2Ni/Co-based metal-organic frameworks as electrode material for high performance supercapacitors显示文摘A novel bimetallic Ni/Co-based metal-organic framework(Ni/Co-MOF) was successfully synthesized via a simple solvothermal method, and used as electrode material for high performance supercapacitors. After doping of Co element, the Ni/Co-MOF materials retain the original crystalline topology structure of Ni_3(BTC)_2·12H_2O.The as-obtained Ni/Co-MOF demonstrates an excellent specific capacitance of 1067 and 780 F/g at current density of 1 and 10 A/g, respectively, and can also retain 68.4% of the original capacitance after 2500 cycles. These results suggest that bimetallic Ni/Co-based MOFs are promising materials for the next generation supercapacitance,owing to their excellent electrochemical performance. 3High-conductivity free-standing Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl/poly(vinylidene difluoride)composite solid electrolyte membranes for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Bulk-type all-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)using sulfide solid electrolyte are considered as a promising alternative to commercial lithium-ion batteries owing to their high energy density and safety.However,cell energy density is often comparatively low due to use of a thick solid electrolyte separator and a lithium alloy as anode.For achieving high-performance ASSBs,creating a thin free-standing electrolyte with high-conductivity and good cycling stability against lithium anode is essential.In this work,we present Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl/poly(vinylidene difluoride)(LPSCl/PVDF)composite electrolytes prepared by a slurry method.The influence of the PVDF content on the microstructure,morphology,ionic conductivity and activation energy of the LPSCl/PVDF electrolytes is systematically investigated.Free-standing LPSCl/PVDF membranes with a thickness of 100-120 mm and a high ionic conductivity of about 1·10^(-3) S cm^(-1) at 25℃ are obtained.After adding PVDF to the LPSCl electrolyte,the cycling stability of the LPSCl electrolyte against lithium metal improves significantly.Therefore,LPSCl/PVDF composite electrolytes are promising candidates to be used in ASSBs.Shuo Wang Xue Zhang Sijie Liu Chengzhou Xin Chuanjiao Xue Felix Richter Liangliang Li Lizhen Fan Yuanhua Lin Yang Shen Jurgen Janek Ce-Wen Nan 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,1:5

10Rho 1 participates in parasitoid wasp eggs maturation and host cellular immunity inhibition显示文摘Endoparasitoid wasps introduce venom into their host insects during the egglaying stage.Venom proteins play various roles in the host physiology,development,immunity,and behavior manipulation and regulation.In this study,we identified a venom protein,MmRhol,a small guanine nucleotide-binding protein derived from ovary in the endoparasitoid wasp Microplitis mediator and found that knockdown of its expression by RNA interference caused down-regulation of vitellogenin and juvenile hormone,egg production,and cocoons formation in the female wasps.We demonstrated that MmRho1 entered the cotton bollworm's(host)hemocytes and suppressed cellular immune responses after parasitism using immunofluorescence staining.Furthermore,wasp MmRhol interacted with the cotton bollworm's actin cytoskeleton rearrangement regulator diaphanous by yeast 2-hybrid and glutathione s-transferase pull-down.In conclusion,this study indicates that MmRho1 plays dual roles in wasp development and the suppression of the host insect cellular immune responses.Ruijuan Wang Zhe Lin Lizhen Zhou Caihua Chen Xianhao Yu Junje Zhang Zhen Zou Zhiqiang Lu 2023Insect Science2023,30,3:1

16High-performance organic electrochemical transistors gated with 3D-printed graphene oxide electrodes显示文摘Organic electrochemical transistors(OECTs)have garnered significant interest due to their ability to facilitate both ionic and electronic transport.A large proportion of research efforts thus far have focused on investigating high-performance materials that can serve as mixed ion doping and charge transport layers.However,relatively less attention has been given to the gateelectrode materials,which play a critical role in controlling operational voltage,redox processes,and stability,especially in the context of semiconductor-based OECTs working in accumulation mode.Moreover,the demand for planarity and flexibility in modern bioelectronic devices presents significant challenges for the commonly used Ag/AgCl electrodes in OECTs.Herein,we report the construction of high-performance accumulation-mode OECTs by utilizing a gate electrode made of three-dimensional(3D)-printed graphene oxide.The 3D-printed graphene oxide electrode incorporating one-dimensional(1D)carbon nanotubes,is directly printed using an aqueous-based ink and showcases exceptional mechanical flexibility and porosity properties,enabling high-throughput preparation for both top gates and integrated planar architecture,as well as fast ion/charge transport.OECTs with high performance comparable to that of Ag/AgCl-gated OECTs are thus achieved and present promising feasibility for electrocardiograph(ECG)signal recording.This provides a promising choice for the application of flexible bioelectronics in medical care and neurological recording.Xingyu Jiang Zhiqiang Liang Miao Wu Jie Lu Cheng Shi Qi Wang Zi Wang Zhen Jin Lin Jiang Lizhen Huang Lifeng Chi 2023Nano Research2023,16,11:0
17Near-microscopic grain boundary facilitates fatigue crack propagation in a polycrystalline Al–Zn–Mg–Cu alloy显示文摘In present study,grain characteristics with sizes within 10-30μm were fabricated from a same Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy,FCP behaviors of the alloys with small grain(SG alloy),medium grain(MG alloy)and large grain(LG alloy)were investigated and related fatigue fracture morphology was analyzed.With the enhancement of stress intensity factor range(ΔK),the alloy with larger grains possessed faster FCP rate,which were successively arranged as SG alloy>MG alloy>LG alloy at initial stage while turned to LG alloy>MG alloy>SG alloy at final stage for the stable expanding region.Except for conventional characteristics of striations,tearing ridges,secondary cracks,second phases,voids and dimples,more prominent grain boundary features appeared on fracture surface,espe-cially for MG and LG alloy.The calculation of cyclic plastic zone(CPZ)sizes proved that grain boundary participated and promoted FCP behavior when CPZ covered grain and grain boundary together.Kai Wen Xiwu Li Baiqing Xiong Haitao Lin Qinghong Wen Yanan Li Hongwei Yan Lizhen Yan Yongan Zhang Zhihui Li Hongwei Liu 2023Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2023,33,1:0
18A novel self-activated ultraviolet persistent luminescence material and its anti-counterfeiting application based on intensity and time resolution from persistent luminescence显示文摘Recently,the ultraviolet(UV)persistent luminescence material(PLM)has attracted extensive attention.However,the design and development of new UV PLM and exploring their promising advanced application remain challenges.Here,we developed a new dopant-free self-activated UVA PLM,Zn_(2)Al_(2)SiO_(7),which could be applied in anti-counterfeiting field.Zn_(2)Al_(2)SiO_(7)shows UVA persistent luminescence(PersL)peaking at 380 nm after 254 nm UV lamp excitation.Addition of Yb^(3+),the UVA PersL intensity and time are raised obviously,and the UVA PersL time lasts more than 24 h.In addition,Yb^(3+)-doped Zn_(2)Al_(2)SiO_(7)exhibits photostimulated properties with different light source.Finally,we design anticounterfeiting pattern based on intensity and time resolution from PersL of Zn_(2)Al_(2)SiO_(7),showing its advantages in the anti-counterfeiting field.Shanshan Peng Lin Liu Lizhen Wang Rui Rong Liang Song Weixiong You Junpeng Shi Yun Zhang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,9:0
19Topological Similarity-Based Multi-Target Correlation Localization for Aerial-Ground Systems显示文摘In this paper,an algorithm for solving the multi-target correlation and co-location problem of aerial-ground heterogeneous system is investigated.Aiming at the multi-target correlation problem,the fusion algorithm of visual axis correlation method and improved topological similarity correlation method are adopted in view of large parallax and inconsistent scale between the aerial and ground perspectives.First,the visual axis was preprocessed by the threshold method,so that the sparse targets were initially associated.Then,the improved topological similarity method was used to further associate dense targets with the relative position characteristics between targets.The shortcoming of dense target similarity with small di®erence was optimized by the improved topological similarity method.For the problem of colocation,combined with the multi-target correlation algorithm in this paper,the triangulation positioning model was used to complete the co-location of multiple targets.In the experimental part,simulation experiments and°ight experiments were designed to verify the e®ectiveness of the algorithm.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can e®ectively achieve multi-target correlation positioning,and that the positioning accuracy is obviously better than other positioning methods.Xudong Li Lizhen Wu Yifeng Niu Shengde Jia Bosen Lin 2021Guidance, Navigation and Control2021,1,3:0
20Efficient expansion of rare human circulating hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells in steady-state blood using a polypeptide-forming 3D culture显示文摘Although widely applied in treating hematopoietic malignancies,transplantation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells(HSPCs)is impeded by HSPC shortage.Whether circulating HSPCs(cHSPCs)in steady-state blood could be used as an alternative source remains largely elusive.Here we develop a three-dimensional culture system(3DCS)including arginine,glycine,aspartate,and a series of factors.Fourteen-day culture of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMNCs)in 3DCS led to 125-and 70-fold increase of the frequency and number of CD34+cells.Further,3DCS-expanded cHSPCs exhibited the similar reconstitution rate com-pared to CD34+HSPCs in bone marrow.Mechanistically,3DCS fabricated an immunomodulatory niche,secreting cytokines as TNF to support cHSPC survival and proliferation.Finally,3DCS could also promote the expansion of cHSPCs in patients who failed in HSPC mobilization.Our 3DCS successfully expands rare cHSPCs,providing an alternative source for the HSPC therapy,particularly for the patients/donors who have failed in HSPC mobilization.Yulin Xu Xiangjun Zeng Mingming Zhang Binsheng Wang Xin Guo Wei Shan Shuyang Cai Qian Luo Honghu Li Xia Li Xue Li Hao Zhang Limengmeng Wang Yu Lin Lizhen Liu Yanwei Li Meng Zhang Xiaohong Yu Pengxu Qian He Huang 2022Protein & Cell2022,13,11:0
