1Heavy metals contents in soil profiles of typical agricultural lands in Yixing,Jiangsu Province,China显示文摘The effect of land use pattern on the heavy metals(HMs)distribution in soil profiles was investigated in Yixing City,China,for the four typical types of land utilization,i.e.vegetable fields on the plain,paddy fields,tea gardens on hilly lands and bamboo groves.The variance of HMs concentration in the depth of 0-15 cm,15-30 cm,30-60 cm of soil profiles was compared among the different tillage ages. Results showed there was a notable accumulation of Cd,Hg,Cu,Pb,Zn and Cr in the soil profiles of vegetable fields and paddy fields causing a pollution of Cu,Hg and Cd in some profiles,while no remarkable accumulation of HMs in the soil profiles of the tea gardens and bamboo groves was found. The accumulation extent of HMs in the soil profiles of the four kinds of land use followed a sequence of vegetable fields>paddy fields>tea gardens>bamboo groves.The accumulation of HMs was mainly due to the industry,transportation,other urban human activities,and intensive use of fertilizers and pesticides.The downward leaching of HMs was relatively remarkable in the soil profiles of vegetable fields. There was an accumulation in surface and subsurface layers for Cd,Hg,Pb,Zn in the soil profiles of paddy fields and tea gardens,and for Cd,Hg in those of bamboo groves.Serious pollution effects of Hg, Pb,and Zn have been shown in the soil of vegetable fields.All the four kinds of agricultural land are basically free from the pollution of the external sources of As and Ni.With the increase of tillage time, the soil of vegetable and paddy fields will face the potential risk of HMs pollution,which mainly comes from Hg,Cd and Cu,whereas that of tea gardens and bamboo groves faces a relatively small risk.Zhou ShengLu Liao FuQiang Wu ShaoHua Zhang HongFu Ren Kui 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,S1:11
2Spatial distribution and sources of soil heavy metals in the outskirts of Yixing City,Jiangsu Province,China显示文摘City outskirts serve as the concentration centers for the pollutants discharged from various sources such as industry,agriculture and transportation.With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the eco-environment of the city outskirts has become a hot spot of public concern.An analysis was conducted in this paper on the soil in the outskirts of Yixing City using frequency distribution functions.The heavy metal sources in this region had been divided into two components,i.e.natural background component and strong human disturbance component.The corresponding interpretation of the distribution pattern and features of heavy metal elements was presented by spatial analysis.The results showed that the strong human disturbance components of Hg,Pb,and Cu accounted for 36.9%, 26.7%,and 23.3%in their contents respectively,which indicated directly the serious effect of human activities on heavy metal contents.Hg and Pb,because of the human disturbance,showed the greatest spatial variability,and human activities intensified the heterogeneity of the spatial distribution.The anisotropic analysis showed the higher organisation of Hg and Zn in the direction of urban-rural transition,which indicated their spatial characteristics with urban-rural transition.Pb displayed distinctive structure in the vertical direction of urban-rural transition,which was largely controlled by highway distribution.Cu content in paddy fields was significantly higher than those of other land-use-types,and the agricultural non-point source pollution played an important role in the distribution pattern of Cu.ShaoHua Wu ShengLu Zhou DeZhi Yang FuQiang Liao HongFu Zhang Kui Ren 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,S1:7

4Spatial Distribution and Changes of Heavy Metals of Agricultural Lands in Typical Pregrading Coast in Dongtai City,Jiangsu Province,China显示文摘According to the historical changes of coastal lines, seven soil sampling districts, from land to sea, were arranged in Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province to sample soils from surface and profile. Concentrations of seven major heavy metals (HMs), granularity, pH, organic matters and C/N of the soil samples were analyzed. Results show that concentrations of heavy metals in agricultural land present a certain spatial variance, decreasing from land to sea. Pollution assessment indicates that the agricultural soils were not polluted by HMs, but the potential pollution of Cu and Hg needs to be alerted. Different HMs accumulate in the surface and sub-surface of the soil profiles, and concentrations of Hg and Pb decrease significantly with the increment of soil depth. Concentrations of HMs exhibit a significantly negative correlation to pH, but have no significant relation with organic matters in soil. Principle component analysis show that the concentrations of HMs relate to the land use history. Concentrations of Hg, Ni and Cr in soil are closely related with land use history, and concentrations of Pb, Cu and Cr are affected by land use history as well as other factors. 6Reservoir characteristics of Donghe well No.1 in Tarim Basin显示文摘Based on the techniques of X-ray diffraction analysis, identification of the thin sections of core cast, physical analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis, this paper studied the reservoir characteristics of the Carboniferous strata in Donghe well No.1 of Tarim region. The results show that the reservoir lithology is mainly the fine-grained quartz sandstone with ferrocalcite and pyrite, mud cement-based,the permeability concentrated in 5–40 ? 10–3 lm2, a small part of the high permeability up to150–327 ? 10à3lm2and porosity ranged from 10% to 20%. The most part of the reservoirs is low permeability with a small part of the layer in moderate-high permeability. The types of reservoir space include intergranular pores, intra particle-molding pores, micro-pores and cracks, which mainly are intergranular pores with the pore diameter of 15–200 lm, 95.5 lm on average. 8The 2009 pandemic A/Wenshan/01/2009 H1N1 induces apoptotic cell death in human airway epithelial cells显示文摘In 2009,a novel swine-origin H1N1 influenza virus emerged in Mexico and quickly spread to other countries,including China.This 2009 pandemic H1N1 can cause human respiratory disease,but its pathogenesis remains poorly understood.Here,we studied the infection and pathogenesis of a new 2009 pandemic strain,A/Wenshan/01/2009 H1N1,in China in human airway epithelial cell lines compared with contemporary seasonal H1N1 influenza virus.Our results showed that viral infection by the A/Wenshan H1N1 induced significant apoptotic cell death in both the human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z and the human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549.The A/Wenshan H1N1 virus enters both of these cell types more efficiently than the seasonal influenza virus.Viral entry in both cell lines was shown to be mediated by clathrin-and dynamin-dependent endocytosis.Therefore,we discovered that the 2009 pandemic H1N1 strain,A/Wenshan/01/2009,can induce apoptotic cell death in epithelial cells of the human respiratory tract,suggesting a molecular pathogenesis for the 2009 pandemic H1N1.Ning Yang Xiaoxu Hong Penghui Yang Xiangwu Ju Yuguo Wang Jun Tang Chenggang Li Quanshui Fan Fuqiang Zhang Zhongwei Chen Li Xing Zhongpeng Zhao Xiao Gao Guoyang Liao Qihan Li Xiliang Wang Dangsheng Li Chengyu Jiang 2011Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2011,3,4:0
9Progress in niobium-based oxides as anode for fast-charging Li-ion batteries显示文摘With the increasing popularity of electric/hybrid vehicles and the rapid development of 3C electronics,there is a growing interest in high-rate energy storage systems.The rapid development and widespread adoption of lithiumion batteries(LIBs)can be attributed to their numerous advantages,including high energy density,high operating voltage,environmental friendliness,and lack of memory effect.However,the progress of LIBs is currently hindered by the limitations of energy storage materials,which serve as vital components.Therefore,there is an urgent need to address the development of a new generation of high-rate energy storage materials in order to overcome these limitations and further advance LIB technology.Niobium-based oxides have emerged as promising candidates for the fabrication of fast-charging Li-ion batteries due to their excellent rate capability and long lifespan.This review paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the fundamentals,methodologies,and electrochemistries of niobium-based oxides,with a specific focus on the evolution and creation of crystal phases of Nb_(2)O_(5),fundamental electrochemical behavior,and modification methods including morphology modulation,composite technology,and carbon coating.Furthermore,the review explores Nb_(2)O_(5)-derived compounds and related advanced characterization techniques.Finally,the challenges and issues in the development of niobiumbased oxides for high-rate energy storage batteries are discussed,along with future research perspectives.Fuqiang Xie Junling Xu Qizhong Liao Qingqing Zhang Binyun Liu Lianyi Shao Junjie Cai Xiaoyan Shi Zhipeng Sun Ching-Ping Wong 2023Energy Reviews2023,2,2:0
