more obvious,resulting in an increase in the compressive stress stage and a decrease in the expansion stress stage.(3)The increase of moisture content of the coal sample will afect its impact deformation and failure mode.When the moisture content is 60%,the incident rod end and the transmission rod end of the coal sample will have obvious compression failure,and the middle part of the coal sample will also experience expansion and deformation.(4)The coal composition ratio suitable for the coal immersion softening impact experiment is optimized.Zhiyuan Liu Gang Wang Jinzhou Li Huaixing Li Haifeng Zhao Hongwei Shi Jianli Lan 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,4:1

12Conserved termini and adjacent variable region of Twortlikevirus Staphylococcus phages显示文摘Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) is an increasing cause of serious infection,both in the community and hospital settings. Despite sophisticated strategies and efforts, the antibiotic options for treating MRSA infection are narrowing because of the limited number of newly developed antimicrobials. Here, four newly-isolated MRSA-virulent phages, IME-SA1, IMESA2, IME-SA118 and IME-SA119, were sequenced and analyzed. Their genome termini were identified using our previously proposed 'termini analysis theory'. We provide evidence that remarkable conserved terminus sequences are found in IME-SA1/2/118/119, and, moreover, are widespread throughout Twortlikevirus Staphylococcus phage G1 and K species. Results also suggested that each phage of the two species has conserved 5′ terminus while the 3′ terminus is variable. More importantly, a variable region with a specific pattern was found to be present near the conserved terminus of Twortlikevirus S. phage G1 species. The clone with the longest variable region had variable terminus lengths in successive generations, while the clones with the shortest variable region and with the average length variable region maintained the same terminal length as themselves during successive generations. IME-SA1 bacterial infection experiments showed that the variation is not derived from adaptation of the phage to different host strains. 13Influence and related mechanism of Retn gene expression on glucose uptake in 3T3-L1 cells显示文摘The aim of this article was to investigate the influence and the related mechanism of the Retn gene on glucose uptake and insulin resistance in 3T3-L1 cells.Radioimmunoassay was used to determine glucose uptake in 3T3-L1 cells with different Retn gene expression levels,whether cells were stimulated by insulin or not.RT-PCR and real-time RT-PCR analysis were used to determine the mRNA levels of several glucose transport proteins in 3T3-L1 cells with different Retn gene expression levels,including insulin receptor substrate-1(IRS-1),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI-3K),AKT-2,glucose transporter-4(GLUT-4),p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38MAPK)and glycogen synthase kinase-3b(GSK-3b).The glucose uptake decreased with the increase in Retn gene expression in 3T3-L1 cells,which was independent of whether the cells were stimulated by insulin or not.The mRNA expression of two signal proteins PI-3K and AKT-2 decreased and the other two signal proteins,GSK-3b and p38MAPK,increased with Retn overexpression in 3T3-L1 cells.Resistin could induce insulin resistance in adipocytes,which might be related to the changes of some proteins in PI-3K and Ras pathways.LI Yahui LI Huaixing DONG Shiyuan YU Chao JIANG Yu SUN Shuhan 2007Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,3:0
