1Preparation and thermoelectric properties of p-type Bi_(0.52)Sb_(1.48)Te_3 + 3% Te thin films显示文摘Thin films of p-type Bi0.52Sb1.48Te3 + 3% Te were deposited on glass substrates by flash evaporation.X-ray diffraction and field-emission scanning electron microscopy were performed to characterize the thin films,and the effects of preparation and annealing parameters on the thermoelectric properties were investigated.It was shown that the power factors of the films increased with increasing deposition temperature.Annealing the as-deposited films improved the power factors when the annealing time was less than 90 min and the annealing temperature was lower than 250℃.A maximum power factor of 10.66 μW cm-1 K-2 was obtained when the film was deposited at 200℃ and annealed at 250℃ for 60 min.ZHANG JianSheng YANG JunYou FENG ShuangLong LIU ZhengLai PENG JiangYing 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,32:2
2导致甘肃输电线路舞动的蒙古气旋的形成及增风机理研究显示文摘受一次向东南方向移动蒙古气旋强风的影响,2020年4月18日甘肃省白银市的高压输电线路出现了严重的舞动,这造成了该地区的输电线路跳闸事故.基于0.5度逐小时分辨率的ERA5再分析数据,本文研究了这次蒙古气旋及其强风的形成机理.涡度收支的结果表明,辐合相关的垂直伸展以及垂直运动向上的正涡度输送是本次蒙古气旋形成的主因,而倾斜项的负涡度制造以及从气旋中心区域向外的正涡度输送在一定程度上不利于蒙古气旋的形成.动能收支的结果表明,蒙古气旋所伴随的风场主要由于气压梯度力的做功而迅速增强.与我国西北部其它的典型强风事件不同的是在本次事件中,未发现显著的来自于对流层高层的动量下传现象,垂直的动能输送在本次事件中仅对强风的形成有些许的促进作用.此外,水平风场对动能的输送作用使得蒙古气旋大风区的动能存在向外的净输出,这对蒙古气旋强风的生成有一定的延缓作用.Shuanglong Jin Shuanglei Feng Xiaolin Liu Bo Wang Zongpeng Song Wei Cui Cong Wang 2021Atmospheric and Oceanic Science Letters2021,14,2:2
3Towards efficient deep neural network training by FPGA-based batch-level parallelism显示文摘Training deep neural networks(DNNs)requires a significant amount of time and resources to obtain acceptable results,which severely limits its deployment in resource-limited platforms.This paper proposes DarkFPGA,a novel customizable framework to efficiently accelerate the entire DNN training on a single FPGA platform.First,we explore batch-level parallelism to enable efficient FPGA-based DNN training.Second,we devise a novel hardware architecture optimised by a batch-oriented data pattern and tiling techniques to effectively exploit parallelism.Moreover,an analytical model is developed to determine the optimal design parameters for the DarkFPGA accelerator with respect to a specific network specification and FPGA resource constraints.Our results show that the accelerator is able to perform about 10 times faster than CPU training and about a third of the energy consumption than GPU training using 8-bit integers for training VGG-like networks on the CIFAR dataset for the Maxeler MAX5 platform.Cheng Luo Man-Kit Sit Hongxiang Fan Shuanglong Liu Wayne Luk Ce Guo 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,2:2

6Fluid Inclusion and Carbon-Oxygen Isotope Studies of the Hujiayu Cu Deposit,Zhongtiao Mountains,China:Implications for Synmetamorphic Copper Remobilization显示文摘The Hujiayu Cu deposit,representative of the 'HuBi-type' Cu deposits in the Zhongtiao Mountains district in the southern edge of the North China Craton,is primarily hosted in graphitebearing schists and carbonate rocks.The ore minerals comprise mainly chalcopyrite,with minor sphalerite,siegenite[(Co,Ni)_3S_4],and clausthalite[Pb(S,Se)].The gangue minerals are mainly quartz and dolomite,with minor albite.Four fluid inclusion types were recognized in the chalcopyrite-pyrite-dolomite-quartz veins,including CO_2-rich inclusions(type Ⅰ),low-salinity,liquid-dominated,biphase aqueous inclusions(type Ⅱ),solid-bearing aqueous inclusions(type Ⅲ),and solid-bearing aqueous-carbonic inclusions(type Ⅳ).Type I inclusion can be further divided into two sub-types,i.e.,monophase CO_2 inclusions(type Ⅰa) and biphase CO_2-rich inclusions(with a visible aqueous phase),and type Ⅲ inclusion is divided into a subtype with a halite daughter mineral(type Ⅲa) and a subtype with multiple solids(type Ⅲb).Various fluid inclusion assemblages(FIAs) were identified through petrographic observations,and were classified into four groups.The group-1 FIA,consisting of monophase CO_2 inclusions(type Ⅰa),homogenized into the liquid phase in a large range of temperatures from-1 to 28℃,suggesting post-entrapment modification.The group-2 FIA consists of type Ⅰb,Ⅲb and Ⅳ inclusions,and is interpreted to reflect fluid immiscibility.The group-3 FIA comprises type Ⅱ and Ⅲa inclusions,and the group-4FIA consists of type Ⅱ inclusions with consistent phase ratios.The group-1 and group-2 FIAs are interpreted to be entrapped during mineralization,whereas group-3 and group-4 FIAs probably represent the post-mineralization fluids.The solid CO_2 melting temperatures range from-60.6 to56.6℃ and from-66.0 to-63.4℃ for type Ⅰa and type Ⅳ inclusions,respectively.The homogenization temperatures for type Ⅱ inclusions range from 132 to 170℃ for group-3 FIAs and115 to 219℃ for group-4 FIAs.The halite melting temperatures range from 530 to 562℃ for typeⅢ b and Ⅳ inclusions,whereas those for type Ⅲa inclusions range from 198 to 398℃.Laser Raman and SEM-EDS results show that the gas species in fluid inclusions are mainly CO_2 with minor CH_4,and the solids are dominated by calcite and halite.The calcite in the hosting marble and dolomite in the hydrothermal veins have δ^(13)C_(V-pdb) values of-0.2 to 1.2‰ and-1.2 to-6.3‰,and δ^(18)O_(v-smow) values of 14.0 to 20.8 ‰ and 13.2 to 14.3‰,respectively.The fluid inclusion and carbon-oxygen isotope data suggest that the ore-forming fluids were probably derived from metamorphic fluids,which had reacted with organic matter in sedimentary rocks or graphite and undergone phase separation at 1.4-1.8 kbar and 230-240℃,after peak metamorphism.It is proposed that the Hujiayu Cu deposit consists of two mineralization stages.The early stage mineralization,characterized by disseminated and veinlet copper sulfides,probably took place in an environment similar to sediment-hosted stratiform copper mineralization.Ore minerals formed in this precursor mineralization stage were remobilized and enriched in the late metamorphic hydrothermal stage,leading to the formation of thick quartz-dolomite-sulfides veins.QIU Zhengjie FAN Hongrui LIU Xuan WEN Bojie HU Fangfang YANG Kuifeng GUO Shuanglong ZHAO Fengchun 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3:1
7Facile Hydrothermal Synthesis of Plasmonic Photocatalyst Ag@Ag Cl and Degradative Photocatalysis under Visible Light Irradiation显示文摘We put forward a new approach for the synthesis of Ag@Ag Cl plasmonic photocatalyst via a hydrothermal-deposition-photoreduction method. The cetylmethylammonium chloride(CTAC) was used alone as both a source of reactants and surfactant. The structure of the prepared photocatalyst was determined by XRD, SEM, EDX and UV-Vis spectroscoscopy. The photocatalytic properties were investigated by degradation of an organic pollutant, Rhodamine B, under visible light irradiation. The results reveal that the experimental conditions have a great effect on the morphology of Ag@Ag Cl crystals. Ag@Ag Cl crystal is cubic and the Ag@Ag Cl sample which is photoreduced for 40 min exhibits the highest photoactivity, and 80.6 % Rh B is degraded after irradiation for 2 hours using this catalyst. 8Nickel phosphide for MRI-guided synergistic photo-immunotherapy显示文摘Developing a phototherapy modality to ablate tumor and then trigger immunogenic cell death(ICD)for simultaneously eliminating distal and metastatic tumors holds great promise in clinical applications.Herein,the polyethylene glycol functionalized Ni_(2)P(Ni_(2)P@PEG NPs)is developed with enhanced biocompatibility,high photoabsorption and photothermal efficiency,as well as reactive oxygen species generation ability.Of particular note,Ni_(2)P@PEG NPs mediated phototherapy could not only realize efficient ablation of primary tumors,but also inhibit distal tumors and metastatic tumors by triggering an antitumor immune response.The above conclusions were verified by B mode ultrasound,western blot assay,and immunohistochemistry analysis.Meanwhile,Ni_(2)P@PEG NPs showed excellent magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)properties.In summary,the MRI-guided multimodal cancer therapies of Ni_(2)P@PEG NPs represent significant potential for clinical applications.Na An Yan Gao Ying Shi Xingxing Du Jianing Cheng Shuanglong Tang Pengfei Liu Huike Yang Chongshen Guo 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,20:0

10Rational design of Co nano-dots embedded three-dimensional graphene gel as multifunctional sulfur cathode for fast sulfur conversion kinetics显示文摘Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries hold great promises to serve as next-generation energy storage devices because of their high theoretical energy density and environmental benignity.However,the shuttle effect of the soluble lithium polysulfides(LiPS)and intrinsic insulating nature of sulfur lead to low sulfur utilization and coulombic efficiency,leading to poor cycling performance.The impeded charge transportation and retard LiPS catalytic conversion also endows the Li-S batteries with sluggish redox reaction,leading to unsatisfied rate capability.In this study,Co-based MOF material ZIF-67 is used as the precursor to prepare Co nano-dots decorated three-dimensional graphene aerogel as sulfur immobilizer.This porous architecture establishes a highly conductive interconnected framework for fast charge/mass transportation.The exposed Co nano-dots serve as active sites to strongly trap LiPS,which endows CoNDs@G with low decomposition energy barrier for fast LiPS conversion reaction and promote the completely Li2 S catalytic transformation.Li-S cells based on the Co-NDs@G cathode exhibits excellent cyclability and a high capacity retention rate of 91.1%in 100 cycles.This strategy offers a new direction to design sulfur immobilizer for accelerated LiPS conversion kinetics of Li-S batteries.Tongtao Wan Shuming Liu Changcheng Wu Zhaoyang Tan Shuanglong Lin Xiaojie Zhang Zisheng Zhang Guihua Liu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5:0
