4Preparation and application of ZnO doped Pt-CeO2 nanofibers as electrocatalyst for methanol electro-oxidation显示文摘ZnO doped Pt/CeO_2 nanocomposites were prepared by electrospinning and reduction impregnation.Xray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were employed to characterize the nanocomposites.It is observed that ZnO and CeO_2 form the hexagonal wurtzite phase and cubic fluorite phase in the nanocomposite,respectively,whilst Pt nanoparticles(NPs) with the number-averaged size of ca.3.1 nm are uniformly distributed on the surface of nanofibers.The mass fraction of Pt NPs in the nanocomposites is about 10 wt%.The doping of ZnO is effective to promote reactive oxygen species,surface reaction sites and the interaction between Pt and oxides.The catalytic performance of nanocomposites was evaluated by the methanol electro-oxidation.indexed with the catalytic activity,stability of catalyst.As a result,it is found that the nanocomposite exhibits much higher activity and stability for methanol oxidation than the undoped Pt/CeO_2 catalyst.Yingping Zheng Xin Zhang Zhengying Zhang Ying Li Yueming Sun Yongbing Lou Xiaojun Li Yang Lu 2018Journal of Rare Earths2018,36,9:5
5Characterization of microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the spray-deposited AZ31 magnesium alloy显示文摘The cylindrical billets of a Mg-3Al-1Zn (AZ31) alloy were synthesized by spray deposition processing. The microstruc-ture evolution and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The results reveal that the microstructure of the AZ31 alloy is refined significantly by spray deposition processing. A homogeneous and equiaxial-grain structure with an average grain size of 17 μm is obtained. Further grain refinement with an average grain size of 5 μm is attributed to dynamic recrystallization during extru-sion processing. The great increase in the density of grain boundary nucleation sites by the finer initial grain sizes makes the disloca-tion pile-ups near subgrain boundaries being absorbed easily by the boundaries, resulting in an accelerated recrystallization process. 6Nasal delivery of broadly neutralizing antibodies protects mice from lethal challenge with SARS-CoV-2 delta and omicron variants显示文摘Multiple new variants of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2)have constantly emerged,as the delta and omicron variants,which have developed resistance to currently gained neutralizing antibodies.This highlights a critical need to discover new therapeutic agents to overcome the variants mutations.Despite the availability of vaccines against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the use of broadly neutralizing antibodies has been considered as an alternative way for the prevention or treatment of SARS-Co V-2 variants infection.Here,we show that the nasal delivery of two previously characterized broadly neutralizing antibodies(F61 and H121)protected K18-h ACE2 mice against lethal challenge with SARS-Co V-2 variants.The broadly protective efficacy of the F61 or F61/F121 cocktail antibodies was evaluated by lethal challenge with the wild strain(WIV04)and multiple variants,including beta(B.1.351),delta(B.1.617.2),and omicron(B.1.1.529)at 200or 1000 TCID_(50),and the minimum antibody administration doses(5-1.25 mg/kg body weight)were also evaluated with delta and omicron challenge.Fully prophylactic protections were found in all challenged groups with both F61 and F61/H121 combination at the administration dose of 20 mg/kg body weight,and corresponding mice lung viral RNA showed negative,with almost all alveolar septa and cavities remaining normal.Furthermore,low-dose antibody treatment induced significant prophylactic protection against lethal challenge with delta and omicron variants,whereas the F61/H121 combination showed excellent results against omicron infection.Our findings indicated the potential use of broadly neutralizing monoclonal antibodies as prophylactic and therapeutic agent for protection of current emerged SARS-Co V-2 variants infection.Jia Lu Qiangling Yin Rongjuan Pei Qiu Zhang Yuanyuan Qu Yongbing Pan Lina Sun Ding Gao Cuiqin Liang Jingwen Yang Wei Wu Jiandong Li Zongqiang Cui Zejun Wang Xinguo Li Dexin Li Shiwen Wang Kai Duan Wuxiang Guan Mifang Liang Xiaoming Yang 2022Virologica Sinica2022,37,2:4
7Sm-Nd dating and rare earth element geochemistry of the hydrothermal calcites from Guling carbonate-hosted talc mineralization in the central Guangxi province,South China显示文摘Many carbonate-hosted talc mineralization,which are widespread in South China,exclusively developed in Carboniferous dolomitic limestone with many siliceous bands and nodules,and cherts.One of those typical deposits is the Guling talc deposit in Mashan County,central Guangxi province,with a talc reserve of1.51 million tons.Mineral associations in the deposit are sample,mainly including talc and calcite.In this paper,Sm-Nd isotopic system and rare earth elements and yttrium(REE + Y) for the hydrothermal calcite intergrown with talc are used to constrain the age and origin of the talc mineralization.The hydrothermal calcite samples from the deposit display Sm and Nd concentrations ranging from 0.18 to 0.85 and 0.85 to 4.56 ppm,respectively,and variable Sm/Nd ratios of 0.21-0.24.These calcites further yield an Sm-Nd isochron age of 232 ±19 Ma(2a)(MSWD = 0.47) with an concordant initial ^(143)Nd-^(144)Nd ratios of 0.511967 ± 0.000017,which should be interpreted as the mineralization age of the Guling talc deposit.In addition,the calcite samples are enriched in REE with the variable SREE contents ranging from 4.82 to21.50 ppm and display relatively consistent chondritenormalized REE + Y patterns with the LREE enrichment(LREE/HREE=2.00-3.60)and the obvious negative Eu(δEu=0.52-0.68)and Ce(δCe=0.16-0.33)anomalies.The Y/Ho ratios of seven calcites varies from 43.30 to59.34,with a mean value of 49.73.The available mineral associations and REE parameters(i.e.,REE patterns and Y/Ho ratios) of those calcites indicate that the ore-forming fluids of the talc mineralization be probably derived from the meteoric waters,in particular evolved ones in the Karst areas and the ore-forming materials(e.g.,Si and Mg) are likely to be originated from the ore-bearing dolostone in the Yanguan Formation(C_1y) and underlying siliceous rocks in the Liujiang Formation(D_3l).Furthermore,the talc mineralization could take place within a hydrothermal system with relative oxidizing environment and middle temperature,due to the obvious negative Eu and Ce anomalies in the calcites in the Guling deposit.Yi Cai Qian Zhang Yongbing Zhang Dapeng Wang Kaiwen Li 2015Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2015,34,2:3
8Hot deformation behavior of a spray-deposited AZ31 magnesium alloy显示文摘The flow stress behavior of an as-spray-deposited AZ31 magnesium alloy with fine grains was investigated by means of compression tests with a Gleeble 1500 thermal mechanical simulator at isothermal constant strain rates of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, and 10 s-1; the testing temperatures ranged from 623 to 723 K. It is demonstrated that a linear equation can be fitted between the Zemer-Hollomon parameter Z and stress in a double-log scale. The effect of deformation parameters on the behavior of recrystallization was analyzed. Dynamic recrystallization (DRX) generally occurs at a higher temperature and at a lower strain rate. The constitutive equation of the spray-deposited AZ31 magnesium alloy is presented by calculating the deformation activation energy (199.8 kJ·mol-1). 9Effect of pulsatile perfusion during cardiopulmonary bypass in terms of radial artery sphygmogram显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate a quantitative method for using radial artery pulse waveforms to assess the effect of pulsatile flow during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).METHODS: A total of 34 adults with heart disease who underwent open-heart surgery between April2010 and January 2011 were randomized into a pulsatile perfusion group(n=17) and a non-pulsatile perfusion group(n=17). Radial arterial pulse waveforms of pulsatile and non-pulsatile perfusion patients were observed and compared before and during CPB.RESULTS: No pulse waveform could be detected at patients' radial artery in both groups when the aorta was cross-clamped. Pulse waveforms could be detected at pulsatile perfusion patients' radial artery, but could not be detected at non-pulsatile perfusion patients' radial artery during CPB. 10Novel Phenomenon on Valence Unvariation of Doping Ion in Yb:YAG Transparent Ceramics Using MgO Additives显示文摘Yb:YAG nanopowders were synthesized by the alcohol-water co-precipitation method adding MgO as sintering additives. Appropriate amount of MgO adding can restrict the agglomeration and reduce the particle size of Yb:YAG powders. When the MgO content was 0.04wt%, well-dispersed Yb:YAG powders with ellipsoidal particles of less than 100 nm diameter were obtained. The experimental results showed the valence variation of doping ion Yb3+ would not appear when adding MgO as sintering additives, so ceramics showed colorless transparent instead of green due to Yb2+ color center using traditional SiO2 as additives. The transmission of the sintered Yb:YAG ceramics can reach 80.6% even without annealing. 11Impact of Stack Orientation on Self-Piercing Riveted and Friction Self-Piercing Riveted Aluminum Alloy and Magnesium Alloy Joints显示文摘Self-piercing riveting(SPR)is a mature method to join dissimilar materials in vehicle body assembling.Friction self-piercing riveting(F-SPR)is a newly developed technology for joining low-ductility materials by combining SPR and friction stir spot welding processes.In this paper,the SPR and F-SPR were employed to join AA6061-T6 aluminum alloy and AZ31B magnesium alloy.The two processes were studied in parallel to investigate the effects of stack orientation on riveting force,macro-geomet-rical features,hardness distributions,and mechanical performance of the joints.The results indicate that both processes exhibit a better overall joint quality by riveting from AZ31B to AA6061-T6.Major cracking in the Mg sheet is produced when riveting from AA6061-T6 to AZ31B in the case of SPR,and the cracking is inhibited with the thermal softening effect by friction heat in the case of F-SPR.The F-SPR process requires approximately one-third of the riveting forces of the SPR process but exhibits a maximum of 45.4%and 59.1%higher tensile-shear strength for the stack orientation with AZ31B on top of AA6061-T6 and the opposite direction,respectively,than those of the SPR joints.The stack orientation of riveting from AZ31B to AA6061-T6 renders better cross-section quality and higher tensile-shear strength and is recommended for both processes.Yunwu Ma Sizhe Niu He Shan Yongbing Li Ninshu Ma 2020Automotive Innovation2020,3,3:2

14Dietary fat intake and liver cancer risk: A prospective cohort study in Chinese women显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to determine whether dietary fat intake increased liver cancer risk in Chinese women from a prospective population-based cohort.Methods:A total of 72,704 Chinese women were followed up from the time of baseline recruitment(1996–2000)to the end of 2016.Dietary fat intake was calculated using a validated food frequency questionnaire.The Cox regression model was used to assess the hazard ratio(HR)and 95%confidence intervals(CI)for dietary fat intake and liver cancer risk.Results:We identified 252 incident liver cancer cases out of 1,267,845 person-years during the overall follow-up time.Null associations,neither in quartiles nor per standard deviation(SD)increment,were detected between liver cancer risk and dietary total fat,fat subtypes and subtype ratios,and food sources.The HR(95%CI)of the 1-SD increment was 1.03(0.90–1.17)for total fat,1.06(0.93–1.20)for saturated fat,1.06(0.93–1.21)for monounsaturated fat,and 1.00(0.89–1.13)for polyunsaturated fat.Similar null associations were observed in stratification analyses according to body mass index and menopausal status.Conclusions:In our prospective cohort study,no significant association was observed in Chinese women between dietary fat and liver cancer risk,and in stratification and sensitivity analyses.Xiaowei Ji Jing Wang Zhuoying Li Qiuming Shen Jiayi Tuo Jinghao Bi Yuting Tan Honglan Li Yongbing Xiang 2022Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,3:1
