3Flexible organic electrochemical transistors for chemical and biological sensing显示文摘Chemical and biological sensing play important roles in healthcare,environmental science,food-safety tests,and medical applications.Flexible organic electrochemical transistors(OECTs)have shown great promise in the field of chemical and biological sensing,owing to their superior sensitivity,high biocompatibility,low cost,and light weight.Herein,we summarize recent progress in the fabrication of flexible OECTs and their applications in chemical and biological sensing.We start with a brief introduction to the working principle,configuration,and sensing mechanism of the flexible OECT-based sensors.Then,we focus on the fabrication of flexible OECT-based sensors,including material selection and structural engineering of the components in OECTs:the substrate,electrodes,electrolyte,and channel.Particularly,the gate modification is discussed extensively.Then,the applications of OECT-based sensors in chemical and biological sensing are reviewed in detail.Especially,the array-based and integrated OECT sensors are also introduced.Finally,we present the conclusions and remaining challenges in the field of flexible OECT-based sensing.Our timely review will deepen the understanding of the flexible OECT-based sensors and promote the further development of the fast-growing field of flexible sensing.Li Wang Xiaoping Yue Qizeng Sun Linrong Zhang Guozhang Ren Gang Lu Hai-Dong Yu Wei Huang 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:0

5Intelligent Knee Prostheses: A Systematic Review of Control Strategies显示文摘The intelligent knee prosthesis is capable of human-like bionic lower limb control through advanced control systems and artificial intelligence algorithms that will potentially minimize gait limitations for above-knee amputees and facilitate their reintegration into society.In this paper,we sum up the control strategies corresponding to the prevailing control objectives(position and impedance)of the current intelligent knee prosthesis.Although these control strategies have been successfully implemented and validated in relevant experiments,the existing deficiencies still fail to achieve optimal performance of the controllers,which complicates the definition of a standard control method.Before a mature control system can be developed,it is more important to realize the full potential for the control strategy,which requires upgrading and refining the relevant key technologies based on the existing control methods.For this reason,we discuss potential areas for improvement of the prosthetic control system based on the summarized control strategies,including intent recognition,sensor system,prosthetic evaluation,and parameter optimization algorithms,providing future directions toward optimizing control strategies for the next generation of intelligent knee prostheses.Linrong Li Xiaoming Wang Qiaoling Meng Changlong Chen Jie Sun Hongliu Yu 2022Journal of Bionic Engineering2022,19,5:0
6Debris Flow Susceptibility Evaluation in Meizoseismal Region:A Case Study in Jiuzhaigou,China显示文摘Jiuzhaigou is situated on a mountain-canyon region and is famous for frequent tectonic activities.An abundance of loose co-seismic landslides and collapses were produced on gullies after the Jiuzhaigou Earthquake on August 8,2017,which was served as material source for debris flow in later years.Debris flow appears frequently which are seriously endangering the safety of people's lives and properties.Even the earliest debris flow appeared in areas where no case ever reported before.The debris flow susceptibility evaluation(DFSE)is used for predicting the areas prone to debris flow,which is urgently required to avoid hazards and help to guide the strategy of preventive measures.Therefore,this work employs debris flow in Jiuzhaigou to reveal the characteristics of disaster-pregnant environment and to explore the application of machine learning in DFSE.Some new viewpoints are suggested:(i)Material density factor of debris flow is first adopted in this work,and it is proved to be a critical factor for triggering debris flows by sensitivity analysis method.(ii)Deep neural network and convolutional neural network(CNN)achieve relatively good area under the curve(AUC)values and are 0.021-0.024 higher than traditional machine learning methods.(iii)Watershed units combined with CNNbased model can achieve more accurate,reliable and practical susceptibility map.This work provides an idea for prevention of debris flow in mountainous lands.Yongwei Li Linrong Xu Yonghui Shang Shuyang Chen 2024Journal of Earth Science2024,35,1:0

9Potato planter test bed based on capacitive precision seed-monitoring and miss-seeding compensation system显示文摘Potato seed-monitoring is the premise of its precise planting.But,for anti-dust,anti-vibration performance and durability,the existing photoelectric monitoring schemes have obvious congenital defects.So,a capacitive precision seed-monitoring idea was proposed in this study.Its theoretical basis is that the variation of dielectric between the capacitor plates will inevitably induce the fluctuation of the detected capacitance value.Therefore,the construction of a space capacitance sensor,and the acquisition of the net capacitance fluctuation caused by the seed spoon passing through the space area of the capacitor plates,were the core focuses of this study.Firstly,the system theory and working principle were introduced.Next,a space capacitance sensor that meets all the requirements was analyzed and constructed.And then,its spatial arrangement was described in detail,and most important of all,the technology roadmap of the net capacitance fluctuation measurement was put forward.For this purpose,MAX038 and GD32F407 were selected to work together to measure the capacitance.In this way,the top value of the space capacitance when a spoon passed through the space capacitance sensor was detected,at the same time,the corresponding grating encoder information was also recorded,so,the net capacitance fluctuation of this process was calculated.Based on this result,normal-seeding,miss-seeding,and multi-seeding were identified.More subtly,with the cooperation of the grating encoder,the position of the seed-metering monitoring point was configured freely.Just for miss-seeding,a predictive impact compensation concept was suggested.Based on the theories above,the software core links related to seed-monitoring and compensation control were analyzed.Finally,a potato planter test bed based on this study was built.Taking the Long-7 cutting potato as test samples,it was found that,the capacitance measurement error was no higher than 0.6%;no misjudgment on miss-seeding was found,however,for normal-seeding and multi-seeding,there was a small amount of identification of the opposite kind was found,but not more than 1.0%and 1.5%,respectively.Because of the flexibility of the seed-metering monitoring point layout,the predictive impact compensation can also be arranged according to actual needs,and the mechanism of the impact compensation system is simple and direct,which makes it cheap and fast.Nevertheless,a lower compensating seed potato tank filling rate is conducive to the average compensation success rate at an acceptable level.This research has laid the engineering foundation for the industrial application of potato non-photoelectric seed-metering monitoring and miss-seeding compensation.Hua Zhang Wuyun Zhao Wei Sun Guanping Wang Xiaolong Liu Bin Feng Linrong Shi Yan Liu Hongling Li 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,6:0
