1Autonomous navigation method and technology implementation of high-precision solar spectral velocity measurement显示文摘The velocity information of spacecraft can be directly obtained by the autonomous navigation method based on astronomical spectral velocity measurement. It provides complete direct velocity measurement information for the traditional navigation methods represented by astronomical angle measurement and astronomical ranging, which is of great significance for spacecraft high precision autonomous navigation. This paper comprehensively introduces the principle and navigation method of astronomical spectral velocity measurement, as well as the technical realization of the solar atomic frequency discriminator for autonomous navigation(SAFDAN) based on atomic frequency discrimination velocity measurement. The new SAFDAN is the first instrument to measure the Doppler velocity of spacecraft relative to the Sun. 2Joint observation results of Na layer and ionosphere in Wuhan during the Total Solar Eclipse显示文摘During the total solar eclipse on July 22, 2009 in Wuhan, the joint observation test of Na layer and ionosphere was conducted by using the daytime observation atmospheric lidar and the GPS ionosphere detector. The results show that the full width at half maximum(FWHM) of Na layer density slightly narrowed during the total solar eclipse and broadened after the eclipse, while the height of Na peak slightly decreased in the eclipse and increased after the eclipse. These implying that Na layer changes reflect the rapid process of sunrise and sunset. The ionosphere total electron content(TEC) and the sky background light noise also presented an obvious fluctuation characteristic with the changes of solar irradiation during the process of total solar eclipse. The difference lies in that the changes of FWHM of Na layer atoms are much slower than that of ionosphere, the reason for this might be that the Na layer, after being disturbed by the total solar eclipse, will generate a series of complicated photochemical reactions and momentum transport processes, and then recombine the Na atoms. 4Mitochondrial-targeted and ROS-responsive nanocarrier via nose-to-brain pathway for ischemic stroke treatment显示文摘Oxidative stress injury and mitochondrial dysfunction are major obstacles to neurological functional recovery after ischemic stroke.The development of new approaches to simultaneously diminish oxidative stress and resist mitochondrial dysfunction is urgently needed.Inspired by the overproduced reactive oxygen species(ROS)at ischemic neuron mitochondria,multifunctional nanoparticles with ROS-responsiveness and mitochondrial-targeted(SPNPs)were engineered,achieving specific targeting delivery and controllable drug release at ischemic penumbra.Due to the nose-to-brain pathway.SPNPs which were encapsulated in a thermo-sensitive gel by intranasal administration were directly delivered to the ischemic penumbra bypassing the blood-brain barrier(BBB)and enhancing delivery efficiency.The potential of SPNPs for ischemic stroke treatment was systematically evaluated in vitro and in rat models of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Results demonstrated the mitochondrialtargeted and protective effects of SPNPs on H2O2-induced oxidative damage in SH-SY5Y cells.In vivo distribution analyzed by fuorescence imaging proved the rapid and enhanced active targeting of SPNPs to the ischemic area in MCAO rats.SPNPs by intranasal administration exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy by alleviating oxidative stress,diminishing infammation,repairing mitochondrial function,and decreasing apoptosis.This strategy provided a multifunctional delivery system for the effective treatment of ischemic injury,which also implies a potential application prospect for other central nervous diseases.Yan Zhang Haiyun Zhang Faquan Zhao Zhengping Jiang Yuanlu Cui Meitong Ou Lin Mei Qiangsong Wang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:1
