1Optimal choice of trapezoidal shaping parameters in digital nuclear spectrometer system显示文摘Trapezoidal shaping method is widely applied to pulse amplitude extraction in digital nuclear spectrometer system,the optimal selection of the shaping parameters can improve the energy resolution and pulse counting rate.From the view of noise characteristics,ballistic deficit compensation characteristics and pulse pile-up characteristics,in this paper the optimal selection of the trapezoidal shaping parameters is studied on.According to the theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the optimal choice of trapezoidal shaping parameters is similar to the triangle,the rise time is longer and the flat-top width is shorter.ZHANG Huaiqiang GE Liangquan TANG Bin LIU Tingli 2013Nuclear Science and Techniques2013,24,6:10
2Type Synthesis of 1T2R Parallel Mechanisms Using Structure Coupling-Reducing Method显示文摘Direct kinematics with analytic solutions is critical to the real-time control of parallel mechanisms.Therefore,the type synthesis of a mechanism having explicit form of forward kinematics has become a topic of interest.Based on this purpose,this paper deals with the type synthesis of 1T2R parallel mechanisms by investigating the topological structure coupling-reducing of the 3UPS&UP parallel mechanism.With the aid of the theory of mechanism topology,the analysis of the topological characteristics of the 3UPS&UP parallel mechanism is presented,which shows that there are highly coupled motions and constraints amongst the limbs of the mechanism.Three methods for structure coupling-reducing of the 3UPS&UP parallel mechanism are proposed,resulting in eight new types of 1T2R parallel mechanisms with one or zero coupling degree.One obtained parallel mechanism is taken as an example to demonstrate that a mechanism with zero coupling degree has an explicit form for forward kinematics.The process of type synthesis is in the order of permutation and combination;therefore,there are no omissions.This method is also appli cable to other configurations,and novel topological structures having simple forward kinematics can be obtained from an original mechanism via this method.Haitao Liu Ke Xu Huiping Shen Xianlei Shan Tingli Yang 2019Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2019,32,5:9

8Spontaneous immunomodulation and regulation of angiogenesis and osteogenesis by Sr/Cu-borosilicate glass (BSG) bone cement to repair critical bone defects显示文摘Injectable bone biomaterials like bone cement should be designed and fabricated with certain biological criteria,which include:1)recruitment and polarization of the macrophages from M1(pro-inflammatory)to M2(anti-inflammatory)phenotype,2)enhance vascularization,and 3)activate osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow-derived stem cells to promote bone healing.So far,no injectable biomaterials could spontaneously regulate the entire bone healing process that involves inflammation,angiogenesis,and osteogenesis.Therefore,in this study,we designed bone cement comprised of strontium and copper-incorporated borosilicate glass(Sr/Cu-BSG)in the liquid phase of chitosan to modulate bone healing.In vitro studies showed that the controlled release of Sr and Cu ions up-regulated anti-inflammatory genes(IL-1Ra and TGF-β1)while down-regulating pro-inflammatory genes(IL-1βand IL-6)in macrophages at 3 days.Sr and Cu ions also increased the expressions of angiogenic genes(VEGF and bFGF)in HUVECs at 5 days and osteogenic genes(Runx-2,OCN,and OPN)in hBMSCs at 7,14,and 21 days.5Sr3Cu-BSG bone cement exhibited the best anti-inflammatory,angiogenic,and osteogenic properties among the bone cement groups with different Sr and Cu ratios.Short-term and long-term implantation of Sr/Cu-BSGs in femoral condylar bone defects of rats and rabbits confirmed the in vitro results,where the degradation rate of Sr/Cu-BSG matched the bone healing rate.Similar to in vitro,the 5Sr3Cu-BSG group also showed the highest bone formation in vivo.Excellent physical and chemical properties,along with its bone repairing ability,make the Sr/Cu-BSG bone cement a good candidate biomaterial for treating bone defects.Shuaijie Li Liyan Zhang Chunyu Liu Jua Kim Kun Su Tingli Chen Limin Zhao Xiaomei Lu Hao Zhang Yinglin Cui Xu Cui Feng Yuan Haobo Pan 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,5:1

10Interplays of liver fibrosis-associated microRNAs:Molecular mechanisms and implications in diagnosis and therapy显示文摘microRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of non-coding functional small RNA composed of 21e23 nucleotides,having multiple associations with liver fibrosis.Fibrosis-associated miRNAs are roughly classified into pro-fibrosis or anti-fibrosis types.The former is capable of activating hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)by modulating pro-fibrotic signaling pathways,mainly including TGF-b/SMAD,WNT/b-catenin,and Hedgehog;the latter is responsible for maintenance of the quiescent phenotype of normal HSCs,phenotypic reversion of activated HSCs(aHSCs),inhibition of HSCs proliferation and suppression of the extracellular matrix-associated gene expression.Moreover,several miRNAs are involved in regulation of liver fibrosis via alternative mechanisms,such as interacting between hepatocytes and other liver cells via exosomes and increasing autophagy of aHSCs.Thus,understanding the role of these miRNAs may provide new avenues for the development of novel interventions against hepatic fibrosis.Hong Li Tingli Liu Yongchun Yang William C.Cho Robin J.Flynn Majid Fasihi Harandi Houhui Song Xuenong Luo Yadong Zheng 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,4:1

13Annotation and Joint Extraction of Scientific Entities and Relationships in NSFC Project Texts显示文摘Aiming at the lack of classification and good standard corpus in the task of joint entity and relationship extraction in the current Chinese academic field, this paper builds a dataset in management science that can be used for joint entity and relationship extraction, and establishes a deep learning model to extract entity and relationship information from scientific texts. With the definition of entity and relation classification, we build a Chinese scientific text corpus dataset based on the abstract texts of projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) in 2018–2019. By combining the word2vec features with the clue word feature which is a kind of special style in scientific documents, we establish a joint entity relationship extraction model based on the Bi LSTM-CNN-CRF model for scientific information extraction. The dataset we constructed contains 13060 entities(not duplicated) and 9728 entity relation labels. In terms of entity prediction effect, the accuracy rate of the constructed model reaches 69.15%, the recall rate reaches 61.03%, and the F1 value reaches 64.83%. 14Dietary calcium supplementation promotes the accumulation of intramuscular fat显示文摘Background:In the livestock industry,intramuscular fat content is a key factor affecting meat quality.Many studies have shown that dietary calcium supplementation is closely related to lipid metabolism.However,few studies have examined the relationship between dietary calcium supplementation and intramuscular fat accumulation.Methods:Here,we used C2C12 cells,C57BL/6 mice(n=8)and three-way cross-breeding pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Large white)(n=10)to study the effect of calcium addition on intramuscular fat accumulation.In vitro,we used calcium chloride to adjust the calcium levels in the medium(2 mmol/L or 3 mmol/L).Then we measured various indicators.In vivo,calcium carbonate was used to regulate calcium levels in feeds(Mice:0.5%calcium or 1.2%calcium)(Pigs:0.9%calcium or 1.5%calcium).Then we tested the mice gastrocnemius muscle triglyceride content,pig longissimus dorsi muscle meat quality and lipidomics.Results:In vitro,calcium addition(3 mmol/L)had no significant effect on cell proliferation,but promoted the differentiation of C2C12 cells into slow-twitch fibers.Calcium supplementation increased triglyceride accumulation in C2C12 cells.Calcium addition increased the number of mitochondria and also increased the calcium level in the mitochondria and reduced the of key enzymes activity involved inβ-oxidation such as acyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase.Decreasing mitochondrial calcium level can alleviate lipid accumulation induced by calcium addition.In addition,calcium addition also reduced the glycolytic capacity and glycolytic conversion rate of C2C12 cells.In vivo,dietary calcium supplementation(1.2%)promoted the accumulation of triglycerides in the gastrocnemius muscle of mice.Dietary calcium supplementation(1.5%)had no effect on pig weight,but significantly improved the flesh color of the longissimus dorsi muscle,reduced the backfat thickness and increased intramuscular fat content in pigs.Besides,calcium addition had no effect on longissimus dorsi pH,electrical conductivity and shear force.Conclusions:These results suggest that calcium addition promotes intramuscular fat accumulation by inhibiting the oxidation of fatty acids.These findings provide a new tool for increasing intramuscular fat content and an economical strategy for improving meat quality.Zhiwang Zhang Tingli Pan Yu Sun Siqi Liu Ziyi Song Haojie Zhang Yixing Li Lei Zhou 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,2:0
15Recent Progress in MXene‑Based Materials for Metal‑Sulfur and Metal‑Air Batteries:Potential High‑Performance Electrodes显示文摘Rechargeable batteries,which are used for renewable energy storage,have paved the way for reducing the enormous pressure of the energy crisis and environmental pollution.Recently,promising electrode materials with high energy and power density and favorable electrochemical performance for energy conversion and storage have been developed to meet the ever-growing demand for renewable power for electric vehicles or grid applications.MXenes,which constitute an impressive two-dimensional transition metal carbide/carbonitride family,exhibit great energy storage potential based on their ideal specific surface area,excellent electrical conductivity,and superior chemical durability in batteries.The recent advances in MXenes and their composites for metal-sulfur batteries(specifically lithium-sulfur and sodium-sulfur batteries)and metal-air batteries(specifically lithium-air and zinc-air batteries)are comprehensively and systematically summarized in this review.Furthermore,the performance management strategies,next-stage research prospects,and remaining practical challenges for MXene-based materials in battery applications are discussed in detail.This review may provide some guidance for the development and application of MXene-based electrode materials in renewable electrochemical energy storage.Anmin Liu Xingyou Liang Xuefeng Ren Weixin Guan Tingli Ma 2022Electrochemical Energy Reviews2022,5,1:0
16A Phase Readout Method for Wireless Passive Sensor Used in Pressure Measurement System显示文摘A phase difference detection method used for reading the resonant frequency through mutual coupling is designed to meet the pressure measurement in harsh environments, and a testing device of integrated modular by developing the hardware circuits is proposed.Description and discussion of the novel theoretical model in the phase readout system is presented, and a pressure test platform based on the phase difference detection is also established, which is to measure the frequency of a LC resonant sensor on the basis of 96% alumina ceramic substrate. The experimental results show that the proposed phase difference readout system presents sweep-frequency detection in the range of 1–100MHz bandwidth, and a high frequency resolution of 0.006 MHz. Sensitivity of the sensor is approximately 0.225 MHz/bar from 1 bar to 2 bar. 17Interface Engineering and Anion Engineering of Mo-Based Heterogeneous Electrocatalysts for Hydrogen Evolution Reaction显示文摘Development and utilization of hydrogen energy is an effective way to achieve carbon neutrality,only hydrogen production through electrolytic water splitting meets the goal of zero carbon emission.To facilitate the large-scale commercialization of water splitting devices,the development of highly efficient and low-cost catalysts to reduce the energy consumption is essential.MoS_(2)has been regarded as a promising electrocatalyst to replace platinum in hydrogen evolution reaction due to its low price and unique 2D layered structure.However,the poor conductivity and inert basal planes of MoS_(2)limited its wide-spread application.Recently,researches have demonstrated that the conductivity and active sites of MoS_(2)can be improved by heteroatoms doping or constructing of heterogeneous structures.In this review,the recent progress of Mo-based catalysts are summarized centered on MoS_(2)based on interface engineering and anion engineering,including MoS_(2)–MoO_(2),MoS_(2)–Mo_(2)C,MoS_(2)–MoN_(x),MoS_(2)–MoP,and MoS_(2)–MoSe_(2).The preparation method,structure,and performance of the catalysts are introduced and the possible mechanism behind the improved catalytic activity are revealed to give readers an overall comprehension on the progress of the Mo-based electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction.In addition,an outlook on future opportunities and development directions of Mo-based catalysts are proposed to facilitate the development of Mo-based catalysts for hydrogen production.Zehao Yin Xuan Liu Siru Chen Tingli Ma Yanqiang Li 2023Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,1:0
