| 2 | Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging evaluation of pelvic lymph node metastasis in bladder cancer显示文摘Background:Accurate evaluation of lymph node metastasis in bladder cancer(BCa)is important for disease staging,treatment selection,and prognosis prediction.In this study,we aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of com-puted tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for metastatic lymph nodes in BCa and establish criteria of imaging diagnosis.Methods:We retrospectively assessed the imaging characteristics of 191 BCa patients who underwent radical cys-tectomy.The data regarding size,shape,density,and diffusion of the lymph nodes on CT and/or MRI were obtained and analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis test and χ^(2) test.The optimal cutoff value for the size of metastatic node was deter-mined using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis.Results:A total of 184 out of 3317 resected lymph nodes were diagnosed as metastatic lymph nodes.Among 82 imaging-detectable lymph nodes,51 were confirmed to be positive for metastasis.The detection rate of metastatic nodes increased along with more advanced tumor stage(P<0.001).Once the ratio of short-to long-axis diameter≤0.4 or fatty hilum was observed in lymph nodes on imaging,it indicated non-metastases.Besides,lymph nodes with spiculate or obscure margin or necrosis indicated metastases.Furthermore,the short diameter of 6.8 mm was the optimal threshold to diagnose metastatic lymph node,with the area under ROC curve of 0.815.Conclusions:The probability of metastatic nodes significantly increased with more advanced T stages.Once lymph nodes are detected on imaging,the characteristic signs should be paid attention to.The short diameter>6.8 mm may indicate metastatic lymph nodes in BCa. | Yong Li Feiyu Diao Siya Shi Kaiwen Li Wangshu Zhu Shaoxu Wu Tianxin Lin | 2018 | Cancer Communications2018,38,1: | 7 |
| 3 | LA-ICP-MS U-Pb zircon dating of the Bozhushan granite in Southeast Yunnan显示文摘The LA-ICP-MS U-Pb zircon dating of eight typical samples from four units of the Bozhushan granite intrusion in southeastern Yunnan Province, constrains the age of acidic magmatic intrusion in this area. Both the oscillatory zoning and chondrite-normalized REE patterns characterized by LREE-depletion and HREE-enrichment with positive Ce anomaly and negative Eu anomaly indicate the magmatic genesis of these zircons. Eight zircon samples from the Bozhushan granite yielded a mean 206 Pb/ 238 U age of (85.58±1.0) Ma (MSWD=4.1) to (88.10±0.66) Ma (MSWD=1.8). These chronology data suggest an accurate isotopic age for the intrusion of the Bozhushan granite, and are different from the published age data of 48 to 111.5 Ma. | 4 | Influence of carbon on the giant magnetocaloric effect of LaFe_11.7Si_1.3显示文摘The influences of carbon on phase formation, Curie temperature, and magnetic entropy change of the NaZn13-type LaFe11.7Si1.3 were investigated. Seven carbon-containing alloys, LaFe11.7Si1.3Cx with x = 0, 0.03, 0.06, 0.10, 0.20, 0.30, and 0.50, respectively, were prepared for this investigation. Experimental results show that addition of a small amount of carbon in LaFe11.7Si1.3 is favorable for the formation of the NaZn13-type structure of LaFe11.7Si1.3Cx. The lattice constant increases with C addition and x increases in the alloy because of the introduction of C as interstitial atoms. The Cu- rie temperature of LaFe11.7Si1.3Cx increases from 194 K to 225 K as x increases from 0 to 0.5. Large magnetic entropy changes were observed in these carbon-containing alloys LaFe11.7Si1.3Cx because of their first-order structural/magnetic transition. The maximum magnetic entropy change of 27.5 J?kg?1?K?1 at 202 K for the 0-1.56 T magnetic field change was observed in the alloy with x = 0.06. | 5 | Pressure distribution guided supercritical wing optimization显示文摘Pressure distribution is important information for engineers during an aerodynamic design process. Pressure Distribution Oriented(PDO) optimization design has been proposed to introduce pressure distribution manipulation into traditional performance dominated optimization.In previous PDO approaches, constraints or manual manipulation have been used to obtain a desirable pressure distribution. In the present paper, a new Pressure Distribution Guided(PDG) method is developed to enable better pressure distribution manipulation while maintaining optimization efficiency. Based on the RBF-Assisted Differential Evolution(RADE) algorithm, a surrogate model is built for target pressure distribution features. By introducing individuals suggested by suboptimization on the surrogate model into the population, the direction of optimal searching can be guided. Pressure distribution expectation and aerodynamic performance improvement can be achieved at the same time. The improvements of the PDG method are illustrated by comparing its design results and efficiency on airfoil optimization test cases with those obtained using other methods. Then the PDG method is applied on a dual-aisle airplane's inner-board wing design. | 6 | Interfacial Engineering of NiFeP/NiFe-LDH Heterojunction for Efficient Overall Water Splitting显示文摘In consideration of application prospect of non-noble metallic materials catalysts,the study of exploring more highly effective electrocatalysts has been focused on by researchers.Herein,a novel strategy is employed to construct a heterojunction consisting of metal phosphide Ni_(x)Fe_(y)P and layered double hydroxide(LDH)with graphene oxide(GO)as conductive support.By adjusting the molar ratio of Ni to Fe,a series of heterojunctions with mixed valence state Fe^(δ+)/Fe^(3+)and Ni^(δ+)/Ni^(2+)(δis likely close to 0)redox couples are achieved and strong synergistic effects towards overall water splitting performance are found.The optimized catalyst with a Ni/Fe molar ratio of 0.72:0.33,namely Ni_(0.7)Fe_(0.3)P/LDH/GO,delivers ultra-low overpotentials for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)of 79 and 198 mV at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2),respectively.Furthermore,for overall water-splitting practical application,it only requires 1.526 V at 10 mA·cm^(-2)with robust stability,which is superior to most reported electrocatalysts.Experimental results demonstrate the im-proved electronic conductivity,enlarged electrochemically active area and accelerated kinetics together account for the enhanced performance.This work supplies new prospects for the promotion and application of such heterojunction electrocatalysts in overall water splitting. | Xuanyu Long Jiazhi Meng Jiabao Gu Lanqing Ling Qianwen Li Nan Liu Kaiwen Wang Zequan Li | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,4: | 4 |
| 7 | Introducing tree neighbouring relationship factors in forest pattern spatial analysis:weighted Delaunay triangulation method显示文摘It is important to quantify and analyze forest spatial patterns for studying biological characteristics,population interaction and the relationship between the population and environment.In this study,the forest spatial structure unit was generated based on the Delaunay triangulation model(DTM),and the weights were generated using the comprehensive values of the tree diameter at breast height,total height and crown width.The distance between neighbors determined by the DTM was weighted to transform the original coordinates of trees into logical coordinates.Then,a weighted spatial pattern(WSP)was developed.After weighting,the neighboring trees were replaced,the replacement ratio was 38.3%,and there was 57.4%of the central tree.Correlation analysis showed that the uniform angle index of the WSP was significantly correlated with the tree size standard deviation under uniformity(r=0.932)and randomness(r=0.711).The DTM method not only considers the spatial distance between trees,but also considers the non-spatial attributes of trees.By changing the spatial topological relation between trees,this method further improves the spatial structure measurement of forest. | Jianjun Li Kaiwen Zhu Shuai Liu Dan Li Gui Zhang Xing Liu Weiming Yang | 2021 | Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,5: | 4 |
| 8 | Dry reforming of methane on active and coke resistant Ni/Y_2Zr_2O_7 catalysts treated by dielectric barrier discharge plasma显示文摘In this study, Ni/Y_2Zr_2O_7 catalysts prepared with impregnation method and treated by dielectric barrier discharge plasma(DBD) in different atmospheres have been investigated for methane dry reforming. It is revealed by H_2-TPR that plasma treatment can enhance the interaction between Ni O/Ni particles and the Y_2Zr_2O_7 pyrochlore support. Therefore, catalysts with smaller Ni O and Ni grains sizes, higher metallic Ni active surface areas can be achieved, as evidenced by XRD, TEM and H_2 adsorption-desorption measurements. As a consequence, the plasma-treated catalysts show significantly improved activity, stability and coke resistance, as testified by the TEM and TGA-DSC results. Plasma treatment in H_2/Ar gas mixture is found to be the best condition to prepare Ni/Y_2Zr_2O_7, which can be used to obtain a catalyst with the highest activity, stability and most potent coke resistance. | 9 | Sm-Nd dating and rare earth element geochemistry of the hydrothermal calcites from Guling carbonate-hosted talc mineralization in the central Guangxi province,South China显示文摘Many carbonate-hosted talc mineralization,which are widespread in South China,exclusively developed in Carboniferous dolomitic limestone with many siliceous bands and nodules,and cherts.One of those typical deposits is the Guling talc deposit in Mashan County,central Guangxi province,with a talc reserve of1.51 million tons.Mineral associations in the deposit are sample,mainly including talc and calcite.In this paper,Sm-Nd isotopic system and rare earth elements and yttrium(REE + Y) for the hydrothermal calcite intergrown with talc are used to constrain the age and origin of the talc mineralization.The hydrothermal calcite samples from the deposit display Sm and Nd concentrations ranging from 0.18 to 0.85 and 0.85 to 4.56 ppm,respectively,and variable Sm/Nd ratios of 0.21-0.24.These calcites further yield an Sm-Nd isochron age of 232 ±19 Ma(2a)(MSWD = 0.47) with an concordant initial ^(143)Nd-^(144)Nd ratios of 0.511967 ± 0.000017,which should be interpreted as the mineralization age of the Guling talc deposit.In addition,the calcite samples are enriched in REE with the variable SREE contents ranging from 4.82 to21.50 ppm and display relatively consistent chondritenormalized REE + Y patterns with the LREE enrichment(LREE/HREE=2.00-3.60)and the obvious negative Eu(δEu=0.52-0.68)and Ce(δCe=0.16-0.33)anomalies.The Y/Ho ratios of seven calcites varies from 43.30 to59.34,with a mean value of 49.73.The available mineral associations and REE parameters(i.e.,REE patterns and Y/Ho ratios) of those calcites indicate that the ore-forming fluids of the talc mineralization be probably derived from the meteoric waters,in particular evolved ones in the Karst areas and the ore-forming materials(e.g.,Si and Mg) are likely to be originated from the ore-bearing dolostone in the Yanguan Formation(C_1y) and underlying siliceous rocks in the Liujiang Formation(D_3l).Furthermore,the talc mineralization could take place within a hydrothermal system with relative oxidizing environment and middle temperature,due to the obvious negative Eu and Ce anomalies in the calcites in the Guling deposit. | Yi Cai Qian Zhang Yongbing Zhang Dapeng Wang Kaiwen Li | 2015 | Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2015,34,2: | 3 |

| 11 | Multi-centric clinical study of the effect of intervention time on efficacy of gastroparesis external application prescription treatment of gastrointestinal tumor postsurgical gastroparesis显示文摘Objective:This intervention has been shown to be clinically efficacious and safe.The aim of this study was to determine the effect of different intervention times on the efficacy of gastroparesis external application prescription versus placebo for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor postoperative,postsurgical gastroparesis.Methods:A multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo controlled phaseⅢclinical trial was designed to demonstrate superiority and conducted at four grade 3A hospitals in Beijing.Patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal tumor postsurgical gastroparesis and local cold syndrome in the abdomen were enrolled and received conventional treatment(nutritional support,gastrointestinal decompression,and prokinetic medication).Treatment and control groups respectively received gastroparesis external application prescription or placebo acupoint application over a treatment course of 14 days or until the primary efficacy endpoint(clinical efficiency)was achieved.Results:A total of 120 patients were enrolled in the treatment and control groups(n Z 60 per group),and 15 patients dropped out of the study because of skin allergies(n Z 7)or poor efficacy(nZ8).The efficacy among patients in Class B of Group A(treatment group)was marginally better than that of Group B(control group)(64.28%vs.55.56%)although the difference between the two groups was not significant.However,the efficacy among patients in Class C of Group A was significantly better than that of Group B(79.49%vs.43.33%).For Group A,the time for patients in the three classes to achieve the efficacy endpoint increased significantly with disease progression(3.00,6.78,and 8.29 days for Class A,B,and C,respectively).Conclusions:Gastroparesis external application prescription can effectively treat gastrointestinal tumor postsurgical gastroparesis and may be more efficacious in progressive disease compared placebo.Patients with gastrointestinal tumor postsurgical gastroparesis should therefore undergo intervention at an earlier stage. | Qin Zhou Minghuan Zuo Yantao Tian Yanbin Wang Yingjiang Ye Chao An Tian Zhou Chuanbo Liu Kaiwen Hu Quanwang Li | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2016,3,4: | 2 |
| 12 | Ultra-small hollow ternary alloy nanoparticles for efficient hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Hollow nanoparticles with large specific surface area and high atom utilization are promising catalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER). We describe herein the design and synthesis of a series of ultra-small hollow ternary alloy nanostructures using a simple one-pot strategy. The same technique was demonstrated for hollow PtNiCu nanoparticles, hollow PtCoCu nanoparticles and hollow CuNiCo nanoparticles. During synthesis, the displacement reaction and oxidative etching played important roles in the formation of hollow structures. Moreover, our hollow PtNiCu and PtCoCu nanoparticles were single crystalline, with an average diameter of 5 nm. Impressively, ultra-small hollow PtNiCu nanoparticles,containing only 10% Pt, exhibited greater electrocatalytic HER activity and stability than a commercial Pt/C catalyst. The overpotential of hollow Pt Ni Cu nanoparticles at 10 mA cm^(-2) was 28 mV versus reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE). The mass activity was 4.54 A mg Pt^(-1) at-70 mV versus RHE, which is 5.62-fold greater than that of a commercial Pt/C system(0.81 A mg Pt^(-1)). Through analyses of bonding and antibonding orbital filling, density functional theory calculations demonstrated that the bonding strength of different metals to the hydrogen intermediate(H*) was in the order of Pt > Co > Ni > Cu. The excellent HER performance of our hollow PtNiCu nanoparticles derives from moderately synergistic interactions between the three metals and H*. | 13 | 8.0% Efficient all-polymer solar cells based on novel starburst polymer acceptors显示文摘The polymer N2200, with its π-conjugated backbone composed of alternating naphthalene diimide(NDI) and bithiophene(DT)units, has been widely used as an acceptor for all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs) owing to its high electron mobility and suitable ionization potential and electron affinity. Here, we developed two naphthalene diimide derivatives by modifying the molecular geometry of N2200 through the incorporation of a truxene unit as the core and NDI-DTas the branches. These starburst polymers exhibited absorption spectra and molecular orbital energy levels that were comparable to N2200. These copolymers were paired with the wide-bandgap polymer donor PTz BI-O to fabricate all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs), which displayed impressive power conversion efficiencies up to 8.00%. The improved photovoltaic performances of all-PSCs based on these newly developed starburst acceptors can be ascribed to the combination of increased charge carrier mobilities, reduced bimolecular recombination, and formation of more favorable film morphology. | 14 | The occurrence state of vanadium in the black shale-hosted vanadium deposits in Shangling of Guangxi Province, China显示文摘The Shangling vanadium deposit, which occurs in the Lower Devonian Tangding formation black rock series strata, has V2O5 reserves of more than 1.5 million tons and prospective reserves of more than 2 million tons. Preliminary studies on the occurrence state of vanadium(V) in this deposit have been conducted by artificial heavy minerals concentrates, leaching experiments, scanning and transmission electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction.These experiments have revealed no independent vanadium mineral occurrences in the Shangling vanadium deposit and the percentages of water-soluble vanadium, hydrochloric acid soluble vanadium and HF soluble vanadium were1.93 %, 21.42 % and 76.47 %, respectively. Based on our data and earlier research, we estimate that the valences state of V absorbed onto the surface of organic matter or clastic particles are +5 and +4, accounting for 10.00 % and13.35 % of the total amount of V, respectively and the valences state of V that exist in the octahedral crystal lattice of authigenic illite include +3 and +4, accounting for71.64 % and 4.83 % of the total amount of V, respectively.By calculating the correlation between the total organic carbon and V, we infer that after deposition and before entering the crystal lattice of illite, V occurs in the form of humate complex or is adsorbed by organic matter.
