3The Study on Bamboo Microfibers Isolated by Steam Explosion and Their Comprehensive Properties显示文摘To overcome the shortage of wood resources as well as to develop novel natural fibers materials,the Chimonobambusa quadrangularis(CQ)and Qiongzhuea tumidinoda(QT)planted in Southwest China were effectively isolated by the steam explosion(SE).The fine and uniform bamboo microfibers derived from CQ and QT were obtained,and their smallest average widths were 12.62μm and 16.05μm,respectively.The effects of steam explosion on the micro-morphology,chemical composition,thermal stability,crystallinity,surface wettability,and mechanical properties of bamboo microfibers were comprehensively investigated.The results showed that the relative content of cellulose in bamboo microfibers increased but the hemicellulose and lignin contents decreased after SE.The degrees of crystallinity for CQ and QT increased from 40.49%and 39.46%to 68.90%and 55.78%,respectively.The thermal stability and surface hydrophilicity were also improved.The CQ microfibers had a maximum decomposition temperature of 2.79°C,a tensile strength of 58.54 MPa,an elongation at break of 0.6%,and a water contact angle of 2.7°higher than those of the QT microfibers.Qiushi Li Ronggang Luo Yu Chen Jinhui Xiong Bei Qiao Xijuan Chai Linkun Xie Juan Wang Lianpeng Zhang Siqun Wang Guanben Du Kaimeng Xu 2023Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,6:0
4Expression and Response Analysis of NCED Gene of Zoysia japonica in Initial Infection Stage of Rhizoctonia solani显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to analyze the expression and response mechanism of NCED gene of Zoysia japonica in initial infection stage of Rhizoctonia solani. [Method] The NCED gene fragments of Z. japonica‘Zenith'were screened and cloned on the basis of transcriptome data. The expression patterns of NCED gene in initial infection stage of R. solani( 0-48 h) were obtained via real-time quantitative PCR. [Result] The expression level of NCED gene in stress treatment was higher than that without infection,which first increased then decreased with the extension of time,and reached the maximum at 36 h. Further detection of ABA level in‘Zenith'roots showed that the change trend of ABA level within 0-48 h was consistent with the expression pattern of NCED gene,and flattened out after 48 h. 5Unique Ligand Exchange Dynamics of Metal-Organic Polyhedra for Vitrimer-like Gas Separation Membranes显示文摘Metal-organic polyhedra(MOPs)possess a microporous framework and impose hierarchical constraints on their surface ligands,leading to the long-ignored,logarithmic ligand exchange dynamics.Herein,polymer networks with MOP as nanoscale cross-linkers(MOP-CNs)can integrate unique ligand exchange dynamics and microporosity,affording vitrimer-like gas separation membranes with promising mechanical performance and(re)processability.All the ligands on the MOP surfaces are confined and correlated via a 3D coordination framework and their neighboring spaces,giving rise to a high energy barrier for ligand exchange.Therefore,MOP-CNs demonstrate high mechanical strengths at room temperature due to their negligible ligand dynamics.The thermo-activated ligand exchange process with integrated network topology enables facile(re)processing and high solvo-resistance at high temperatures.This facilitates Arrhenius type temperature dependence of flowability and stress relaxation,giving rise to the simultaneous achievement of promising mechanical strengths and(re)processability.Finally,the cage topologies of MOPs endow the materials with a bonus microporous feature and spur their applications as gas separation membranes.Mingxin Zhang Haitao Yu Qin Zou Zi-Ang Li Yuyan Lai Linkun Cai Panchao Yin 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,11:0
