2The Dabie Orogen as the early Jurassic sedimentary provenance: Constraints from the detrital zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating显示文摘The SHRIMP U-Pb ages of detrital zircon from the oldest Mesozoic strata, the Fanghushan Fomation, in the Hefei Basin range from 200 Ma to ca. 2500 Ma, which indicates that the Dabie Orogen as the early Jurassic sedimentary provenance was complex. 3Effects of Double Harvesting on Heavy Metal Uptake by Six Forage Species and the Potential for Phytoextraction in Field显示文摘The pollution of soils by heavy metals has dramatically increased in recent decades. Phytoextraction is a technology that extracts elements from polluted soils using hyperaccumulator plants. The selection of appropriate plant materials is an important factor for successful phytoextraction in field. A field study was conducted to compare the efficiency of six high-biomass forage species in their phytoextraction of heavy metals(Cd, Pb, and Zn) from contaminated soil under two harvesting strategies(double harvesting or single harvesting). Among the tested plants, amaranth accumulated the greatest amounts of Cd and Zn, whereas Rumex K^(-1) had the highest amount of Pb in the shoot under both double and single harvesting. Furthermore, double harvesting significantly increased the shoot biomass of amaranth, sweet sorghum and sudangrass and resulted in higher heavy metal contents in the shoot. Under double harvesting, the total amounts of extracted Cd, Pb and Zn(i.e., in the first plus second crops) for amaranth were 945, 2 650 and 12 400 g ha^(-1), respectively, the highest recorded among the six plant species. The present results indicate that amaranth has great potential for the phytoextraction of Cd from contaminated soils. 5PG-CODE:Latent Dirichlet Allocation Embedded Policy Knowledge Graph for Government Department Coordination显示文摘Government policy-group integration and policy-chain inference are significant to the execution of strategies in current Chinese society.Specifically,the coordination of hierarchical policies implemented among government departments is one of the key challenges to rural revitalization.In recent years,various well-established quantitative methods have been proposed to evaluate policy coordination,but the majority of these relied on manual analysis,which can lead to subjective results.Thus,in this paper,a novel approach called“policy knowledge graph for the coordination among the government departments”(PG-CODE)is proposed,which incorporates topic modeling into policy knowledge graphs.Similar to a knowledge graph,a policy knowledge graph uses a graph-structured data model to integrate policy discourse.With latent Dirichlet allocation embedding,a policy knowledge graph could capture the underlying topics of the policies.Furthermore,coordination strength and topic diffusion among hierarchical departments could be inferred from the PG-CODE,as it can provide a better representation of coordination within the policy space.We implemented and evaluated the PG-CODE in the field of rural innovation and entrepreneurship policy,and the results effectively demonstrate improved coordination among departments.Yilin Kang Renwei Ou Yi Zhang Hongling Li Shasha Tian 2022Tsinghua Science and Technology2022,27,4:3
6Adaptive accurate tracking control of HFVs in the presence of dead-zone and hysteresis input nonlinearities显示文摘A novel accurate tracking controller is developed for the longitudinal dynamics of Hypersonic Flight Vehicles(HFVs)in the presence of large model uncertainties,external disturbances and actuator nonlinearities.Distinct from the state-of-the-art,besides being continuity,no restrictive conditions have been imposed on the HFVs dynamics.The system uncertainties are skillfully handled by being seen as bounded'disturbance terms'.In addition,by means of backstepping adaptive technique,the accurate tracking(i.e.tracking errors converge to zero as time approaches infinity)rather than bounded tracking(i.e.tracking errors converge to residual sets)has been achieved.What’s more,the accurate tracking problems for HFVs subject to actuator dead-zone and hysteresis are discussed,respectively.Then,all signals of closed-loop system are verified to be Semi-Global Uniformly Ultimate Boundness(SGUUB).Finally,the efficacy and superiority of the developed control strategy are confirmed by simulation results.Zehong DONG Yinghui LI Maolong LV Renwei ZUO 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5:3

8Rb-Sr chronological characteristics of Jurassic granitoid gravels in north margin of Dabie block,Central China显示文摘Granitoid gravels are discovered from alluvial fan conglomerates, the base of Jurassic Fenghuangtai Formation (J22), in the north margin of Dabie block and the south part of the Hefei Basin. These granitoid gravels make up 5%-10% of all gravels by volume percent. For the four components, K-feldspar, biotite, amphibole and whole rock divided from two selected granitoid gravel samples, their Rb-Sr isotopes are measured, which gives two formation ages of granitoids: (428±20) Ma and (430±54) Ma, and means that the Early Paleozoic granitoid intrusive rocks once existed in the Dabie Mountain provenances of Jurassic. 9CRISPR/Cas9-mediated targeted mutation reveals a role for AN4 rather than DPL in regulating venation formation in the corolla tube of Petunia hybrida显示文摘Venation is a common anthocyanin pattern displayed in flowers that confers important ornamental traits to plants.An anthocyanin-related R2R3-MYB transcription factor,DPL,has been proposed to regulate corolla tube venation in petunia plants.Here,however,we provide evidence redefining the role of DPL in petunia.A CRISPR/Cas9-mediated mutation of DPL resulted in the absence of the vein-associated anthocyanin pattern above the abaxial surface of the flower bud,but not corolla tube venation,thus indicating that DPL did not regulate the formation of corolla tube venation.Alternately,quantitative real-time PCR analysis demonstrated that the spatiotemporal expression pattern of another R2R3-MYB gene,AN4,coincided with the formation of corolla tube venation in petunia.Furthermore,overexpression of AN4 promoted anthocyanin accumulation by increasing the expression of anthocyanin biosynthesis genes.CRISPR/Cas9-mediated mutation of AN4 led to an absence of corolla tube venation,suggesting that this gene in fact determines this key plant trait.Taken together,the results presented here redefine the prime regulator of corolla tube venation,paving the way for further studies on the molecular mechanisms underlying the various venation patterns in petunia.Bin Zhang Xiaojing Xu Renwei Huang Sha Yang Mingyang Li Yulong Guo 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2
10Influence of different parameters on numerical simulation of vertical-axis marine current turbine based on OpenFOAM显示文摘Using the PimpleDyMFoam solver in open-source computing software OpenFOAM,based on the SST k-ωturbulence model and PIMPLE algorithm,a numerical simulation method of vertical-axis marine current turbines(VMCTs)is proposed,and the calculated results are compared with the experimental results.The results show that the numerical simulation method is feasible.Compared with other commercial softwares,this method has the advantages of higher solution efficiency and greater flexibility.According to the needs of users,the solver can be built on the basis of original code,and the corresponding discrete method can be optimized.This method can achieve optimization algorithms,save time and cost,etc.Secondly,the effects of different parameters(mesh density,time step,the selection of sidewall boundary conditions and inlet turbulence intensity)on numerical simulation of the VMCT are studied in detail.The findings summarize an effective CFD simulation strategy based on OpenFOAM and provide a valuable reference for future CFD simulations of VMCTs.JI Renwei SHENG Qihu SUN Ke LI Yan ZHANG Yuquan ZHANG Liang 2020排灌机械工程学报2020,38,4:2
11Surface Rupture and Coseismic Displacement of the M_S7.1 Yushu Earthquake显示文摘On April 14,2010,a devastating earthquake measured 7.1 on the Richter scale struck Yushu county,Qinghai Province,China.Field geological investigation and remote sensing interpretation show that this earthquake generated an inverse 'L-shaped' surface rupture zone,approximately 50km long.The surface rupture zone can be divided into three segments.Between the northern and middle segments of the surface rupture,there is a 16km-long segment,where no rupture was observed.The middle and the southern segments are arranged in a left-step manner,and there are right-step en echelon ruptures developed in the stepovers.The seismogenic structure is the Yushu fault,which is dominated by strike-slip with a small amount of thrust component.The earthquake results from the differential movements between the southern Qiangtang Block and northern Bayan Har Block.The earthquake recurrence interval is 185a^108a.Along an approximately 20km-long part of the Garzê-Yushu fault,between the southern surface rupture of Yushu MS7.1 earthquake and the 1896 earthquake,there is no surface rupture,its seismic risk needs further research.Zhang Junlong Chen Changyun Hu Chaozhong Yang Panxin Xiong Renwei Li Zhimin Ren Jinwei 2011Earthquake Research in China2011,25,2:2
