| 2 | Effect of Linguizhugan decoction on hyperlipidemia rats with intermittent fasting显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of Linguizhugan decoction on hyperlipidemia rats with caloric restriction.METHODS:The hyperlipidemia model of rat was induced by high fat diet for 8 weeks.After the model was established,26 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:the control group(n=6),the model group(n=6),the intermittent fasting(IF) group(n= 8),and the IF and herbal medicine(IFH) group(n= 6).IF group was applied intermittent fasting every other day.The IFH group was given Linguizhugan decoction every day and intermittent fasting every other day.Blood samples were taken at the end of 16 weeks,and serum ghrelin and lipid was tested.RESULTS:Serum ghrelin in the IF group significantly increased(P<0.01).Serum ghrelin in IFH group was lower than the IF group(P<0.05),but higher than the model group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Linguizhugan decoction may play a part in regulation of energy and appetite in hyperlipidemia rats with IF. | Yubin Yang Jian Qin Bin Ke Junjie Zhang Lanying Shi Qiong Li | 2013 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2: | 6 |

| 4 | Exploitation of methane in the hydrate by use of carbon dioxide in the presence of sodium chloride显示文摘The replacement process of CH4 from CH4 hydrate formed in NaCl solution by using pressurized CO2 was investigated with a self-designed device at temperatures of 271.05,273.15 and 275.05 K and a constant pressure of 3.30 MPa.The mass fraction of the NaCl solution was either 0.5 wt% or 1.0 wt%.The effects of temperature and concentration of NaCl solution on the replacement process were investigated.Experimental results showed that high temperature was favorable to the replacement reaction but high NaCl concentration had a negative effect on the replacement process.Based on the experimental data,kinetic models of CH4 hydrate decomposition and CO2 hydrate formation in NaCl solution were established.The calculated activation energies suggested that both CH4 hydrate decomposition and CO2 hydrate formation are dominated by diffusion in the hydrate phase. | Zunzhao Li Xuqiang Guo Lanying Yang Xiaona Ma | 2009 | Petroleum Science2009,6,4: | 5 |
| 5 | A continuous and high-efficiency process to separate coal bed methane with porous ZIF-8 slurry:Experimental study and mathematical modelling显示文摘Coal bed methane has been considered as an important energy resource.One major difficulty of purifying coal bed methane comes from the similar physical properties of CH_4 and N_2.The ZIF-8/water-glycol slurry was used as a medium to separate coal bed methane by fluidifying the solid adsorbent material.The sorption equilibrium experiment of binary mixture(CH_4/N_2)and slurry was conducted.The selectivity of CH_4 to N_2 is within the range of 2-6,which proved the feasibility of the slurry separation method.The modified Langmuir equation was used to describe the gas-slurry phase equilibrium behavior,and the calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental data.A continuous absorption-adsorption and desorption process on the separation of CH_4/N_2 in slurry is proposed and its mathematical model is also developed.Sensitivity analysis is conducted to determine the operation conditions and the energy performance of the proposed process was also evaluated.Feed gas contains 30 mol%of methane and the methane concentration in product gas is 95.46 mol%with the methane recovery ratio of 90.74%.The total energy consumption for per unit volume of product gas is determined as 1.846 kWh Nm^(-3).Experimental results and process simulation provide basic data for the design and operation of pilot and industrial plant. | Wan Chen Xiaonan Guo Enbao Zou Mengling Luo Mengzijing Chen Mingke Yang Hai Li Chongzhi Jia Chun Deng Changyu Sun Bei Liu Lanying Yang Guangjin Chen | 2020 | Green Energy & Environment2020,5,3: | 5 |

| 7 | The combination of 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluorborate with TBAB or THF on CO2 hydrate formation and CH4 separation from biogas显示文摘[C_8min] BF_4 was used in this work to combine with TBAB or THF for the investigation about thermodynamic and kinetic additives on CO_2 and CH_4/CO_2 hydrates. The results show that [C_8min] BF_4 has the inhibition effect on the equilibrium of hydrate formation. About the kinetic study, [C_8 min] BF_4 could improve the rate of CO_2 hydrate formation and increase the gas uptake in hydrate phase. At the same time, the combination of TBAB and [C8 min] BF_4 could increase the mole friction of CH_4 in residual gas comparing with the data in THF solution. CH_4 separation efficiency was strongly enhanced. Since that the size of CO_2 and CH_4 molecules are similar, CH_4 and CO_2 could form the similar hydrate, so the recovery of CH_4 from biogas decreases lightly. The CH_4 content in biogas can purified from 67 mol% to 77 mol% after one-stage hydrate formation.
