3Production sharing contract: An analysis based on an oil price stochastic process显示文摘Assuming that oil price follows the stochastic processes of Geometric Brownian Motion (GBM) or the Mean-Reverting Process (MRP), this paper takes the net present value (NPV) as an economic index and models the PSC in 11 different scenarios by changing the value of each contract element (i.e. royalty, cost oil, profit oil as well as income tax). Then the NPVs are shown in probability density graphs to investigate the effect of different elements on contract economics. The results show that under oil price uncertainty the influence of profit oil and income tax on NPV are more significant than those of royalty and cost oil, while a tax holiday could improve the contractor's financial status remarkably. 5Reliability Analysis for Complex Systems Based on Dynamic Evidential Network Considering Epistemic Uncertainty显示文摘Fault tolerant technology has greatly improved the reliability of modern systems on one hand and makes their failure mechanisms more complex on the other.The characteristics of dynamics of failure,diversity of distribution and epistemic uncertainty always exist in these systems,which increase the challenges in the reliability assessment of these systems significantly.This paper presents a novel reliability analysis framework for complex systems within which the failure rates of components are expressed in interval numbers.Specifically,it uses a dynamic fault tree(DFT)to model the dynamic fault behaviors and copes with the epistemic uncertainty using Dempster-Shafer(D-S)theory and interval numbers.Furthermore,an approach is presented to convert a DFT into a dynamic evidential network(DEN)to calculate the reliability parameters.Additionally,a sorting method based on the possibility degree is proposed to rank the importance of components represented by interval numbers in order to obtain the most critical components,which can be used to provide the guidance for system design,maintenance planning and fault diagnosis.Finally,a numerical example is provided to illustrate the availability and efficiency of the proposed method.Rongxing Duan Yanni Lin Longfei Hu 2017Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2017,,1:1
6Remote control of the recruitment and capture of endogenous stem cells by ultrasound for in situ repair of bone defects显示文摘Stem cell-based tissue engineering has provided a promising platform for repairing of bone defects.However,the use of exogenous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)still faces many challenges such as limited sources and potential risks.It is important to develop new approach to effectively recruit endogenous BMSCs and capture them for in situ bone regeneration.Here,we designed an acoustically responsive scaffold(ARS)and embedded it into SDF-1/BMP-2 loaded hydrogel to obtain biomimetic hydrogel scaffold complexes(BSC).The SDF-1/BMP-2 cytokines can be released on demand from the BSC implanted into the defected bone via pulsed ultrasound(p-US)irradiation at optimized acoustic parameters,recruiting the endogenous BMSCs to the bone defected or BSC site.Accompanied by the daily p-US irradiation for 14 days,the alginate hydrogel was degraded,resulting in the exposure of ARS to these recruited host stem cells.Then another set of sinusoidal continuous wave ultrasound(s-US)irradiation was applied to excite the ARS intrinsic resonance,forming highly localized acoustic field around its surface and generating enhanced acoustic trapping force,by which these recruited endogenous stem cells would be captured on the scaffold,greatly promoting them to adhesively grow for in situ bone tissue regeneration.Our study provides a novel and effective strategy for in situ bone defect repairing through acoustically manipulating endogenous BMSCs.Yanni He Fei Li Peng Jiang Feiyan Cai Qin Lin Meijun Zhou Hongmei Liu Fei Yan 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,3:1
7An Investigation Report on Production Conditions of Sugarcane in Guangxi in 2016显示文摘To predict and assess production conditions of sugarcane in Guangxi in 2016,by using methods of field survey and data collection,the seedling situation,breed structure,planting area,planting period,plant diseases and insect pests of sugarcane in six major sugarcane producing cities of Guangxi were surveyed. The results show that the overall situation of sugarcane seedlings in Guangxi in 2016 became slightly worse than that in 2015,but there were enough good sugarcane seedlings in 2016. The dead heart rate of sugarcane decreased in most sugarcane regions from 2015 to 2016,that is,the comprehensive control of borers gave initial results; the smut infection rate of sugarcane rose from 2015 to 2016 and tended to increase. The situation of decrease in the planting area of sugarcane in three consecutive years was controlled,and the planting area of sugarcane increased slightly from 2015 to 2016. Due to the construction of ' double high' bases,the breed variety of sugarcane in Guangxi was improved further in 2016. 11Cytokine storm promoting T cell exhaustion in severe COVID-19 revealed by single cell sequencing data analysis显示文摘Background:Evidence has suggested that cytokine storms may be associated with T cell exhaustion(TEX)in COVID-19.However,the interaction mechanism between cytokine storms and TEX remains unclear.Methods:With the aim of dissecting the molecular relationship of cytokine storms and TEX through single-cell RNA sequencing data analysis,we identified 14 cell types from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of COVID-19 patients and healthy people.We observed a novel subset of severely exhausted CD8 T cells(Exh T_CD8)that co-expressed multiple inhibitory receptors,and two macrophage subclasses that were the main source of cytokine storms in bronchoalveolar.Results:Correlation analysis between cytokine storm level and TEX level suggested that cytokine storms likely promoted TEX in severe COVID-19.Cell–cell communication analysis indicated that cytokines(e.g.CXCL10,CXCL11,CXCL2,CCL2,and CCL3)released by macrophages acted as ligands and significantly interacted with inhibitory receptors(e.g.CXCR3,DPP4,CCR1,CCR2,and CCR5)expressed by Exh T_CD8.These interactions formed the cytokine–receptor axes,which were also verified to be significantly correlated with cytokine storms and TEX in lung squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusions:Cytokine storms may promote TEX through cytokine-receptor axes and be associated with poor prognosis in COVID19.Blocking cytokine-receptor axes may reverse TEX.Our finding provides novel insights into TEX in COVID-19 and new clues for cytokine-targeted immunotherapy development.Minglei Yang Chenghao Lin Yanni Wang Kang Chen Yutong Han Haiyue Zhang Weizhong Li 2022Precision Clinical Medicine2022,5,2:0
12Sealed model and computation of hazardous waste landfill high voltage DC leakage detection显示文摘According to the structural characteristics of hazardous waste landfill and the leakage current model of high voltage DC Landfill leakage detection,a sealed model is established and analyzed in detail.The detection layer of the hazardous waste landfill is considered as a sealed space and it is assumed that the source current flows through the leak entirely.The leak is regarded as a positive current resource +I located at the current entrance or a negative resource-I located at the current exit,which depends on the placement of the current supply.The electrical potential of an arbitrary in detection layer satisfies Poisson equation.The boundary condition is regarded as a natural boundary condition for the high resistivity of high density polyethylene(HDPE) membrane.Based on which a numerical calculation method is developed.Satisfactory agreement between experimental data and simulated data validates the analysis.Parametric studies show that a larger horizontal distance between the power supply electrode and leak and a smaller distance between the detector electrodes and the detected liner are helpful to leak location.More parametric curves show that parameters leaks can be detected effectively with optimum selection of field survey.杨萍 Tian Jinwen Wang Yanni Xue Lin 2015High Technology Letters2015,21,4:0
13Alterations in DNA damage response and repair genes as potential biomarkers for immune checkpoint blockade in gastrointestinal cancer显示文摘Objective:Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have achieved remarkable results in cancer treatments.However,there is no effective predictive biomarker for gastrointestinal(GI)cancer.Methods:We conducted integrative analyses of the genomic and survival data of ICI-treated GI cancer patients from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center cohort(MSK-GI,n=227),the Janjigian cohort(n=40),and the Peking University Cancer Hospital&Institute cohort(PUCH,n=80)to determine the possible associations between DNA damage response and repair(DDR)gene mutations and clinical outcomes.Data from The Cancer Genome Atlas database were analyzed to determine the possible correlations between DDR gene mutations and the tumor microenvironment.Results:In the MSK cohort,the presence of≥2 DDR gene mutations was correlated with prolonged overall survival(OS).The Janjigian and PUCH cohorts further confirmed that subgroups with≥2 DDR gene mutations displayed a prolonged OS and a higher durable clinical benefit.Furthermore,the DDR gene mutation load could be considered as an independent prognostic factor,and exhibited a potential predictive value for survival in GI cancer patients treated with ICIs.Mechanistically,we showed that the presence of≥2 DDR gene mutations was correlated with higher levels of tumor mutation burden,neoantigen,and T cell infiltration.Conclusions:The DDR gene mutation status was correlated with favorable clinical outcomes in GI cancer patients receiving ICIs,which could serve as a potential biomarker to guide patient selection for immunotherapy.Yujiao Wang Xi Jiao Shuang Li Huan Chen Xin Wei Chang Liu Jifang Gong Xiaotian Zhang Xicheng Wang Zhi Peng Changsong Qi Zhenghang Wang Yanni Wang Na Zhuo Jianling Zou Henghui Zhang Jian Li Lin Shen Zhihao Lu 2022Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,8:0

15Green-synthesized,low-cost tetracyanodiazafluorene(TCAF) as electron injection material for organic light-emitting diodes显示文摘Two electron-deficient azaacenes including di-and tetra-cyanodiazafluorene(DCAF and TCAF)with the advantages of deep lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO),green-synthesis,low-cost,simply purification method,excellent yields have been obtained,characterized and used as electron injection materials(EIMs)in three groups of electroluminescence devices.Device B with TCAF as EIM exhibited the best performance including turn-on voltage of 5.0 V,stronger maximum luminance intensity of 31,549 cd/m2,higher luminance efficiency of 62.34 cd/A and larger power efficiency of 21.74 lm/W which are 0.53,6.7,9.3 and 15.3 times than that of device A with DCAF as EIMs,respectively.The enhanced interfacial electron injection ability of TCAF than that of DCAF is supported by its better electron mobility in electron-only device,deeper LUMO(-4.52 eV),and stronger electronic affinity.Best external quantum efficiency of 16.56%was achieved with optimized thicknesses of TCAF as EIM and TPBi as electron transporting layer.As a new comer of acceptor family,TCAF would push forward organic electronics with more fascinating and significant applications.Bing Yang Jianfeng Zhao Zepeng Wang Zhenlin Yang Zongqiong Lin Yanni Zhang Jiewei Li Linghai Xie Zhongfu An Hongmei Zhang Jiena Weng Wei Huang 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,11:0

18Simultaneous Determination of Six Components in Wanjinxiang Shushuang Ointment by QAMS显示文摘[Objectives]To regulate the quality of Wanjinxiang Shushuang Ointment through simultaneously quantifying menthol,camphor,1,8-cineole,linalool,borneol and caryophyllene oxide by QAMS(quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker).[Methods]The method was performed using an Agilent DB-WAX(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)polyethylene glycol chromatographic column;with nitrogen employed as a carrier gas.The constant pressure was 4.73 psi;and the injection temperature was 240℃,with a shunt ratio:of 10:1;The hydrogen flame ion detector with a detector temperature of 240℃;the injection volume was 0.3μL.To verify the accuracy and applicability of QAMS,the results were compared with those obtained using the internal standard method(naphthalene).[Results]In Wanjinxiang Shushuang Ointment,menthol,camphor,1,8-cineole,linalool,borneol,caryophyllene oxide and naphthalene were well separated by the same chromatography with good linearity in their respective ranges(R≥0.9992).The average recoveries were 99.66%,101.03%,98.07%,98.24%,101.39%,and 103.39%with RSD s of 0.69%,1.52%,1.25%,1.94%,1.44%,and 2.74%,respectively.The QAMS is similar to the internal standard method.[Conclusions]This simple,accurate method with high precision,separation and reproducibility can serve as a reference for the quality control of Wanjinxiang Shushuang Ointment.Yanni MAO Lin YANG Xiaoyao XIE Jinyan JIA Qing WU Cun WU 2023Medicinal Plant2023,14,5:0
